Claims (20)
- 基材表面を画定するケイ素含有基材と、
基材表面上のバリアコーティングであってバリア表面を画定するバリアコーティングと、
バリア表面上の消耗性コーティングであってケイ酸塩を含むセラミック酸化物を含む消耗性コーティングと
を含む、被覆部品。 - ケイ酸塩がシリカを含む、請求項1に記載の被覆部品。
- 消耗性コーティングが希土類酸化物及び/又はアルミナを更に含む、請求項2に記載の被覆部品。
- 消耗性コーティングが希土類ケイ酸塩を更に含む、請求項2に記載の被覆部品。
- 希土類ケイ酸塩が、ケイ酸ランタン(例えば、La2SiO5及び/又はLa2Si2O7)、ケイ酸セリウム(例えば、Ce2SiO5及び/又はCe2Si2O7)、ケイ酸プラセオジム(例えば、Pr2SiO5及び/又はPr2Si2O7)、ケイ酸ネオジム(例えば、Nd2SiO5及び/又はNd2Si2O7)、ケイ酸サマリウム(例えば、Sm2SiO5及び/又はSm2Si2O7)、ケイ酸ユーロピウム(例えば、Eu2SiO5及び/又はEu2Si2O7)、ケイ酸ガドリニウム(例えば、Gd2SiO5及び/又はGd2Si2O7)、ケイ酸テルビウム(例えば、Tb2SiO5及び/又はTb2Si2O7)、ケイ酸ジスプロシウム(例えば、Dy2SiO5及び/又はDy2Si2O7)、ケイ酸ホルミウム(例えば、Ho2SiO5及び/又はHo2Si2O7)、ケイ酸イットリウム(例えば、Y2SiO5及び/又はY2Si2O7)、及び/又はケイ酸エルビウム(例えば、Er2SiO5及び/又はEr2Si2O7)を含む、請求項4に記載の被覆部品。

- 消耗性コーティングが有機ケイ素誘導体材料を含むセラミック酸化物を含む、請求項2に記載の被覆部品。
- 消耗性コーティングが10ミクロン〜75ミクロンの厚さを有する、請求項1に記載の被覆部品。
- ターボ機械の部品をダスト堆積物から保護する方法であって、
消耗性コーティングをターボ機械の部品上に施す工程であって、部品が、基材表面を画定するケイ素含有基材と、基材表面上のバリアコーティングであってバリア表面を画定するバリアコーティングとを含み、消耗性コーティングがバリア表面の少なくとも一部に施され、消耗性コーティングがケイ酸塩を含むセラミック酸化物を含む、工程
を含む、方法。 - 消耗性コーティングのケイ酸塩がシリカを含む、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 消耗性コーティングが、液体担体中の固体粒子を含むスラリーとして施される、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 固体粒子が0.1ミクロン〜8ミクロンのメジアン粒径を有する、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 液体担体がアルコール及び/又はケトンを含む、請求項12に記載の方法。
- スラリーが15wt.%〜40wt.%の固体負荷を含む、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 液体担体が有機ケイ素材料を含む、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 有機ケイ素材料がスラリーの全含量の1wt.%〜4wt.%を構成する、請求項16に記載の方法。
- ターボ機械を運転する際に有機ケイ素材料の少なくとも一部を有機ケイ素誘導体材料に変換させる工程を含む、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 部品が、少なくとも1つの層間剥離した領域を含み、層間剥離した領域でバリアコーティングが部分的に失われている又は完全に失われている、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 消耗性コーティングを部品上に施す工程が、部品が完全に組み立てられた又は部分的に組み立てられたターボ機械に配置されている状態で消耗性コーティングを部品上に施す工程を含む、請求項10に記載の方法。
