Abstract
【解決手段】アブソリュートエンコーダは、第2ウォームホイール部41が、第2従動歯車として中心軸が第1ウォームホイール部の中心軸と直交し、第2ウォームギア部にかみ合う。支持軸42は、第2ウォームホイール部41を回転可能に支持する。マグネットMqは、支持軸42と一体に回転する。角度センサは、マグネットMqの近傍に設けられマグネットMqから発生する磁束の変化を検出する。第1軸受43は、外輪432が第2ウォームホイール部41に固定されていて内輪431が支持軸42に固定されている。第2軸受44は、内輪441が支持軸42に固定されている。

Claims (7)
- 主軸の回転に従って回転する第1駆動歯車と、
中心軸が前記第1駆動歯車の中心軸と直交し、前記第1駆動歯車にかみ合う第1従動歯車と、
前記第1従動歯車と同軸上に設けられ、前記第1従動歯車の回転に従って回転する第2駆動歯車と、
中心軸が前記第1従動歯車の中心軸と直交し、前記第2駆動歯車にかみ合う第2従動歯車と、
前記第2従動歯車を回転可能に支持する支持軸と、
前記支持軸と一体に回転するマグネットと、
前記マグネットの近傍に設けられ前記マグネットから発生する磁束の変化を検出する角度センサと、
外輪が前記第2従動歯車に固定されていて内輪が前記支持軸に固定されている第1軸受と、
内輪が前記支持軸に固定されている第2軸受と、
を備える、アブソリュートエンコーダ。 - 前記第2従動歯車は、軸線を中心とした位置に円筒状の空洞部分である軸受収容部を有し、
