前記ロータは、0.52と0.63の間に含まれる前記曲率半径とロータ半径との比率と、0.62と0.80の間に含まれる前記半極角と前記極ステップとの比率と、を有するロータである。
2つの端部のうちの一方がリップを有し、各磁極の円弧を画定する曲率の円に内接していない。
Claims (10)
- 回転軸(X)とロータ半径(Rr)と極ステップ(τ)とを有する、電気機械用の、特に自動車両用のロータ(11)であって、
− 永久磁石(37)が収容されるキャビティ(36)を画定する複数のロータ歯(40)を備える本体(31)であって、各ロータ歯(40)が永久磁石を半径方向に保持するための単一のリップ(41)を備えている、前記本体(31)と、
− 磁極(50)のアセンブリであって、各極が、円弧の形状の湾曲を有し、前記円弧は、曲率半径(Rc)と曲率中心(Cc)と極角(2αρ)とにより規定されている、前記磁極(50)のアセンブリと、
を備え、
前記ロータ(11)は、0.52と0.63との間に含まれる前記曲率半径(Rc)と前記ロータ半径(Rr)との比率(r)と、0.62と0.80との間に含まれる前記半極角(αρ)と前記極ステップ(τ)との比率(α)と、を有することを特徴とするロータ(11)。 - 前記比率(r)は0.54と0.61との間に含まれ、前記比率(α)は0.64と0.78との間に含まれることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のロータ(11)。
- 各ロータ歯(40)は半径方向外側面(42)を備え、前記外側面(42)は、中心(Cc)を有する前記円弧と2つの端部(43)とにより画定され、前記2つの端部(43)のうちの一方が前記リップ(41)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のロータ(11)。
- 面(42)の前記2つの端部(43)は、同じ面(42)の中心(Cc)を有する前記円弧の湾曲と異なる湾曲を有することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のロータ(11)。
- 単一の面(42)の2つの端部(43)が非対称であることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のロータ(11)。
- 磁束集中型であることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のうちのいずれか一項に記載のロータ(11)。
- リップ(41)と対応する永久磁石(37)の外周との間にそれぞれ嵌入された追加のストリップを備えることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のうちのいずれか一項に記載のロータ(11)。
- 前記永久磁石(37)は、レアアースから構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1から7のうちのいずれか一項に記載のロータ(11)。
- 前記ロータ(11)は、シャフトを通過させるための中央開口(32)を設けられたコア(33)を備え、前記ロータ歯(40)は、その端部のうちの一方によって前記コア(33)に接続することを特徴とする、請求項1から8のうちのいずれか一項に記載のロータ(11)。
- 請求項1から9のうちのいずれか一項に記載のロータ(11)を備えることを特徴とする回転電気機械。
