Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a decorative material such as a decorative sheet or a decorative board having an uneven surface, and further proposes a method for manufacturing the decorative sheet and a method for repairing the decorative board.
A decorative board manufactured by using a synthetic resin sheet as a printing base material and pasting a decorative sheet on which the surface is decorated with a wood grain pattern by gravure printing or the like is attached to various base materials is widely used for various purposes. It is used.
As these decorative sheets, many products are used in which the surface is embossed in some way to enhance the design. The layer structure of the embossed decorative sheet is generally one in which a printing base material / a printed pattern layer / a transparent resin layer (embossed layer) / a transparent protective layer are laminated in this order.
In general, the process speed in the pattern printing process and the process speed in the embossing process are often very different, so it is very difficult to synchronize the pattern pattern and the embossed pattern, which are separate processes, in the embossed decorative sheet. Was accompanied by.
The pattern-synchronized embossing registration adjustment method described in Patent Document 1 heats a transparent plastic sheet to give embossing, and at the same time, transfers a pattern using a transfer sheet on which a pattern is printed in advance to manufacture a synchronized embossed decorative sheet. It is a proposal of a method to do.
In this method, in order to prevent the transfer sheet from stretching due to heat during embossing, it is necessary to use a polyethylene terephthalate resin film or the like having excellent heat resistance and dimensional stability as the base material of the transfer sheet. Waste of resources cannot be ignored because it cannot be used and must be discarded after transcription.
In the decorative sheet manufacturing apparatus and the decorative sheet manufacturing method described in
Since the embossed surface made of the molten resin is easily scratched and has insufficient weather resistance, it is generally performed to compensate for these defects by applying a topcoat resin to the surface. However, when the topcoat resin is applied to the uneven surface, as shown in FIG. 3, the topcoat resin flows and accumulates in the valley part of the embossing, and the important mountain part becomes thin, or conversely, in the figure. As shown in No. 4, there was a problem that the top coat was applied only to the mountain portion of the emboss and the valley portion was removed.
As shown in FIG. 4, if there is a lack of application of the top coat resin, even if it is out of the question, as shown in FIG. 3, although the top coat is applied to the entire surface, the top coat resin layer of the convex portion becomes thin. In that case, there is a problem that the original performance of the topcoat resin is not exhibited and the scratch resistance and weather resistance of the surface are lowered.
The problem to be solved by the present invention is that in a decorative sheet having an uneven pattern on the surface, the topcoat resin layer is replenished to the convex portion where the topcoat resin layer tends to be thin, so that the surface performance and weather resistance are excellent. We propose a decorative sheet and this manufacturing method.
As a means for solving the above problems, the invention according to claim 1 is a decorative sheet having a printing base material layer, a pattern layer, a transparent resin uneven layer, and a topcoat resin layer in this order. The layer is formed thin in the convex portion of the transparent resin concave-convex layer and thick in the concave portion, and the repaired top coat resin layer is at least partially covered with the thinly formed top coat resin layer surface in the convex portion. It is a decorative sheet characterized by being provided in.
In the decorative sheet according to the present invention, since the repair topcoat resin layer is provided on the convex portion where the topcoat resin layer is thinly formed, the surface performance and weather resistance are improved.

Further, in the invention according to
In the decorative sheet according to the present invention, the total thickness of the topcoat resin layer is ensured by selectively providing the repair topcoat resin layer on the convex portion of the embossed decorative sheet in which the topcoat resin layer tends to be thin. , Surface performance such as scratch resistance and weather resistance are improved as compared with the conventional embossed decorative sheet.
By thickening the total top coat layer of the convex part, the three-dimensional appearance of the decorative sheet is increased, and the tactile sensation when touched by hand is also improved, which enables a design expression closer to the real thing.

As schematically shown in FIG. 1, in the convex portion of the transparent resin

The top
As a method for forming the top

A white polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) resin sheet having a thickness of 70 μm was used as the printing substrate layer, and the pattern layer was printed using a gravure printing machine. Polyethylene resin was extruded and laminated as a transparent resin uneven layer on the upper layer of the pattern layer, and at the same time, embossing was formed. At this time, the average film thickness of the polyethylene resin layer was 80 μm for the convex portion and 40 μm for the concave portion.
An acrylic urethane resin-based topcoat resin layer was formed on the front surface by a gravure coat so as to have a dry film thickness of 10 g / m 2. Next, using an apparatus having the configuration shown in FIG. 2, an ultraviolet curable repair topcoat resin layer was applied to the convex portion of the emboss so that the dry film thickness was 10 μm. At this time, the average coating amount of the repair top coat resin was 9 g / m 2 .
<比較例>
<Comparison example>
As a comparative example, a decorative sheet was produced in the same manner as in Example 1 except that the repair topcoat resin layer was not formed.
