Claims (10)
- 被検者の背部画像上に中心線を作成する中心線作成部と、
前記中心線に沿った任意の測定間隔の指定を受け付ける測定間隔指定部と、
前記中心線の交差方向に向かう任意の測定幅の指定を受け付ける測定幅指定部と、
前記測定間隔おきに、前記中心線から左右両側に前記測定幅だけ離れた各測定点の奥行き座標を取得する測定点座標取得部と、を含む
背部画像の読影支援装置。 - 前記背部画像上において任意の複数のプロットの指定を受け付けるプロット指定部を、さらに含み、
前記中心線作成部は、前記背部画像上の前記プロットを通るように前記中心線を作成する
請求項1に記載の読影支援装置。 - 前記測定間隔おきに、前記中心線を挟んで配置された対となる左右の測定点の奥行き座標の左右差を算出する左右差算出部を、さらに含む
請求項1又は請求項2に記載の読影支援装置。 - 前記左右差を前記測定間隔ごとに比較することで、前記左右差が最大となる位置を被検者の背部の弯曲の程度が高い弯曲部位であると特定する弯曲部位特定部を、さらに含む
請求項3に記載の読影支援装置。 - 前記測定間隔おきに、前記中心線を挟んで配置された対となる左右の測定点の奥行き座標と、当該左右の測定点の間における前記中心線上の奥行き座標との高低差を算出する高低差算出部を、さらに含む
請求項1から請求項4のいずれかに記載の読影支援装置。 - 前記被験者の背部の3次元データを取得する3次元データ取得部と、
前記3次元データを2次元のモアレ像に変換するモアレ像変換部と、
前記3次元データと前記モアレ像を対応付けた統合画像を作成する統合画像作成部と、
前記統合画像を前記背部画像として表示画面上に表示する表示部と、をさらに含む
請求項1から請求項5のいずれかに記載の読影支援装置。 - 前記中心線は、被験者の頚椎、胸椎、腰椎、及び仙椎に対応した領域に区分され、
前記弯曲部位特定部は、前記弯曲部位を特定した後、さらに当該弯曲部位が前記中心線のいずれの領域に属するかを判定する、
請求項4に記載の読影支援装置。 - 前記被検者の背部画像が複数枚ある場合に、
前記プロット指定部は、前記複数画像に共通する前記プロットの指定を予め受け付け、
前記測定間隔指定部は、前記複数画像に共通する前記測定間隔の指定を予め受け付け、
前記測定幅指定部は、前記複数画像に共通する前記測定幅の指定を予め受け付け、
前記中心線作成部は、前記複数画像の夫々に前記プロットを通る中心線を作成し、
前記測定点座標取得部は、前記複数画像の夫々における前記奥行き座標を一括で取得する
請求項2に記載の読影支援装置。 - コンピュータを請求項1から請求項8のいずれかに記載の読影支援装置として機能させるためのプログラム。
- 被検者の背部画像上に前記プロットを通る中心線を作成する工程と、
前記中心線に沿った任意の測定間隔の指定を受け付ける工程と、
前記中心線の交差方向に向かう任意の測定幅の指定を受け付ける工程と、
前記測定間隔おきに、前記中心線から左右両側に前記測定幅だけ離れた各測定点の奥行き座標を取得する工程と、を含む
