Claims (24)
- 無機耐火性プレートレットと、

粘度調整剤と、

を有する、電気絶縁および防火コーティング組成物。 - 請求項1記載の電気絶縁および防火コーティング組成物において、前記無機プレートレットは、バーミキュライト、雲母、粘土、タルクおよびそれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される、電気絶縁および防火コーティング組成物。
- 請求項2記載の電気絶縁および防火コーティング組成物において、前記無機プレートレットは、雲母小板を有する、電気絶縁および防火コーティング組成物。
- 請求項2記載の電気絶縁および防火コーティング組成物において、前記無機プレートレットは、バーミキュライト小板を有する、電気絶縁および防火コーティング組成物。
- 請求項2記載の電気絶縁および防火コーティング組成物において、前記無機プレートレットは、粘土小板を有する、電気絶縁および防火コーティング組成物。
- 請求項3記載の電気絶縁および防火コーティング組成物において、前記雲母小板は、約20μm〜約300μmの直径を有する、電気絶縁および防火コーティング組成物。
- 請求項3記載の電気絶縁および防火コーティング組成物において、前記雲母小板は、約50:1〜約2000:1のアスペクト比を有する、電気絶縁および防火コーティング組成物。
- 請求項7記載の電気絶縁および防火コーティング組成物において、前記雲母小板は、約50:1〜約1000:1のアスペクト比を有する、電気絶縁および防火コーティング組成物。
- 請求項1記載の電気絶縁および防火コーティング組成物において、前記結合剤は、アクリルラテックス、(メタ)アクリルラテックス、フェノール樹脂、スチレンとブタジエンのコポリマー、ビニルピリジン、アクリロニトリル、アクリロニトリルとスチレンのコポリマー、塩化ビニル、ポリウレタン、酢酸ビニルとエチレンのコポリマー、ポリアミド、シリコン、オルガノシリコン、オルガノシラン、不飽和ポリエステル、エポキシ樹脂、ポリビニルエステルおよびそれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される、電気絶縁および防火コーティング組成物。
- 請求項1記載の電気絶縁および防火コーティング組成物において、前記粘度調整剤は、アクリレート、ポリビニルアルコール、粘土、セルロース、置換セルロース、グアーガム、キサンタンガム、アカシアガム、ローカストビーンガム、寒天、ペクチン、ゼラチン、カラギーナン、アルギン酸ナトリウム、アルギン酸カリウム、アルギン酸アンモニウムおよびアルギン酸カルシウムおよびそれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される、電気絶縁および防火コーティング組成物。
- 電気化学バッテリーモジュールであって、前記電気化学バッテリーモジュールは、
筐体内で互いに電気的に接続された複数の個別の電気化学バッテリーセルを有し、前記化学電気モジュールは、個々の電気化学バッテリーセル間の介在空間、および、無機プレートレット組成物を有し、
前記無機プレートレット組成物は、(i)前記電気化学バッテリーセルの外側表面の少なくとも一部に適用されてもよく、(ii)前記電気化学モジュールの筐体の内側表面の少なくとも一部に適用されてもよく、(iii)前記電気化学モジュールの筐体の外側表面の少なくとも一部に適用されてもよく、および/または(iv)前記複数の電気化学バッテリーセル間の介在空間の少なくとも一部内に配置されてもよい、
電気化学バッテリーモジュール。 - 請求項11記載の電気化学バッテリーモジュールにおいて、前記無機プレートレット組成物はコーティングを有する、電気化学バッテリーモジュール。
- 請求項11記載の電気化学バッテリーモジュールにおいて、前記無機プレートレット組成物はシートを有する、電気化学バッテリーモジュール。
- 請求項11記載の電気化学バッテリーモジュールにおいて、前記無機プレートレット組成物は支持層および無機プレートレット組成物層を有する、電気化学バッテリーモジュール。
- 請求項14記載の電気化学バッテリーモジュールにおいて、前記支持層は、ポリマーフィルム、無機繊維紙、織布またはそれらの組み合わせを有する、電気化学バッテリーモジュール。
- 請求項15記載の電気化学バッテリーモジュールにおいて、前記支持層は、ポリマーフィルムを有する、電気化学バッテリーモジュール。
- 請求項16記載の電気化学バッテリーモジュールにおいて、前記ポリマーフィルムは、ポリエステル、ポリイミド、ポリエーテルケトン、ポリエーテルエーテルケトン、ポリフッ化ビニル、ポリアミド、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン、ポリアリールスルホン、ポリエステルアミド、ポリエステルイミド、ポリエーテルスルホン、ポリフェニレンスルフィド、エチレンクロロトリフルオロエチレンフィルムおよびそれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される、電気化学バッテリーモジュール。
- 請求項17記載の電気化学バッテリーモジュールにおいて、前記支持層は、無機繊維紙を有する、電気化学バッテリーモジュール。
- 請求項18記載の電気化学バッテリーモジュールにおいて、前記無機繊維紙は、多結晶ウール繊維、耐火セラミック繊維、カオリン繊維、鉱物繊維、アルカリ土類ケイ酸塩繊維、カルシア−アルミナ繊維、カリウム−アルミナ−シリカ繊維、カリウム−カルシア−アルミナ繊維、S−ガラス繊維、S2−ガラス繊維、E−ガラス繊維、石英繊維、シリカ繊維、およびこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される無機繊維を有する、電気化学バッテリーモジュール。
- 請求項19記載の電気化学バッテリーモジュールにおいて、前記耐火性セラミック繊維は、約45〜約75重量パーセントのアルミナと約25〜約55重量パーセントのシリカの繊維化生成物を有する、電気化学バッテリーモジュール。
- 請求項19記載の電気化学バッテリーモジュールにおいて、前記無機繊維は、前記アルカリ土類ケイ酸塩繊維を有する、電気化学バッテリーモジュール。
- 請求項21記載の電気化学バッテリーモジュールにおいて、前記アルカリ土類ケイ酸塩繊維は、約60〜約90重量パーセントのシリカ、0超〜約35重量のマグネシアの繊維化生成物を有する、電気化学バッテリーモジュール。
- 請求項15記載の電気化学バッテリーモジュールにおいて、前記支持層は、織布を有する、電気化学バッテリーモジュール。
