Claims (15)
- 腹膜透析患者の静的患者圧力を決定するための装置であって、
前記装置は、患者ラインと、前記患者の腹部の中に透析液を搬送するために前記患者ラインと連通するポンプと、前記患者ラインがそれによって遮断可能である遮断手段、特にバルブとを含み、
前記装置は、開いた遮断要素によって前記患者ラインと流体連通する圧力チャンバを有し、前記圧力チャンバ内の圧力又はそれに相関する圧力を測定するように配置された圧力測定デバイスが更に設けられ、
前記装置は、第1の段階で測定圧力までの前記圧力チャンバ内の圧力蓄積を達成して、前記患者ライン又はその部分セクションが前記圧力チャンバの前記測定圧力によって作用されるように第2の段階で前記遮断要素を開くように構成された制御ユニットを含み、前記装置は、前記遮断要素の開放後に前記測定圧力を評価する評価ユニットを有する、
ことを特徴とする装置。 - 前記制御ユニットは、前記圧力チャンバに蓄積された前記測定圧力が前記遮断要素の前記開放後に前記患者ライン内の吸引圧力よりも大きいように構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記圧力チャンバは、前記ポンプと前記患者ラインの間に配置され、又は
前記圧力チャンバは、前記ポンプの構成要素を形成する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の装置。 - 前記圧力チャンバは、使い捨てカセットの一部によって形成されることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記カセットは、前記ポンプ及び/又は前記圧力チャンバ、及び/又は前記透析液の流れを制御するための手段、及び/又は前記透析液の流れを抑制するための遮断手段を含むことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記評価ユニットは、前記遮断要素の前記開放後に測定された圧力を基準圧力と又は前記測定圧力と比較し、これに基づいて前記患者ラインの状態に関する結論を導出するように構成されることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記評価ユニットは、前記圧力チャンバ内に蓄積された前記測定圧力と前記遮断要素の前記開放後に測定された圧力との間の差及び/又は前記測定圧力の変化の速度が限界値を超えない時に部分的に又は完全に閉じた患者ラインに関する結論を導出するように構成されることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記評価ユニットは、それが前記測定圧力に又は前記測定圧力の時間的変移に応じて前記ポンプの吸引圧力を設定するように構成されることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項7のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記評価ユニットは、前記患者ラインが解放されていないことが見出された時にアラームを出力するように構成されることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項8のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記評価ユニットは、前記圧力チャンバ内に蓄積された前記測定圧力と前記遮断要素の開放後に測定された圧力との間の差に基づいて及び/又は前記測定圧力の変化の速度に基づいて前記患者ラインの収縮又は閉鎖が存在する位置に関して位置特定を実施するように構成されることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項9のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 請求項1から請求項10のいずれか1項に記載の少なくとも1つの装置、
を含むことを特徴とする腹膜透析機械。 - 静止患者圧力を決定する方法であって、
a.患者ラインが遮断手段によって圧力チャンバから分離されている間に圧力チャンバに測定圧力を蓄積する段階、
b.前記遮断手段を開放する段階、及び
c.前記圧力チャンバ内の前記圧力又はそれに相関する圧力が測定されている状態で、前記遮断手段の前記開放後の前記圧力及び/又は圧力変化を測定する段階、及び
d.段階c)に従って測定された前記圧力及び/又は圧力変化を評価する段階、
を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1から請求項10のいずれか1項に記載の装置を用いて又は請求項11に記載の腹膜透析機械を用いて実施されることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記圧力チャンバに蓄積された前記測定圧力と前記遮断要素の前記開放後に測定された前記圧力との間の差及び/又は前記測定圧力の前記変化の速度が限界値を下回るか又は限界値を超えない時に部分的に又は完全に閉じられた患者ラインに関する結論が導出されることを特徴とする請求項12又は請求項13に記載の方法。
- ポンプの吸引圧力が、前記測定圧力に又は前記測定圧力の時間的変移に応じて設定されることを特徴とする請求項12から請求項14のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
