Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a door weather strip for efficiently draining water that has entered between a door and a fin portion of the door weather strip at a corner portion of an automobile door.
The seal between the car door and the car body opening edge is made by a door weather strip attached to the door frame provided on the outer periphery of the door and / or an opening weather strip attached to the flange of the car body opening edge. ..
Patent Document 1 discloses the following techniques regarding the drainage of water that enters between the

Then, on the mounting surface (the surface facing the door frame 110) of the
As a result, most of the infiltrated water B that has entered from between the corner portion of the
By the way, in recent years, reflecting the variety of designs, in the rear door of an automobile, the belt line has a shape that rises greatly upward behind the vehicle, or the belt line rises upward behind the vehicle and the upper side of the rear door is the vehicle. The number of vehicles descending in an arc is increasing in the rear.
In this type of vehicle, the members inside the vehicle behind the belt line of the rear door, such as panels, door frames and frame moldings, are divided into upper and lower parts with the belt line in between, and the connecting parts connected by welding or adhesion are formed. , It may be near the corner of the door formed near the belt line. Further, since the door weather strip attached to the rear door is greatly curved in the vicinity of the corner portion, the fin portion in the door weather strip is also formed in the vicinity of the corner portion. Therefore, the fin portion is formed by covering the connection portion so as to straddle the connection portion.
Since there is a step at the connection part due to welding or adhesion of the members inside the car above and below the belt line at the rear door, water will flow from between the corner part of the rear door and the fin part of the door weather strip due to high pressure car wash etc. When it invades, it is necessary to prevent water from entering the inside of the vehicle from between the step of the connection portion and the fin portion. However, in the technique of Patent Document 1 described above, there is no description or suggestion about this connection portion. Therefore, it is necessary to take new measures to prevent water that has entered from between the corner of the rear door and the fin of the door weather strip from entering the inside of the vehicle from between the step of this connection and the fin. be.
Here, it is conceivable to set a caulking sponge in the fin portion of the door weather strip to take measures against infiltrated water that has infiltrated between the corner portion and the fin portion, but this increases the cost.
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention of claim 1 is a door weather strip which is attached by elastic contact to a door frame of an automobile door and has a fin portion covering a corner portion of the door, and the fin portion is attached. On the surface side, water that has come into contact with the door frame and has entered from between the door and the fin portion of the door weather strip is introduced to the drain port formed above the connection portion of the door frame having the connection portion at the corner portion. It is a door weather strip characterized in that a water guiding portion for guiding is formed so as to project to the outside of the vehicle.
In the present invention of claim 1, the mounting surface side of the fin portion of the door weather strip is in contact with the door frame, and water that has entered from between the door and the fin portion of the door weather strip is connected to the corner portion. Since the water guiding portion for guiding to the drain port formed above the connecting portion of the door frame having the door is formed so as to project to the outside of the vehicle, the water that has entered from between the door and the fin portion of the door weather strip. Can be guided to the drain port formed on the door side by the water guiding portion and drained before reaching the connecting portion of the door frame having a step. As a result, it is possible to prevent the infiltrated water from entering the inside of the vehicle.
According to the second aspect of the present invention, the fin portion is brought into contact with the door frame by a lip formed below the fin portion, and the water guiding portion is formed by projecting the lip to the outside of the vehicle. Door weather strip.
In the present invention of claim 2, since the fin portion is brought into contact with the door frame by the lip formed below the fin portion, the bending property of the lip seals between the lip and the door frame. NS.
Further, since the water guiding portion is formed by projecting the lip to the outside of the vehicle, the lip can be continuously formed from the portion of the fin portion where the water guiding portion does not exist to the water guiding portion. As a result, it is possible to prevent water from entering the inside of the vehicle from between the fin portion and the door frame.
The third aspect of the present invention is a door weather strip having a water guiding portion having a protruding portion that gradually increases the degree of protrusion to the outside of the vehicle from the front of the vehicle to the rear of the vehicle.
