Hereinafter, the present invention will be specifically described with reference to the illustrated embodiments.

1 to 3 show a first embodiment of the versatile member for a building of the present invention, FIG. 1 shows an exploded perspective view thereof, and FIG. 2 shows a perspective view during assembly. The multi-purpose member for buildings (hereinafter, multi-purpose member) 1 has a panel member 2, two end blocks 3, a cushioning mat 4, and a cover sheet 5. The multipurpose member 1 for buildings has an elongated shape extending in one direction, and as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the elongated directions intersect the longitudinal direction L and the longitudinal direction L orthogonally. The direction will be described as the width direction M.

The panel member 2 is entirely formed of a thin plate made of a light metal such as aluminum or a lightweight and hard material such as plastic. The panel member 2 has a main body portion 2a extending in the longitudinal direction L and two pieces of fixing pieces 2b provided at both ends of the main body portion 2a in the width direction M. Since the main body 2a has a plate shape, sound insulation is imparted and a soundproof function is provided. Although the main body 2a is formed in a flat plate shape, it may be in the shape of a plate curved in a wavy shape as in the second embodiment described later.

The fixing piece 2b is formed by raising both ends of the main body 2a in the width direction and folding back and bending the raised ends. The fixing piece 2b has a narrow dimension, and the fixing pieces 2b at both ends of the main body 2a are separated from each other. The fixing piece 2b is a member for fixing the end block 3, the cushioning mat 4, and the cover sheet 5 to the panel member 2.

Each of the two end blocks 3 is provided at both ends of the panel member 2 in the longitudinal direction L. The two end blocks 3 are formed in a rectangular block shape formed to have substantially the same length as the length dimension of the main body portion 2a of the panel member 2 in the width direction M. The two end blocks 3 extend along the width direction of the main body 2a. Further, the end block 3 is formed to have a thickness equivalent to the height of the fixing piece 2b of the panel member 2. The end block 3 is fixed to both ends of the panel member 2 in the longitudinal direction L by fitting both ends of the width direction M into the fixing piece 2b. A flexible material such as foamed resin or rubber is used for the end block 3, and since it can be bent, it can be easily fitted into the fixing piece 2b.

The cushioning mat 4 extends along the longitudinal direction L of the panel member 2 and is provided so as to be sandwiched between the two end blocks 3. Therefore, the cushioning mat 4 is arranged in the space between the two end blocks 3. The combined length of the cushioning mat 4 and the two end blocks 3 is the same as the length of the main body 2a of the panel member 2. Like the end block 3, the cushioning mat 4 is formed in a block shape having a thickness equivalent to the height of the fixing piece 2b of the panel member 2, and both ends in the width direction M are fitted into the fixing piece 2b. It is fixed to the panel member 2 by being fixed. As the cushioning mat 4, a cushioning material such as a non-woven fabric, a cotton material, or a foamed resin is used. By using such a cushioning material, the entire multi-purpose member 1 has a sound absorbing function, a heat insulating function, and a heat retaining function.
It is also possible to embed a heating element in the buffer mat 4 and connect the heating element to an external power source, thereby having a heating effect and a dew condensation prevention effect.
Further, a heat exchange panel having a Perche effect may be embedded in the cushioning mat 4 to be connected to an external power source. As a result, a cooling function can be provided.

In this embodiment, the cover sheet 5 has a length equivalent to the length of the panel member 2, and is stretched on one side of the panel member 2 so as to cover the end block 3 and the cushioning mat 4. This prevents the end block 3 and the cushioning mat 4 from being exposed from the panel member 2. As the cover sheet 5, a cloth material such as a curtain material or a flexible thin plastic sheet is used, and by using the curtain material, it is possible to impart decorativeness to the room.

The cover sheet 5 is stretched to the panel member 2 by fixing both ends in the longitudinal direction L and both ends in the width direction M to the panel member 2. Both ends of the longitudinal direction L are fixed by using a planar locking member 6 such as a hook-and-loop fastener. That is, a planar locking member 6 such as a hook-and-loop fastener is attached to the two end blocks 3, and a pair of planar locking members (not shown) are attached to the back surfaces of both ends of the cover sheet 5 in the longitudinal direction. It is done by attaching and engaging these with each other. By using the planar locking member 6, it is possible to facilitate locking and prevent bulkiness.
On the other hand, both ends of the width direction M are fixed by inserting the both ends of the cover sheet 5 in the width direction M between the fixing piece 2b and the cushioning mat 4 after locking by the locking member 6. .. For this insertion, both ends of the cover sheet 5 may be inserted linearly using a jig such as a spatula, or the cover sheet 5 may be bent in an L shape between the fixing piece 2b and the cushioning mat 4 and inserted. By bending it into an L shape, the insertion area and the insertion force are increased and it can be firmly fixed, so that it can be fixed without loosening.

