Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a solid cosmetic with a pattern. The present invention also relates to a method for producing a solid cosmetic with a pattern.
Conventionally known solid cosmetics generally have a form in which powder is compression-molded and stored in a tray with a shallow bottom like a foundation, or a solid composition is formed into a predetermined shape at room temperature like a lipstick. Most of them are in the form. There is also a method of obtaining a solid cosmetic having a desired shape by melting the cosmetic composition by heating and cooling and solidifying the cosmetic composition in a mold having a desired shape.
The solid cosmetics are provided with multiple types of parts having different colors and compositions, thereby enhancing the design of the solid cosmetics, changing the parts used by the solid cosmetics according to the purpose, or mixing the multiple parts. Some have been proposed so that they can be used.
For example,
In the manufacturing process of the color-patterned cosmetics described in
An object of the present invention is a patterned solid cosmetic having excellent design and a patterned solid cosmetic having excellent design, which can be produced without using a powder compression molding method. To provide a manufacturing method for.
The present invention includes a plurality of solid cosmetics, and has at least one independently arranged cosmetic that is adjacent to another solid cosmetic in a plan view as the solid cosmetic, and the independently arranged cosmetic and the above. The above-mentioned problems are solved by providing a patterned solid cosmetic having a boundary layer containing powder at the boundary with other solid cosmetics.
The present invention is the method for producing a patterned solid cosmetic, comprising a joining step of joining the granular raw material of the independently arranged cosmetic and the raw material of the other solid cosmetic, and the joining step is provided. In a state where the powder is attached to at least one surface of the granular raw material of the independently arranged cosmetic and the raw material of the other solid cosmetic, the granular raw material of the independently arranged cosmetic and the other solid cosmetic A softening step of softening at least one of the granular raw material of the independently arranged cosmetic and the raw material of the other solid cosmetic The above-mentioned problems are solved by providing a method for producing a solid cosmetic with a pattern.
According to the patterned solid cosmetics of the present invention, there is provided a patterned solid cosmetic having excellent design, in which a plurality of solid cosmetics are present in a state of being adjacent to each other and clearly separated.
According to the method for producing a patterned solid cosmetic of the present invention, a patterned solid cosmetic having excellent design can be produced without using a powder compression molding method.
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described based on its preferred embodiment. The patterned solid cosmetic of the present invention contains a plurality of solid cosmetics, and has a mosaic tile-like pattern generated by the arrangement of the plurality of solid cosmetics on at least one surface. Hereinafter, a surface having a mosaic tile-like pattern generated by arranging a plurality of solid cosmetics is also referred to as a
Mosaic tile-like patterns can be variously formed by solid cosmetics of various shapes, colors, and sizes, or combinations thereof. For example, the shape of the solid cosmetic on the patterned surface is a polygonal shape such as a quadrangle or a triangle, a closed curved shape such as a circle or an ellipse, a concrete shape such as a flower, an animal, or a building, an irregular shape, or the like. good. A plurality of solid cosmetics may form a regular or irregular geometric shape, for example, a honeycomb shape or a polyomino shape as a whole. Further, the color of the plurality of solid cosmetics on the pattern surface may be one kind or a combination of two or more kinds of colors. Further, the sizes of the plurality of solid cosmetics on the pattern surface may be the same as each other, or may be a combination of different sizes.
A "solid cosmetic" is a cosmetic that is solid at room temperature (25 ° C.) and has the property of being able to soften or melt when heated to a temperature higher than room temperature, for example, 40 ° C. to 150 ° C. For example, oil-based cosmetics containing oils and aqueous cosmetics such as agar gel are included in the solid cosmetics referred to in the present invention. Cosmetics obtained by compression molding powder are excluded from the solid cosmetics referred to in the present invention.
The patterned solid cosmetic of the present invention has at least one, for example, a plurality of independently arranged cosmetics adjacent to other solid cosmetics in a plan view on the
FIG. 1 shows a patterned solid cosmetic 2 according to an embodiment of the present invention. The patterned
The patterned solid cosmetic of the present invention includes a boundary layer containing powder at the boundary between the independently arranged cosmetic and other adjacent solid cosmetics. Focusing on one independently arranged cosmetic 1P located on the
According to the patterned solid cosmetics of the present invention, by providing the
Further, as shown in FIG. 5, by providing the independently arranged
The patterned solid cosmetic of the present invention is independent surrounded by a plurality of other solid cosmetics as in the independently arranged cosmetic 1P shown in FIG. 2A from the viewpoint of improving the variety of patterns. It is preferable to have the arranged cosmetics on the
The solid cosmetics contained in the patterned solid cosmetics of the present invention may be solid cosmetics having the same composition, or may be a plurality of types of solid cosmetics having different compositions. The patterned
As described above, when the patterned solid cosmetic 2 contains a plurality of types of solid cosmetics having different colors, the design becomes even more excellent. Note that the different colors mean that the impression of the colors is visually different for a normal user, and the colors are different due to the different compositions, and the transparency (transparent or translucent), etc. This includes giving the impression of different colors due to the different textures. For example, one having a color and the other being colorless or transparent (or translucent) is one of the modes in which the colors are different.
Further, when the patterned solid cosmetic 2 contains a plurality of types of solid cosmetics having different compositions, the degree of freedom of the material is improved, and it is easy to improve the usability, design, and the like. The patterned
Further, in the patterned solid cosmetics of the present invention, as shown in FIG. 5, the independently arranged
Further, the patterned solid cosmetic of the present invention is the thickness direction adjacent solid cosmetic 1D adjacent to the independently arranged

