Claims (16)
- 複数の第1画素および複数の第2画素を含む表示装置であって、
前記複数の第1画素の各々は、
第1陽極および第1陰極を含む第1LEDチップと、
第2陽極および第2陰極を含む第2LEDチップと、
第1トランジスタと、を含み、
前記第1トランジスタのソース電極およびドレイン電極の一方は、第1電源電圧線と電気的に接続し、
前記第1トランジスタの前記ソース電極およびドレイン電極の他方は、前記第1陽極および前記第2陰極と電気的に接続し、
前記第1陰極および前記第2陽極は、第2電源電圧線と電気的に接続し、
前記第1電源電圧線の第1電位は、前記第2電源電圧線の第2電位と異なる表示装置。 - 前記第1電位が前記第2電位より大きいとき、前記第2LEDチップは非発光状態である請求項1に記載の表示装置。
