Abstract
Description
液体を通過させるためのフレキシブルホース、
フレキシブルホースを取り囲む断熱層、
フレキシブルホースを取り囲む加熱デバイスであって、加熱デバイスはフレキシブルホースおよび断熱層の間に配置されている
を有する。上記断熱層は帯状断熱材を有しており、それにより帯状断熱材はフレキシブルホースの周りに螺旋状に巻かれている。

Claims (15)
- 液体を搬送するためのフレキシブルホース、
該フレキシブルホースを取り囲む断熱層、および
該フレキシブルホースを取り囲む加熱デバイス
を含んで成り、
該加熱デバイスが該フレキシブルホースと断熱層との間に配置されており、
該断熱層が帯状断熱材を含み、該帯状断熱材は該フレキシブルホースの周りに螺旋状に巻かれており、該帯状断熱材がエアロゲルを含むことを特徴とする、液体、特に接着剤を搬送するための加熱ホース。 - 前記帯状断熱材が15mm〜60mmの幅を有し、および/または前記帯状断熱材が1mm〜3mmの厚さを有する、請求項1に記載の加熱ホース。
- 前記帯状断熱材が、自己重複するように、前記フレキシブルホースの周りに巻かれており、前記帯状断熱材の幅に対する重複が、好ましくは20%〜50%、より好ましくは40%〜50%、特に好ましくは45%〜50%である、請求項1または2に記載の加熱ホース。
- 前記エアロゲルが、シリケート系エアロゲルである、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の加熱ホース。
- 前記断熱材が、支持構造体、特に繊維系支持構造体を有する、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の加熱ホース。
- 前記帯状断熱材が、コーティング、好ましくは摩擦低減コーティングおよび/または保塵コーティングを有する、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の加熱ホース。
- 前記コーティングが、シリコーン系および/またはポリウレタン系コーティングであり、好ましくは前記コーティングがシリコーンコーティングまたはポリウレタンコーティングである、請求項6に記載の加熱ホース。
- 前記帯状断熱材がシースを含む、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の加熱ホース。
- 前記加熱ホースがカバー層を含み、該カバー層が前記断熱層を直接取り囲んでいる、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の加熱ホース。
- 前記カバー層が帯状カバー材料を含んでなり、該帯状カバー材料が、前記断熱層の周りに螺旋状に、好ましくは自己重複するように巻かれている、請求項9に記載の加熱ホース。
- 前記加熱ホースが制御回線および/または電気供給回線を含んでなり、該制御回線および/または電気供給回線が、前記加熱ホースと相互作用する搬送デバイスおよび/または塗布デバイスの構成要素に接続可能であり、好ましくは、前記加熱ホースが接続構造体を有し、該接続構造体が該制御回線および/または電気供給回線に接続され、該接続構造体は該構成要素の対応するカウンター構造に接続可能である、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の加熱ホース。
- 前記制御回線および/または電気供給回線が、前記断熱層の周りに螺旋状に巻かれており、特に前記制御回線および/または電気供給回線が前記カバー層の周りに螺旋状に巻かれている、請求項11に記載の加熱ホース。
- 前記加熱ホースが外側シースを有し、好ましくは該外側シースがシリコーンおよび/またはポリウレタンおよび/またはポリエチレンを含むか、或いはシリコーン、ポリウレタンまたはポリエチレンからなる、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の加熱ホース。
- 前記カバー材料の巻き方向および/または前記制御回線の巻き方向および/または前記電気供給回線の巻き方向および/または前記加熱デバイスの巻き方向が、前記断熱材の巻き方向と一致しており、好ましくは、前記フレキシブルホースの周りに螺旋状に巻かれた加熱ホースの全ての構成要素が、同一巻き方向を有する、請求項10〜13のいずれか1項に記載の加熱ホース。
- 前記帯状断熱材の巻いたもののピッチ角が5°〜30°、特に10°〜15°、好ましくは15°である、請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載の加熱ホース。
