Claims (10)
- インピーダンス測定用のための複数のインプラント型医療機器のシステムであって、
発電機(16)に接続された2つの電極(E1、E2)により形成され、かつ、電気信号を送るように構成された少なくとも1つの双極子エミッタ(De)を含む第1のインプラント型医療機器と、
第1のインプラント型医療機器の双極子エミッタ(De)の手段により発せられた電気信号を捕捉するように構成された、2つの電極(E3、E4)により形成された少なくとも1つの双極子レシーバ(Dr)を含む第1のインプラント型医療機器とは別個の少なくとも第2のインプラント型医療機器と、
少なくとも1つの増幅器(110、210、310、410、508)、および1つのエンベロープ検出器(112、214、312、421、510)を含む分析モジュール(108、208、308、408、506)と
を含み、
第1のインプラント型医療機器または第2のインプラント型医療機器の一方が皮下インプラント型除細動器(20)、または皮下ループ記録器であり、第1のインプラント型医療機器または第2のインプラント型医療機器の別の一方がインプラント型心内膜装置(21、31、41)であるインプラント型医療機器のシステム。 - 分析モジュール(108、208、308、408、506)は、さらに、アナログ−デジタル変換器(114、216、314、414、512)と、捕捉された電気信号を処理するように構成された、少なくとも1つのデジタルフィルタリング手段を含む請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 分析モジュール(108、208、308、408、506)は、捕捉された電気信号、特に0,5Hzと5Hzとの間、さらには1Hzのカットオフ周波数を有する、低域デジタルフィルタの生理学的情報を検索するように構成された低域デジタルフィルタを含む請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 分析モジュール(108、208、308、408、506)は、捕捉された電気信号、特に0.5Hzと30Hzとの間で構成される帯域幅を有する、帯域通過デジタルフィルタの血行動態情報を検索するように構成された帯域通過デジタルフィルタを含む請求項2または3に記載のシステム。
- 分析モジュール(108、208、308、408、506)は、双極子レシーバ(Dr)によって捕捉された信号を増幅するように構成された、帯域通過低雑音増幅器を含む請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 分析モジュール(108、208、308、408、506)は、各双極子レシーバ(Dr)に対する各双極子エミッタ(De)の位置に従って選択可能な複数の低雑音増幅器(210n)を含む請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- インプラント型心内膜装置(21、31、41)は、リードレス心臓ペースメーカ(21、31、41)である請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 少なくとも1つの双極子レシーバ(Dr)、および/または双極子エミッタ(De)を備えた、少なくとも第2リードレス心臓ペースメーカ(21、31、41)をさらに含み、および
システムの少なくとも1つの双極子レシーバ(Dr)によって捕捉された電気信号に基づいて、システムのインプラント型装置(20、21、31、41)の1つの手段によって送られる電気パルスを適応するように構成されている請求項7に記載のシステム。 - 双極子エミッタ(De)は、変動振幅を有する電気信号を送る請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のシステム
- 第1のインプラント型医療装置は、双極子エミッタ(De)によって送られる電気信号の振幅が遠隔測定によって調整可能であるように、外部装置と通信するように構成された遠隔測定モジュール(518)を含む請求項9に記載のシステム。
