Claims (10)
- 風車の耐雷装置であって、
風車のブレードの表面に少なくとも一部が露出した状態で設けられたレセプタと、
前記ブレードの表面における前記レセプタ以外の少なくとも一部の箇所で生じた雷電流を、該レセプタに導くガイド部と、
前記レセプタと電気的に接続され且つ該レセプタ側からの雷電流をアース側に導くダウンコンダクタとを備え、
前記ガイド部は導電性を有する導電性部材を複数有し、
複数の前記導電性部材は前記レセプタ側に向かって並べられ、
前記導電性部材は、モリブデン、タングステン、ハフニウム、タンタル、クロム又はニオブの少なくとも何か1つが含有された耐熱性材料を含む
ことを特徴とする風車の耐雷装置。 - 前記導電性部材は、方形板状に成形され且つ前記ブレードの表面に沿う姿勢で該ブレード側に固定された
請求項1に記載の風車の耐雷装置。 - 前記ガイド部は、前記レセプタが並べられる方向に帯状に延設された絶縁部材を有し、
前記導電性部材は、その少なくとも一部が前記絶縁部材に埋設して固定され、
前記絶縁部材が前記ブレードの表面側に取り付けられた
請求項2に記載の風車の耐雷装置。 - 前記導電性部材の互い隣接する端面同士の間の距離は2ミリメートル以下に設定され、
前記導電性部材の前記端面は、フラットな形状に成形され、その面積が3mm2以上に設定された
請求項2又は3の何れかに記載の風車の耐雷装置。 - 前記導電性部材の前記端面の面積が5mm2以上に設定された
請求項4に記載の風車の耐雷装置。 - 前記導電性部材が、前記耐熱性材料と、該耐熱性材料以外の材料である非耐熱性材料とを含むか、或いは、一又は複数の前記耐熱性材料のみから構成された
請求項1乃至5の何れかに記載の風車の耐雷装置。 - 前記導電性部材の20℃における体積抵抗率が20μΩcm以下に設定された
請求項5に記載の風車の耐雷装置。 - 前記耐熱性材料がモリブデンであり、
前記非耐熱性材料が銅であり、
前記モリブデンの前記導電性部材の全体に占める重量比率が10%以上に設定された
請求項6又は7の何かに記載の風車の耐雷装置。 - 前記導電性部材が前記耐熱性材料のみから構成され、
前記耐熱性材料がモリブデンである
請求項6又は7の何かに記載の風車の耐雷装置。 - 風車のブレードの表面に少なくとも一部が露出した状態で設けられたレセプタを有する避雷装置の少なくとも一部を構成し、前記ブレードの表面における前記レセプタ以外の少なくとも一部の箇所で生じた雷電流を該レセプタに導く風車の耐雷装置のガイド部であって、
導電性を有する導電性部材を複数備え、
複数の前記導電性部材は前記レセプタ側に向かって並べられ、
前記導電性部材は、モリブデン、タングステン、ハフニウム、タンタル、クロム又はニオブの少なくとも何か1つが含有された耐熱性材料を含む
ことを特徴とする風車の耐雷装置のガイド部。