The solid cosmetics 1 (independently arranged cosmetics and other solid cosmetics) preferably contain 40% by mass or more of an oily component from the viewpoint of usability of the patterned
It is preferable that the solid cosmetics 1 (independently arranged cosmetics and other solid cosmetics) contain an oily component (for example, the wax) that is solid at 20 ° C. from the viewpoint of enhancing the shape retention of the
Whether or not the oily component is liquid at 20 ° C. can be determined by the contents described in the safety data sheet (SDS) / physical state of each component. When the solid cosmetic 1 contains an oily component that is liquid at 20 ° C. in the above range, the oily component tends to be present on the surface of the

The hardness of the solid cosmetics 1 (independently arranged cosmetics and other solid cosmetics) is one of the factors that affect the usability of the patterned
From the viewpoint of strengthening the adhesion between the
Next, a suitable method for producing the patterned solid cosmetics of the present invention will be described.
The production method of the present invention includes a joining step of joining a granular solid cosmetic as a granular raw material of an independently arranged cosmetic and a raw material of another solid cosmetic. Further, in the joining step, the granular raw material of the independently arranged cosmetic and the other solid are in a state where the powder is attached to the surface of at least one of the granular raw material of the independently arranged cosmetic and the raw material of the other solid cosmetic. An arrangement step in which the raw materials of the cosmetics are adjacent to each other, and a softening step of softening at least one of the granular raw material of the independently arranged cosmetics and the raw materials of other solid cosmetics before, after, or at the same time as the arrangement step. Be prepared.
As an example of the placement process in the joining process, the granular raw material of the independently placed cosmetic and other solid cosmetics are in a state where the powder is attached to both the granular raw material of the independently placed cosmetic and the raw material of other solid cosmetics. An example in which the raw materials of the above are adjacent to each other will be described.
First, as a preliminary step, a granular solid cosmetic with powder to which powder is attached to a granular raw material of an independently arranged cosmetic and a raw material of another solid cosmetic is produced, for example, as follows.
The manufacturing process of the granular solid cosmetics with powder may include a step of dividing the raw material of the
Various methods can be adopted to divide the raw materials of cosmetics. Examples of the division method include the following (a) to (c).
(A) When the raw material is a solid lump, the lump raw material can be divided into granules using a known crusher or the like.
(B) When the raw material is softened, the solid raw material can be softened by heating, for example, and the softened raw material can be divided by a predetermined means.
(C) When the raw material is liquefiable, the solid raw material can be liquefied as well as softened, and the liquefied raw material can be divided into a plurality of droplets. That is, in the present invention, "liquefaction" is an aspect of "softening".
When the above-mentioned method (c) is adopted, the following (c1) to (c3) can be mentioned as specific methods of liquefaction.
(C1) When the raw material of the cosmetic is meltable by heat, the raw material is heated to melt and liquefy.
(C2) When the raw material of the cosmetic is soluble in a solvent, the raw material is dissolved in a solvent, for example, a volatile organic solvent to prepare a solution.
(C3) When the crystal structure of the raw material of cosmetics is changed by an external force and can be liquefied, for example, a card house structure, a network structure, an alkyl chain crystal structure, or an oily solid having hydrogen bonds between molecules. In the case, the crystal structure is destroyed and liquefied by applying an external force by kneading or the like.
Of the above-mentioned methods (a) to (c), when the raw material is, for example, a solid material containing an oil agent, it is convenient to adopt the above-mentioned method (b) or (c). When the method (c) is adopted, it is convenient to adopt the method (c1) among the above-mentioned (c1) to (c3).
A plurality of granules can be obtained by dividing the raw material of the cosmetic by adopting the above-mentioned method. The granules can be solid or liquid. The present production method includes a step of adhering powder to the surface of the granules. 3A and 3B show a step of adhering the
As shown in FIG. 3A, the
As shown in FIG. 3B, stirring of the
When the method (a) described above is used, the
When the method (b) or (c) described above is used, the