FIG. 3 shows an example of a fixed structure at both ends of the cover sheet 5 in the width direction M. This fixing uses a fastening rod 7 extending in a rod shape along the length direction of the fixing piece 2b. The fastening rod 7 is made of resin and has a trapezoidal cross section, and one corner portion 7a is inserted along the fixing piece portion 2b so as to face the fixing piece portion 2b (FIG. 3A). After that, the cover sheet 5 is inserted into the fixing piece 2b from the outside and passed through the corner 7a so that the corner 7a and the fixing piece 2b sandwich the cover sheet 5 (FIG. 3 (B)). The sheet 5 can be easily fixed.
FIG. 3C shows a fixing structure in which the anti-slip powder 8 is adhered to the peripheral surface of the corner portion 7a of the fastening rod 7 and the facing surface of the fixing piece portion 2b. The non-slip powder 8 can be easily attached by spraying or the like. By using the non-slip powder 8, the cover sheet 5 can be firmly fixed, and the cover sheet 5 can be reliably prevented from loosening.
As shown in FIGS. 3A to 3C, a core material 7b made of a plate material and a hard resin material is embedded and reinforced inside the fastening rod 7, but the core material 7b is omitted. Is also possible.
The fastening rod 7 may be fixed by sandwiching the cover sheet 5 with the fixing piece 2b. For example, a rod having an L-shaped cross section is used so that the corner portion faces the fixing piece 2b. It may be placed in.

The above-mentioned versatile member 1 is easy to manufacture because it can be easily assembled without requiring a special tool. In use, it is sufficient to suspend a plurality of versatile members 1 side by side in a building or arrange them in the vertical direction so that the main body 2a of the panel member 2 faces the outdoor side and the cover sheet 5 faces the indoor side. , The soundproofing effect of the main body 2a of the panel member 2 can exert a soundproofing effect and a light-shielding effect. At this time, since the cover sheet 5 on the indoor side brings out a soft texture, it can be used for various purposes such as a curtain, a shade, and a blind. Further, by making the plurality of versatile members 1 stand on the floor in a side-by-side manner bent in a zigzag shape, it can also be used as a folding screen having a soundproofing effect.

4 to 11 show a second embodiment of the present invention. This embodiment is an embodiment in which the versatile member 1A is applied to a curtain as one of the soundproofing and shading members.

As shown in FIGS. 4 to 6, the versatile member 1A of this embodiment is formed of a thin plate material in which the main body 2a of the panel member 2 is curved in a wavy shape, and both ends of the main body 2a in the width direction M are formed. The fixing piece 2b of the portion is formed by folding back and extends in the longitudinal direction L. The two end blocks 3, the cushioning mat 4, and the cover sheet 5 are curved according to the curved shape of the main body 2a of the panel member 2 (see FIG. 5).

As the cover sheet 5, a cloth material such as a curtain cloth or a thin flexible plastic sheet is used. One end (lower end) of the cover sheet 5 in the longitudinal direction L is cut according to the length dimension of the main body 2a of the panel member 2, but the other end (upper end) is somewhat larger than the main body 2a. A long surplus portion 5a is formed (see FIGS. 4 and 6). This is because the hanging member 10 for suspending the versatile member 1A is located higher than the cover sheet 5 to prevent the suspending member 10 from being exposed to the indoor side. On the surplus portion 5a side, the locking member 6a also has a large dimension extending upward from the locking member 6 on the end block 3 side, and is locked with the locking member 6 on the end block 3 side. Not only that, it can be locked with the locking member 17 (FIGS. 7 and 8) on the hanging member 10 side, which will be described later. As the locking members 6a, 6 and 17 described above, planar locking members such as hook-and-loop fasteners are used.

7 and 8 are a plan view and a front view of the hanging member 10. A guide rail 12 is provided on the upper surface of the horizontally long hanging rod 11, and the hanging metal fitting 13 is slidably attached to the guide rail 12. A hanging hook 14 is attached to the hanging metal fitting 13, and the hanging rod 11 is slidably hung from the rail member 15 on the ceiling side (see FIGS. 9 and 10) via the hanging hook 14. Be done.