In the present invention of claim 3, since the water guiding portion has a protruding portion increasing portion in which the degree of protrusion is gradually increased from the front to the rear of the vehicle from the front to the rear of the vehicle, the lip is smoothly projected to the outside of the vehicle. , The water guiding portion can be formed by projecting. Further, water can be guided to the drain port formed on the door side and drained along the shape of the protrusion increasing portion in which the degree of protrusion from the front of the vehicle to the rear of the vehicle is gradually increased. As a result, it is possible to prevent water from entering the inside of the vehicle from between the fin portion and the door frame.
In addition, the "gradual increase" in the above-mentioned protrusion includes linearly increasing, changing so as to increase the steepness to form an arc, and both.
According to the fourth aspect of the present invention, the protruding portion of the water guiding portion has a first protruding increasing portion and a second protruding increasing portion, and the lower tip portion of the second protruding increasing portion reaches the inside of the drainage port. Weather strip.
In the present invention of claim 4, the protrusion increase portion of the water guide portion has a first protrusion increase portion and a second protrusion increase portion, so that the size (length) of the drainage port is large. Depending on the width of the pod), the momentum of the water to be guided can be slowed down and guided reliably. Further, since the lower tip portion of the second protrusion increasing portion reaches the inside of the drainage port, the infiltrated water can be reliably guided into the drainage port.
According to the fifth aspect of the present invention, the protrusion steepness of the second protrusion increase portion of the water induction portion is equal to or greater than the protrusion steepness of the first protrusion increase portion, and is between the first protrusion increase portion and the second protrusion increase portion. Is formed with a protrusion relaxation portion whose protrusion steepness is smaller than that of the first protrusion increase portion, and the protrusion steepness of the protrusion relaxation portion is smaller than the protrusion steepness of the first protrusion increase portion, and is between the protrusion relaxation portion and the door frame. Is a door weather strip in which voids are formed.
In the present invention of claim 5, it has a first protrusion increase portion and a second protrusion increase portion, and the protrusion steepness of the second protrusion increase portion is equal to or higher than the protrusion steepness of the first protrusion increase portion, and the first protrusion A protrusion relaxation portion having a protrusion steepness smaller than that of the first protrusion increase portion is formed between the increase portion and the second protrusion increase portion, that is, the protrusion steepness is such that the protrusion relaxation portion <first protrusion increase portion. ≦ It is the second protrusion increase part.
Here, the steepness of the protrusion means the degree of inclination of the water guiding portion in the protrusion to the outside of the vehicle, and the large steepness means the degree of inclination, that is, the protrusion of the fin portion from the mounting surface to the outside of the vehicle. It means that the inclination angle is large.
Therefore, water can be reliably guided to the drainage port formed on the door side by the width of the protrusion mitigation portion in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle. That is, the water flowing along the first protrusion increase portion flows into the drainage port formed on the door side at the end point portion of the first protrusion increase portion, and the water flows through the end point portion of the first protrusion increase portion to relax the protrusion. It is divided into those that flow along the part. Then, the water flowing along the protrusion relaxation portion can be made to flow into the drain port at once by the second protrusion increase portion having a large protrusion steepness, so that the water can be reliably guided to the drain port. As a result, it is possible to prevent water from entering the inside of the vehicle from between the fin portion and the door frame.
The protrusion relaxation portion includes a case where the protrusion steepness is zero, that is, a case where the protrusion relaxation portion is formed while maintaining the end point portion of the first protrusion increase portion and is connected to the second protrusion increase portion. Further, the protrusion relaxation portion and the second protrusion increase portion may be continuously formed in an arc shape by changing so as to increase the steepness.
In addition, a gap is formed below the protrusion mitigation portion and between the door frame and the door frame. Since the first protrusion increase portion and the second protrusion increase portion drain water at different locations in the door frame, a protrusion relaxation portion is formed between the first protrusion increase portion and the second protrusion increase portion, and further protrusions are formed. By forming a gap between the relaxation portion and the door frame, for example, when the first protrusion increasing portion is deformed by receiving an external force, it becomes difficult for the deformation of the first protrusion increasing portion to be transmitted to the second protrusion increasing portion. , Water can be reliably guided to the drainage port without hindering the drainage at the second protrusion increasing portion. The reverse is also true.