Even when the raw material of cosmetics is melted and liquefied by heating and the liquefied raw material is divided into droplets to obtain granules, the
When the raw material of cosmetics is dissolved in, for example, a volatile organic solvent to form a solution, and the solution is divided into droplets to obtain

The above-mentioned core portion is obtained by curing the
In the case of using the method (a) described above, the
The timing of curing the
If the aspect (i) or (iii) of the above-described aspects (i) to (iii) is adopted, the
By the above steps, the
In the case of natural cooling, a cosmetic having powder adhered to the surface of the core portion, that is, a solid cosmetic may be allowed to stand at room temperature.
In the case of forced cooling, gas may be sprayed on the solid cosmetics, the solid cosmetics may be placed in a refrigerator, or the solid cosmetics may be brought into contact with the refrigerant.

An example of the powder removing step is shown in FIGS. 3 (c) and 3 (d). Specifically, as shown in FIG. 3C, a receiving
As the solid cosmetic, one obtained by dividing as described above may not be used as it is, but one molded by using a mold may be used. For example, by preparing a mold in which powder exists on the inner surface, supplying a softened solid cosmetic raw material into the mold and curing the mold, a granular solid having a desired shape along the shape of the mold is obtained. Cosmetics may be formed. In this case, the powder on the inner surface of the mold adheres to the surface of the granular solid cosmetic.
As shown in FIG. 4, the granular solid cosmetics 1'with powder obtained by the above method is used as a granular raw material for the independently arranged cosmetics. Further, the granular solid cosmetics 1'with powder similarly produced using the same bulk body or another bulk body having a different composition or the same composition may be adjacent to the independently arranged cosmetics. Used as a solid cosmetic.
Then, as an arrangement step, the granular raw material of the independently arranged cosmetic and the raw material of the other solid cosmetic are housed in a
The granular raw material of the independently placed cosmetic and the raw material of the other solid cosmetic are heated to a predetermined temperature and pressed against each other in a softened state, or heated to a predetermined temperature and one or both are heated. By contacting each other in a molten state, they are joined and integrated. As a result, the patterned
The patterned solid cosmetic shown in FIG. 5 is obtained, for example, in a state in which a non-granular bulk body is contained in a
As shown in FIG. 6, it is also possible to produce a patterned solid cosmetic having a desired plan view shape and a desired three-dimensional shape by using a
In order to more effectively prevent irregular melting and mixing of solid cosmetics, it is sufficient to control the degree of softening and the degree of melting of the raw materials of the solid cosmetics. From the viewpoint of preventing irregular melting and mixing of the solid cosmetics, the heating temperature of the raw material of the solid cosmetics is preferably 5 ° C. to 50 ° C. higher than the melting point of the solid cosmetics, and is 10 ° C. It is more preferable that the temperature is about 40 ° C. higher.
According to the production method of the present embodiment, the powder adhered to the surface of the solid cosmetic is used to easily form a boundary layer containing the powder at the boundary between the solid cosmetics in the patterned solid cosmetic.
