本発明のアクリルゴムにおいて、灰分量が1重量%以下であることが好ましい。
本発明のアクリルゴムにおいて、リン酸エステル塩又は硫酸エステル塩を乳化剤として使用し乳化重合したものであることが好ましい。
本発明のアクリルゴムにおいて、乳化重合した重合液をアルカリ金属塩又は周期表第2族金属塩を凝固剤として使用することにより凝固させ、乾燥したものであることが好ましい。
本発明のアクリルゴムにおいて、凝固後にスクリュー押出機を用いて乾燥されたものであることが好ましい。
本発明のアクリルゴムにおいて、前記スクリュー押出機を用いた乾燥が、実質的に水分を含まない状態で行われたものであることが好ましい。
本発明のアクリルゴムにおいて、前記スクリュー押出機を用いた乾燥が、減圧下で行われたものであることが好ましい。
本発明のアクリルゴムにおいて、前記スクリュー押出機を用いた乾燥後に、50℃/hr以上の冷却速度で冷却されたものであることが好ましい。

The acrylic rubber of the present invention is preferably dried using a screw extruder after coagulation.
In the acrylic rubber of the present invention, it is preferable that the drying using the screw extruder is carried out in a substantially water-free state.
In the acrylic rubber of the present invention, it is preferable that the drying using the screw extruder is carried out under reduced pressure.
The acrylic rubber of the present invention is preferably cooled at a cooling rate of 50° C./hr or more after drying using the screw extruder.
Claims (14)
