Description
本発明のアクリルゴムにおいては、全灰分中のリン、マグネシウム、カルシウム、ナトリウム及びイオウの合計量が全灰分量に対する割合で50重量%以上であることが好ましい。
本発明のアクリルゴムにおいては、リン酸エステル塩又は硫酸エステル塩を乳化剤として使用し乳化重合したものであることが好ましい。
本発明のアクリルゴムにおいては、乳化重合した重合液をアルカリ金属塩を凝固剤として使用することにより凝固させ、乾燥したものであることが好ましい。
本発明のアクリルゴムにおいては、凝固後にスクリュー押出機を用いて乾燥されたものであることが好ましい。
本発明のアクリルゴムにおいては、前記スクリュー押出機を用いた乾燥が、実質的に水分を含まない状態で行われたものであることが好ましい。
本発明のアクリルゴムにおいては、前記スクリュー押出機を用いた乾燥が、減圧下で行われたものであることが好ましい。

Claims (9)

洗浄した含水クラムをスクリュー型押出機で脱水及び乾燥する脱水乾燥工程と、
