- 耐環境コーティング(12)の表面粗度を向上させる方法であって、
プラズマ溶射耐環境コーティングを有する部品(10)を用意するステップと、

前記塗布されたスラリーを有する前記耐環境コーティングを乾燥させるステップと、

- 前記スラリー焼結助剤は、鉄酸化物、酸化ガリウム、酸化アルミニウム、酸化ニッケル、酸化チタン、酸化ホウ素、アルカリ土類酸化物、カルボニル鉄、鉄金属、アルミニウム金属、ホウ素、ニッケル金属、水酸化鉄、水酸化ガリウム、水酸化アルミニウム、水酸化ニッケル、水酸化チタン、アルカリ土類水酸化物、炭酸鉄、炭酸ガリウム、炭酸アルミニウム、炭酸ニッケル、炭酸ホウ素、アルカリ土類炭酸塩、シュウ酸鉄、シュウ酸ガリウム、シュウ酸アルミニウム、シュウ酸ニッケル、シュウ酸チタン、水溶性鉄塩、水溶性ガリウム塩、水溶性アルミニウム塩、水溶性ニッケル塩、水溶性チタン塩、水溶性ホウ素塩、及び水溶性アルカリ土類塩からなる群から選択される、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記スラリーは、Lnb希土類金属及びSiO2からなる2つのスラリー焼結助剤を有する、請求項1、2、3、又は4のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記スラリーは、約1wt%〜約99.9wt%の水、約0.1wt%〜約72wt%の前記主要遷移材料又は前記主要外部材料、約0.1wt%〜約59.3wt%のLnb希土類金属スラリー焼結助剤、約0.1wt%〜約20.6wt%のSiO2スラリー焼結助剤、及び選択的に任意の有機加工助剤からなる、請求項7に記載の方法。