In particular, the door frame is discontinuous, for example, the door frame has a step, and the portion of the door frame that is in contact with the first protrusion increase portion and the portion that is in contact with the second protrusion increase portion are formed separately. If there is a portion, it is preferable not to hit the door frame at the discontinuous portion. This is because when the protrusion increase portion comes into contact with the discontinuous portion of the door frame, an abnormal external force is transmitted to the first protrusion increase portion and the second protrusion increase portion via the protrusion relaxation portion, and the first protrusion increase portion and the first protrusion increase portion. This is because the second protrusion increasing portion is deformed in a direction different from the direction in which it should be in contact with the original, and the drainage property is deteriorated. Therefore, by forming the gap, it is possible to prevent the first protrusion increasing portion and the second protrusion increasing portion from being deformed in a direction different from the direction in which they should originally come into contact with each other.
The present invention of claim 6 is a door weather strip in which a plurality of lips are formed. In the present invention of claim 6, since a plurality of lips are formed, the fin portion can be firmly erected on the door frame by the plurality of lips.
The present invention of claim 7 extends above the water guiding portion of the fin portion from the front of the vehicle to the rear of the vehicle, and further downward in a linear or upwardly convex arc shape, and the rear end of the fin portion. A door weather strip in which a drainage lip having a gap is formed between the rib and a drainage gap is formed between the rear end rib and the door frame.
As described above, the water that has entered between the door and the fin portion of the door weather strip can be guided to the drain port formed on the door side by the water guiding portion and drained. However, depending on the arrangement of the drainage port formed on the door side, it may be necessary to deal with the water that has entered from between the door at the position behind the drainage port and the fin portion of the door weather strip. Is required to drain water efficiently.
In the present invention of claim 7, above the water guiding portion of the fin portion, a linear or upwardly convex arc shape extends from the front of the vehicle to the rear of the vehicle and further downward, and the rear end of the fin portion. Since a drainage lip having a gap between the rib and the drainage lip is formed and a drainage gap is formed between the rear end rib and the door frame, the door at the position behind the drainage port and the fin portion of the door weather strip are formed. The water that has entered from between can be guided by the drainage lip and drained from the drainage gap formed between the door frame and the rear end rib of the fin portion.
On the mounting surface side of the fin part of the door weather strip, it is formed so as to project to the outside of the vehicle, and it comes into contact with the door frame, and water that has entered from between the door and the fin part of the door weather strip is introduced from the connection part of the door frame. Since the water guide portion for guiding to the drain port formed above is formed so as to project to the outside of the vehicle, the water that has entered from between the door and the fin portion of the door weather strip is formed at the connection portion of the door frame, that is, Before reaching the step, it can be guided to the drain port formed on the door side by the water guiding portion to drain the water. As a result, it is possible to prevent the infiltrated water from entering the inside of the vehicle.

As shown in FIG. 3, the door side to which the
A
As shown in FIG. 4, the
As shown in FIGS. 5 to 7, the
The upper tip of the
At the rear end of the
As shown in FIG. 6, at the lower tip portion (
As shown in FIG. 5, a
The
In FIG. 5, the width of the connecting portion between the first
Here, the steepness of the protrusion is such that the
Gradually increasing or decreasing the above protrusion is to project the
Further, since a
Further, the first
As shown in FIG. 7 (cross-sectional view of the
Further, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 7, in the second
To attach the
Then, when the
When water enters from between the
At this time, since the
As a result, the connecting
The water flowing to the
Next, a second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 7 and 8. The difference between the second embodiment and the first embodiment is that, in the second embodiment, the
The protruding length of the
Further, both the
Since the
As described above, at the rear end of the
The water that has entered from the C portion and the D portion due to the high-pressure car wash or the like hangs down along the vehicle outer surface of the
Further, the water that has passed over the
Further, the water dripping from the
When the water that has entered from the C portion heads toward the front of the vehicle, it is drained to the outside of the vehicle through the
The practice of the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and various modifications can be made as long as the object of the present invention is not deviated.
In the first embodiment, the water infiltrated from the C and D portions in FIG. 5 was not mentioned, but the water infiltrated from the C and D portions has a
