(a)少なくとも二峰性のセラミック粒子であって、Ln2Si2O7、Ln2SiO5、シリカ、アルミノケイ酸バリウムストロンチウム(BSAS)、モノシリック酸化ハフニウム、希土類ガリウムガーネット(Ln2Ga2O9)(式中、Lnは、スカンジウム(Sc)、イットリウム(Y)、ランタン(La)、セリウム(Ce)、プラセオジム(Pr)、ネオジム(Nd)、プロメチウム(Pm)、サマリウム(Sm)、ユーロピウム(Eu)、ガドリニウム(Gd)、テルビウム(Tb)、ジスプロシウム(Dy)、ホルミウム(Ho)、エルビウム(Er)、ツリウム(Tm)、イッテルビウム(Yb)、ルテチウム(Lu)の1種以上である。)の1種以上である粗大粒子約70体積%以下と、Ln2Si2O7又はLn2SiO5(式中、Lnは、Sc、Y、La、Ce、Pr、Nd、Pm、Sm、Eu、Gd、Tb、Dy、Ho、Er、Tm、Yb、Luの1種以上である。)の1種以上を含む微細粒子約65体積%以下とを含む少なくとも二峰性のセラミック粒子と、スラリーが可逆ゲルになるように1種類のアニオン性分散剤と1種類のカチオン性分散剤とから本質的になるポリマー溶液と、低蒸気圧有機溶媒と、鉄、アルミニウム、チタン、コバルト、ニッケル、ガリウム、インジウム、これらの化合物(例えば、酸化物、酢酸塩、シュウ酸塩、炭化物、窒化物、炭酸塩、アセチルアセトナト、硝酸塩、ケイ化物、希土類元素含有化合物)、これらの混合物又はこれらの化合物の混合物からなる群から選択される1種以上の焼結助剤を含む、スラリー混合物を形成するステップ(200)と、
(b)可逆ゲルスラリーをガスタービンエンジン部品上に直描するステップ(204)、
(c)可逆ゲルスラリーを、室温又は約30℃〜80℃の第2の温度のいずれかで乾燥させ、可逆ゲルマトリックスを形成するステップ(206)と
(d)ガスタービンエンジン部品上の乾燥可逆ゲルマトリックスを、約1204℃超及び1357℃未満の温度で焼結し(210)、約5ミルを超える厚さ及び約5%〜約50%のポロシティを有するアブレイダブル皮膜の層を形成し、焼結層がドープ希土類二ケイ酸塩でも構成され、1種以上の焼結助剤が、希土類二ケイ酸塩に溶解してこれをドープするドーピング組成物であるステップと、
を含む方法。 - ガスタービンエンジン部品及び直描ゲルを鋳型に配置するステップを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 直描が、ガスタービンエンジン部品上にパターンを作り出す、請求項1に記載の方法。
- パターンが複数の隆起部である、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 直描過程がロボットによる堆積を使用して自動化される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 直描過程が、隆起部が前の層の隆起部をスパンする複数の層の一連の摩耗性隆起部を構築する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- ガスタービンエンジン部品が、ブレード及びシュラウドの1つである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- ガスタービンエンジン部品がセラミックマトリックス複合材料(CMC)で形成される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- ガスタービンエンジン部品が環境バリアコーティング(14)を含む、請求項8に記載の方法。
- アブレイダブル皮膜が環境コーティング上に堆積される、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 可逆ゲルが、逆に荷電された高分子電解質により連結された(粒子表面に吸着された)吸着高分子電解質により形成される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- ガスタービンエンジン部品(10)の外側表面上に環境コーティング(14)を有するガスタービンエンジン部品の上にアブレイダブル皮膜(30)を堆積する方法であって、
(a)少なくとも二峰性のセラミック粒子であって、Ln2Si2O7、Ln2SiO5、シリカ、アルミノケイ酸バリウムストロンチウム(BSAS)、モノシリック酸化ハフニウム、希土類ガリウムガーネット(Ln2Ga2O9)(式中、Lnは、スカンジウム(Sc)、イットリウム(Y)、ランタン(La)、セリウム(Ce)、プラセオジム(Pr)、ネオジム(Nd)、プロメチウム(Pm)、サマリウム(Sm)、ユーロピウム(Eu)、ガドリニウム(Gd)、テルビウム(Tb)、ジスプロシウム(Dy)、ホルミウム(Ho)、エルビウム(Er)、ツリウム(Tm)、イッテルビウム(Yb)、ルテチウム(Lu)の1種以上である。)の1種以上である粗大粒子約70体積%以下と、Ln2Si2O7又はLn2SiO5(式中、Lnは、Sc、Y、La、Ce、Pr、Nd、Pm、Sm、Eu、Gd、Tb、Dy、Ho、Er、Tm、Yb、Luの1種以上である。)の1種以上を含む微細粒子約65体積%以下とを含む少なくとも二峰性のセラミック粒子と、スラリーが可逆ゲルになるように1種類のアニオン性分散剤と1種類のカチオン性分散剤とから本質的になるポリマー溶液と、低蒸気圧有機溶媒と、鉄、アルミニウム、チタン、コバルト、ニッケル、ガリウム、インジウム、これらの化合物(例えば、酸化物、酢酸塩、シュウ酸塩、炭化物、窒化物、炭酸塩、アセチルアセトナト、硝酸塩、ケイ化物、希土類元素含有化合物)、これらの混合物又はこれらの化合物の混合物からなる群から選択される1種以上の焼結助剤とを含むスラリー混合物を形成するステップ(200)と、
(b)可逆ゲルスラリーをガスタービンエンジン部品上に直描するステップ(204)と、
(c)可逆ゲルスラリーを、室温又は約30℃〜80℃の第2の温度のいずれかで乾燥させ、可逆ゲルマトリックスを形成するステップ(206)と、
(d)ガスタービンエンジン部品上の乾燥可逆ゲルマトリックスを、約1204℃超及び1357℃未満の温度で焼結し(210)、約5ミルを超える厚さ及び約5%〜約50%のポロシティを有するアブレイダブル皮膜の層を形成し、焼結層がドープ希土類二ケイ酸塩でも構成され、1種以上の焼結助剤が、希土類二ケイ酸塩に溶解してこれをドープするドーピング組成物であるステップと
を含む方法。 - ガスタービンエンジン部品がセラミックマトリックス複合材料(CMC)で形成される、請求項12に記載の方法。
- ガスタービンエンジン部品とアブレイダブル層との間に堆積された環境コーティングをさらに含む、請求項12に記載の方法。
