Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a water-in-oil emulsified cosmetic.
Water-in-oil emulsified cosmetics are skin care cosmetics and make-up cosmetics, especially cosmetics often used in base makeup items such as foundations.
Emulsified cosmetics that can give not only water but also oil to the skin have been studied many times in the cosmetics field as high value-added dosage forms. These emulsified cosmetics are roughly divided into oil-in-water emulsified cosmetics and water-in-oil emulsified cosmetics. Water-in-oil emulsified cosmetics cover the surface of the skin with an oil film, prevent evaporation of water, and protect the skin from dryness, so they have excellent emollient, moisturizing, and treatment effects on the skin. be. Until now, water-in-oil emulsified cosmetics have been devised in various ways in order to satisfy both the feeling of use such as smooth spread and adhesion to the skin and the stability over time.
For example, techniques relating to water-in-oil emulsified cosmetics containing hydrophobic silica, water-soluble polymers, lipophilic surfactants having an HLB value of 7 or less, oil, and water (see, for example, Patent Document 1) and polyether-modified silicones. Contains 0.05 to 10.0% by weight of water-soluble polymer electrolyte, 0.05 to 5.0% by weight of inorganic salt and / or organic salt, 0.05 to 5.0% by weight of glycerin branched fatty acid and / Or a technique relating to a water-in-oil emulsified cosmetic containing one or both of an unsaturated fatty acid ester, a sorbitan branched fatty acid, and / or an unsaturated fatty acid ester (see, for example, Patent Document 2). There is. In addition, one or more selected from glycerin monooleate, glycerin monoisostearate and polyoxyethylene glyceryl monoisostearate, an aqueous component, and an oily component containing (C) solid oil are included to satisfy specific conditions. There is a technique relating to a water-in-oil emulsified composition characterized by (see, for example, Patent Document 3).
An object of the present invention is to provide a water-in-oil emulsified cosmetic which has a uniform cosmetic film without slipping at the time of application and has excellent emulsification stability.
In view of these circumstances, the present inventors have diligently studied in order to realize a quality in which a water-in-oil emulsified cosmetic has a smooth spread on the skin and a uniform cosmetic film. A water-in-oil emulsified cosmetic containing a nonionic surfactant, volatile hydrocarbons, and short-chain long silicones among volatile silicones are used in combination at a ratio of 0.1 to 1.0. Furthermore, they have found that by further containing ethanol, it is possible to realize a water-in-oil emulsified cosmetic that spreads smoothly without sujimura and finishes with a uniform cosmetic film, and based on these findings, the present invention has been completed.

As is clear from the results in Tables 1 to 3, the examples of the present invention were excellent in non-slip, uniform cosmetic film, and emulsion stability as compared with the comparative examples.
On the other hand, in Comparative Example 1, since the volatile hydrocarbon oil was not contained, the decorative film was slippery, the uniformity of the film was impaired, and satisfactory quality could not be obtained. Further, in Comparative Example 2, liquid paraffin, which is a non-volatile hydrocarbon oil, was used instead of the volatile hydrocarbon oil, but the decorative film was slippery, the uniformity of the film was impaired, and satisfactory quality could not be obtained. .. Further, in Comparative Example 3, since dimethylpolysiloxane was not contained, the film was slippery, a uniform cosmetic film could not be formed, and the emulsion stability was poor, so that satisfactory quality could not be obtained. In Comparative Example 4, since ethanol was not contained, the film was slippery and satisfactory quality could not be obtained. In Comparative Example 5, the A / B was less than 0.1, and although the uniform cosmetic film and the emulsion stability were slightly good, the film was slippery and satisfactory quality could not be obtained. In Comparative Example 6, the A / B was larger than 10, and although there was no slippage and the uniformity of the cosmetic film was a little, a quality satisfactory in emulsion stability could not be obtained.
