Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a solar cell string including a plurality of solar cells connected to a single ring and a method for manufacturing the solar cell string.
Conventionally, solar cells having various structures have been proposed. As such a solar cell, a plurality of strip-shaped solar cells are arranged so that the long sides of adjacent solar cells overlap each other, for example, by covering a roof plate. There is a solar module including a solar cell string in which ends are connected to each other (Patent Document 1). In this solar cell string, by arranging the solar cells in an overlapping manner, the filling rate of the solar cells in the solar cell string is improved by eliminating the gap between the adjacent solar cells, and the module efficiency is improved. Can be enhanced.
By the way, in the solar cell string in which the solar cell cells are arranged in an overlapping manner as described above, that is, the solar cell string formed by a single ring connection, the adjacent solar cell cells use, for example, a conductive material. Be connected. Specifically, these electrodes are connected by using a conductive adhesive provided between an electrode located on the back surface of one solar cell and an electrode located on the light receiving surface of another solar cell. As a result, the solar cells are electrically connected. In such a solar cell string, since the solar cells are physically connected only between the electrodes, the physical connectivity between the solar cells is not sufficient, and when an external force is applied to the connection portion, There was a risk of poor continuity between the electrodes.
The present invention is a solar cell string including a plurality of solar cells connected to each other by a single ring, the solar cell string having improved physical connectivity between the solar cells, and a method for manufacturing the solar cell string.
The step of forming the transparent
By forming the transparent

In the step of forming the transparent insulating

The step of obtaining a plurality of
In the step of connecting the single ring, for example, the connecting
In the step of connecting the single ring of the present embodiment, the connecting
