Claims (27)
- 心臓壁の運動をスコアリングするシステムであって、
1回目に前記心臓壁の第1の画像を取得し、2回目に前記心臓壁の第2の画像を取得するように動作可能な撮像システムと、
プロセッサであって:
前記第1の画像の輪郭データの第1のセットを識別し、
前記第2の画像の輪郭データの第2のセットを識別し、
輪郭データの前記第1および前記第2のセットに依存して、前記心臓壁のセクションにおける心臓の周期的変化を表す少なくとも1つの要素を定義し、
各要素を分析して、少なくとも1つのメトリックを生成し、
前記少なくとも1つのメトリックを参照データモデルと比較して、前記心臓壁の対応する前記セクションの前記運動をスコアリングする
ように構成された前記プロセッサと
を含むシステム。 - 前記プロセッサは、輪郭点の複数の対を識別するように構成され、前記輪郭点の各対は、輪郭データの前記第1および前記第2のセット内の対応する特徴に関連する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 各要素が輪郭点の少なくとも第1および第2の対を含み、各対の前記輪郭点が前記要素の頂点を定義する、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 各要素の前記分析が、各対の前記輪郭点間の距離を決定することと、各要素の前記輪郭点間の平均距離を計算することとを含む、請求項3に記載のシステム。
- 各要素が、前記輪郭点の運動の軌跡に対応する対向する第1および第2の側面を含む、請求項2、3または4のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 各要素の前記分析が、前記要素の面積を決定することを含む、請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 各要素の前記分析が、各要素の矩形度を決定することを含む、請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 各要素の前記分析が、各要素の硬度を決定することを含む、請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記プロセッサは、連続的なスケールでスコアリングを実行するように構成される、請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記撮像システムが二次元画像を生成し、前記第1及び第2の画像は前記心臓壁の二次元画像を含むように構成されている、請求項1乃至9のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 各要素が多角形を含む、請求項1乃至10のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記プロセッサが、安静状態中およびストレス状態中の前記心臓壁の前記運動をスコアリングするように構成されている、請求項1乃至11のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1の画像が収縮末期画像を含み、前記第2の画像が拡張末期画像を含み、輪郭データの前記第1セットが収縮末期輪郭データを含み、輪郭データの前記第2セットが拡張末期データを含む、請求項1乃至12のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 心臓壁の運動をスコアリングする方法であって、
1回目の前記心臓壁の第1の画像および2回目の前記心臓壁の第2の画像を取得するステップと、
前記第1の画像の輪郭データの第1のセットを識別するステップと、
前記第2の画像の輪郭データの第2のセットを識別するステップと、
輪郭データの前記第1および前記第2のセットに依存して、前記心臓壁のセクションにおける心臓の周期的変化を表す少なくとも1つの要素を定義するステップと、
各要素を分析して、少なくとも1つのメトリックを生成するステップと、
前記少なくとも1つのメトリックを参照データモデルと比較して、前記心臓壁の対応する前記セクションの前記運動をスコアリングするステップと
を含む、方法。 - 輪郭点の複数の対を識別することを含み、輪郭点の各対は、輪郭データの前記第1および前記第2のセットにおける対応する画像要素に関連する、請求項14に記載の方法。
