Abstract
Description
Claims (10)
- 眼科映像化システムを使って患者の眼の内部を見ている間に、前記眼科映像化システムのユーザから前記眼内のある位置に関する第一の命令を受けるステップと、
前記第一の命令に基づいて、前記第一の位置の光干渉断層撮影(OCT)走査を行うステップであって、前記OCT走査は前記位置における組織層のアンファス(en face)画像を得ることができるようなステップと、
前記アンファス(en face)画像が前記ユーザに対して表示されるようにするステップであって、前記アンファス(en face)画像は、前記第一の位置における前記眼の複数の組織層の各々に関する組織層データを含むようなステップと、
前記アンファス(en face)画像が前記ユーザに対して表示される間に、フットペダル装置を介して前記ユーザからの第二の命令を受け取るステップであって、前記第二の命令は、前記複数の組織層から次の組織層を表示させる下方命令と前記複数の組織層から前の組織層を表示させる上方命令とのうちの一方を含むようなステップと、
前記第二の命令に基づいて、前記次の組織層と前記前の組織層のうちの一方に関する前記組織層データを前記ユーザに対して表示するステップと、
を含む方法。 - 前記第二の命令は、複数の次の組織層を連続的に表示させる高速下方命令と複数の前の組織層を連続的に表示させる高速上方命令の一方をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第二の命令はさらに、連続的に表示される層間の遅延を特定する、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記下方命令と前記上方命令は、前記フットペダル装置に加えられる第一の圧力から得られ、前記高速下方命令と前記高速上方命令は前記フットペダル装置に加えられる第二の圧力から得られてよく、前記第二の圧力は前記第一の圧力より大きい、請求項1〜3に記載の方法。
- 前記第二の命令は、前記ユーザの前足部による下方圧力作動と前記ユーザの後足部による上方圧力作動の一方を使用して前記フットペダル装置を作動させることに応答して前記フットペダル装置から受け取られる、請求項1〜4に記載の方法。
- 眼科手術のための光干渉断層撮影(OCT)走査コントローラにおいて、
プロセッサと、
前記プロセッサにアクセス可能で、前記プロセッサにより、
眼科手術を受けている患者の眼の内部のアンファス(en face) OCTイメージングのための第一の命令を受け取り、前記第一の命令はOCT走査コントローラに眼科映像化システムを使って前記眼の前記内部のアンファス(en face)画像を得るように要求し、前記眼科映像化システムはOCT走査コントローラに光学的に連結され、フットペダル装置はOCT走査コントローラに連結され、
前記眼科映像化システムのユーザに対してアンファス(en face)画像を表示し、前記アンファス(en face)画像は第一の位置における前記眼の複数の組織層の各々に関する組織層データを含み、
フットペダル装置を介して前記ユーザからの第二の命令を受け取り、前記第二の命令は、前記複数の組織層から次の組織層を表示させる下方命令と前記複数の組織層から前の組織層を表示させる上方命令とのうちの一方を含み、
前記第二の命令に基づいて、前記次の組織層と前記前の組織層のうちの一方に関する前記組織層データを前記ユーザに対して表示する
ために実行可能な命令を保存するメモリ媒体と、
を含むOCT走査コントローラ。 - 前記第二の命令を受け取ることは、
複数の次の組織層を連続的に表示させる高速下方命令を受け取ることと、
複数の前の組織層を連続的に表示させる高速上方命令を受け取ること
の一方をさらに含む、請求項6に記載のOCT走査コントローラ。 - 前記第二の命令はさらに、連続的に表示される層間の遅延を特定する、請求項6又は7に記載のOCT走査コントローラ。
- 前記下方命令と前記上方命令は、前記フットペダル装置に加えられる第一の圧力から得られ、前記高速下方命令と前記高速上方命令は前記フットペダル装置に加えられる第二の圧力から得られてよく、前記第二の圧力は前記第一の圧力より大きい、請求項6〜8に記載のOCT走査コントローラ。
- 前記第二の命令は、前記ユーザの前足部による下方圧力作動と前記ユーザの後足部による上方圧力作動の一方を使用して前記フットペダル装置を作動させることに応答して前記フットペダル装置から受け取られる、請求項6〜9に記載のOCT走査コントローラ。
