Abstract
Description
Claims (15)
- カニューレであって、
前記カニューレの基端部に配置され且つ可視光を発するように動作可能なカニューレハブと、
前記カニューレハブから前記カニューレの先端部に向かって延びる管部分と
を備える前記カニューレ
を備える照明付きカニューレシステム。 - 前記カニューレが、前記カニューレの長手方向軸線に沿って延びる管腔を更に備え、且つ前記システムが、軸部分と刃部分とを備えるトロカールを更に備え、前記トロカールは、前記トロカールの前記刃部分が前記カニューレの前記管部分から先端側に延びるように前記管腔内に受け入れ可能であるように構成される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記カニューレハブが、蛍光材料、燐光材料、化学発光材料、及び放射線発光材料からなる群から選択される少なくとも1つの発光材料を含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記少なくとも1つの発光材料が、前記カニューレハブ内に配置され、且つ前記カニューレハブが、透明又は半透明である材料を含む、請求項3に記載のシステム。
- 前記少なくとも1つの発光材料が、前記カニューレハブ上に配置されるコーティング内に配置される、請求項3に記載のシステム。
- 前記カニューレハブが、容器であって、放射線発光材料と蛍光材料とを含む前記容器を備え、前記放射線発光材料が、前記可視光を発生させるために前記蛍光材料と相互作用する電子を放出するように動作可能である、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記カニューレハブが、前記カニューレの前記基端部に配置された発光容器を備え、前記発光容器が、第1の反応物と第2の反応物とを含み、前記第2の反応物が、前記発光容器内に配置された内部容器内に配置され、前記内部容器が、前記第1の反応物から前記第2の反応物を隔て、且つ前記第1の反応物及び前記第2の反応物は、前記第1の反応物と前記第2の反応物とが混ぜ合わされたときに反応して前記可視光を発するように動作可能である、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記カニューレが、前記カニューレの長手方向軸線に沿って延びる管腔を更に備え、前記システムが、前記管腔内に受け入れ可能なトロカールを更に備え、前記トロカールが、軸部分と刃部分とを備え、前記発光容器が前記管腔内に延び、且つ前記トロカールの前記軸部分が、前記管腔内に延びる前記発光容器と係合可能である肩部分を備える、請求項7に記載のシステム。
- 前記可視光が、光ファイバを通して前記カニューレハブに提供される、請求項1に記載のカニューレ。
- 手術用コンソールと、
前記手術用コンソールに通信可能に結合された顕微鏡と、
可視光を発するように動作可能なカニューレであって、
前記カニューレの基端部に配置されたカニューレハブと、
前記カニューレハブから前記カニューレの先端部に向かって延びる管部分と
を備える前記カニューレと
を備える手術システム。 - 前記カニューレが、前記カニューレの長手方向軸線に沿って延びる管腔を備える管腔を更に備え、前記手術システムがトロカールを更に備え、前記トロカールが軸部分と刃部分とを備え、前記トロカールは、前記刃部分が前記管部分から先端側に延びるように前記管腔を貫通して延びる、請求項10に記載の手術システム。
- 前記カニューレハブが、蛍光材料、燐光材料、化学発光材料、及び放射線発光材料からなる群から選択される少なくとも1つの発光材料を含む、請求項10に記載の手術システム。
- 前記少なくとも1つの発光材料が、前記カニューレハブ内に配置され、且つ前記カニューレハブが、透明又は半透明である材料を含む、請求項12に記載の手術システム。
- 前記カニューレハブ上に配置されたコーティングを更に備え、且つ前記少なくとも1つの発光材料が前記コーティング内に配置される、請求項12に記載の手術システム。
- 前記カニューレが、前記カニューレハブ内に配置された容器を更に備え、前記容器が、放射線発光材料と蛍光材料とを含み、前記放射線発光材料が、前記可視光を発生させるように前記蛍光材料と相互作用する電子を放出するように動作可能である、請求項10に記載の手術システム。
