Claims (20)
- 硬膜下血腫を排出するためのシステムであって、
硬膜下腔と流体連通して配置されるように構成された入口と、
前記入口と流体連通し、前記入口および前記硬膜下腔に洗浄流体を供給するように構成された洗浄リザーバと、
前記入口と離間して、また、前記硬膜下腔と流体連通して配置されるように構成された出口と、
前記出口と流体連通し、前記硬膜下腔内に陰圧を生成し、前記硬膜下腔から流体を排出するように構成されたポンプと、を備える、硬膜下血腫を排出するためのシステム。 - 前記入口が第一の頭蓋内ボルトを備え、前記出口が第二の頭蓋内ボルトを備え、各頭蓋内ボルトが、前記流体が通過できる内部通路を含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記入口が、前記第一の頭蓋内ボルトに接続された入口マニホールドをさらに備え、前記出口が、前記第二の頭蓋内ボルトに接続された出口マニホールドをさらに備える、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記ポンプが、蠕動ポンプを備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記入口、前記出口、または前記硬膜下腔内の圧力を測定するように構成された、少なくとも一つの圧力センサをさらに備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記少なくとも一つの圧力センサが、前記入口に関連する第一の圧力センサと、前記出口に関連する第二の圧力センサと、を備える、請求項5に記載のシステム。
- 前記第一の圧力センサが、前記入口と一体型であり、前記第二の圧力センサが、前記出口と一体型である、請求項6に記載のシステム。
- 前記少なくとも一つの圧力センサと通信し、前記測定された圧力に応じて前記ポンプの動作を制御するように構成されたポンプコントローラをさらに備える、請求項5に記載のシステム。
- 前記少なくとも一つのポンプにより前記硬膜下腔から排出された流体を収集する排出リザーバをさらに備える、請求項5に記載のシステム。
- 前記硬膜下腔から排出された前記流体のパラメータを測定するように構成された、前記出口と流体連通する監視センサをさらに備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記監視センサが、前記排出された流体のスペクトルを測定するように構成された分光光度計を備える、請求項10に記載のシステム。
- 前記監視センサによって測定されたデータを分析するように構成されたコンピュータシステムをさらに備える、請求項11に記載のシステム。
- 前記システムが、前記硬膜下腔と流体連通して配置されるように構成された、複数の入口および複数の出口を備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 硬膜下血腫を排出するための方法であって、
前記硬膜下血腫が存在する前記硬膜下腔にアクセスするために患者の頭蓋に入口開口部を形成することと、
前記硬膜下腔にアクセスするために前記入口開口部と離間して前記頭蓋に出口開口部を形成することと、
前記入口開口部を通して前記硬膜下腔に洗浄流体を供給することと、
同時に前記出口開口部に関連するポンプで前記硬膜下腔に陰圧を加え、前記硬膜下腔から流体を排出することと、を含む、硬膜下血腫を排出するための方法。 - 前記硬膜下腔内の圧力を測定することと、前記測定された圧力に応じて前記陰圧を制御することと、をさらに含む、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 陰圧を加えることは、前記硬膜下腔を約−1〜−8mmHgの圧力で維持することを含む、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記出口を介して前記硬膜下腔から排出された前記流体を監視することをさらに含む、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記流体を監視することは、分光光度計で前記流体を監視することを含む、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記分光光度計によって収集されたデータを分析し、前記流体の組成を判定することをさらに含む、請求項18に記載の方法。
- 混合密度の硬膜下血腫の異なる領域にアクセスするために、前記頭蓋内に複数の入口開口部および複数の出口開口部を形成することを含む、請求項14に記載の方法。
