Description
Claims (9)
- 車体のフロアパネルの下側にバッテリパックが取り付けられた車両のバッテリ保護構造であって、
前記バッテリパックを前記フロアパネルに取り付けるための左右で一対の取付部が、前記バッテリパックの車両前後方向の一端部に車両前後方向に延びるように設けられ、
前記バッテリパックにおける車両前後方向の一端部の一対の前記取付部に挟まれる部位に、ハーネスが接続されるコネクタ部が設けられ、
車両幅方向に延びるバー部材により一対の前記取付部同士が連結され、
前記バー部材は、前記コネクタ部よりも車両前後方向で前記バッテリパックから離れる側に配置されていることを特徴とする車両のバッテリ保護構造。 - 前記バー部材は車両幅方向中央側ほど前記バッテリパックから離れるように湾曲していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両のバッテリ保護構造。
- 前記バー部材は、一対の前記取付部に取り付けられるブラケットを有し、
前記ブラケットは、前記取付部に締結される締結部と、前記締結部から車両下方に延びて前記バー部材に固定される脚部と、を有し、
前記脚部は、前記締結部よりも前記バッテリパックから車両前後方向に離れて配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の車両のバッテリ保護構造。 - 前記車体は、前記車体の車両幅方向中央で車両前後方向に延びるフロアトンネルと、前記フロアトンネルよりも車両幅方向外側で車両前後方向に延びるサイドメンバと、を備え、
一対の前記取付部は、車両幅方向で前記取付部の内側端部と前記サイドメンバとの中央位置よりも外側に位置する外側取付部と、車両幅方向で前記取付部の内側端部と前記サイドメンバとの中央位置よりも内側に位置する内側取付部と、を有し、
一対の前記取付部の前記外側取付部同士が、前記バー部材によって互いに連結され、
前記フロアトンネルは前記フロアパネルに接合される境界部を有し、前記内側取付部の車両幅方向内側の端部は車両幅方向で前記境界部と同じ位置に配置され、
車両幅方向に延びる第1補強部材が前記フロアトンネルに接続され、
一対の前記取付部の前記内側取付部同士が、前記第1補強部材によって互いに連結されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の車両のバッテリ保護構造。 - 前記バッテリパックの車両前後方向で前記取付部が設けられる側の側面に、車両幅方向に延びる側壁が設けられ、
前記取付部は、車両前後方向で前記側壁よりも前記バッテリパックの中央に向けて延長された延長部を有し、
前記バッテリパックの下面に、前記側壁に平行に第2補強部材が設けられ、
前記第2補強部材は一対の前記延長部同士を連結していることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の車両のバッテリ保護構造。 - 前記脚部は、車両前後方向で前記第1補強部材と前記第2補強部材との間に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の車両のバッテリ保護構造。
- 一対の前記取付部は、車両下方に突出し、かつ、車両前後方向に延びる第1ビードを有し、
前記第2補強部材が前記第1ビードに接続されていることを特徴とする請求項5または請求項6に記載の車両のバッテリ保護構造。 - 車両下方に突出し、かつ、車両下面視で前記バッテリパックの縁に沿って車両前後方向に延びる第2ビードが前記バッテリパックの下面に設けられ、
前記第1ビードが前記第2ビードに接続され、
前記第1ビードは、前記第2補強部材との接する部位よりも車両前後方向で前記バッテリパックの中央よりも離れるように延びる延長ビード部を有し、
前記延長ビード部の端部に車両上方に凹む凹部が設けられ、
前記凹部に前記締結部が固定されていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の車両のバッテリ保護構造。 - 前記バッテリパックの前記一端部の車両幅方向の寸法は、前記バッテリパックの車両前後方向の中央部の車両幅方向の寸法よりも小さいことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項8の何れか1項に記載の車両のバッテリ保護構造。