As shown in FIG. 7, a mounting surface 16 formed in a continuous wavy shape is formed on the indoor surface of the hanging rod 11, and a surface fastener or the like is formed on the indoor surface of the mounting surface 16. The mounting locking member 17 of the above is attached. By locking the locking member 6a, which has a large dimension on the multipurpose member 1A side, to the continuous wave-shaped mounting locking member 17, a plurality of multipurpose members 1 curved in a wavy shape are continuous. They are arranged side by side in a wavy shape. Therefore, since the cover sheet 5 on the indoor side also has a continuous wave shape, it is possible to obtain a curtain having a changing aesthetic feeling.

As shown in FIG. 9, the rail member 15 on the ceiling side is provided with a plurality of hook rails 18. The hook rail 18 is formed by four rails 18a to 18d. The first rail 18a is the shortest, and the second rail 18b, the third rail 18c, and the fourth rail 18d are sequentially lengthened, and the rail members 15 so that these first rails 18a to 18d have a plurality of stages. It is provided in. A runner (not shown) is slidably arranged on the hook rails 18a to 18d, and the hanging hook 14 of the hanging member 10 is hung from the runner (see FIG. 10). The runner may be manually slidable or electrically slidable. The number of hook rails 18 can be changed as appropriate.

10 and 11 show the operation of this embodiment. When the versatile member 1A is suspended from the suspending member 10, the plurality of versatile members 1A are suspended from the suspending member 10 in a continuous wavy shape. The hanging member 10 is hung on each of the multiple-stage hook rails 18 of the rail member 15.
11 (A) shows a state in which the curtain is closed, (B) and (C) show a state in which the curtain is pulled out stepwise, and FIG. 11 (D) shows a state in which the curtain is pulled out to the maximum. In the drawer of the curtain, since the wavy versatile members 1A are arranged side by side, the curtain material used for the cover sheet 5 is continuous on the indoor side in the state where the curtain is pulled out to the maximum (FIG. 11 (D)). Since it looks wavy, the beauty is improved. Further, since the panel members 2 are continuously arranged side by side on the outdoor side, good soundproofing and reliable shading can be performed. In particular, in this embodiment, since the main body 2a of the panel member 2 has a wavy shape, the area of the main body 2a is large, and when the curtain is closed, the wavy shape of the main body 2a is continuous. It has a great soundproofing effect.
The panel member 2 may have a certain degree of soundproofing effect, and therefore, a plurality of slits opened in the main body 2a may be formed. In this case, daylighting is also possible. It can be used as a simple curtain and can be made lighter.
Further, the hook rail 18 may be a single hook rail 18 without having a plurality of stages, and may have a length suitable for a mounting location in a building.

12 to 16 show a third embodiment of the present invention. This embodiment is an embodiment in which the versatile member 1B is applied to a shade as one of the soundproofing and shading members.

12 and 13 show the versatile member 1B of this embodiment.
The versatile member 1B of this form has the same structure as the versatile member 1 of the first embodiment. That is, as shown in FIG. 12, the main body 2a of the panel member 2 has a flat plate shape, two end blocks 3 and a cushioning mat 4 are attached to the panel member 2, and one side of the panel member 2 is covered with a cover sheet. 5 covers. The cover sheet 5 is made of a cloth material such as a curtain material, a thin flexible plastic sheet, or the like, and both ends in the length direction L are locked to a planar locking member 6 attached to the end block 3. Then, both ends of the width direction M are inserted between the cushioning mat 4 and the fixing piece 2b of the panel member 2.

In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 13, a rod-shaped fastener 21 is arranged inside the fixing piece 2b. The fastener 21 is formed by a combination of a triangular first fastener 21a and a rectangular second fastener 21b, and the second fastener 21b is located on the fixing piece portion 2b side. The second fastener 21b presses the end portion of the cover sheet 5 against the fixing piece portion 2b. When the end portion of the cover sheet 5 is inserted into the fixing piece portion 2b, the second fastener 21b acts so as to sandwich the end portion of the cover sheet 5 with the fixing piece portion 2b. Therefore, the end portion of the cover sheet 5 can be securely fixed. Further, since the end portion of the cover sheet 5 can be inserted along the second fastener 21b, the cover sheet 5 can be inserted in an L shape. As a result, the cover sheet 5 can be firmly fixed, and the cover sheet 5 can be stretched without loosening.

FIG. 14 shows an outer member 23 for manufacturing the pseudo 22 by attaching the above-mentioned versatile member 1B. The bag portion 24 is formed in a plurality of stages in the vertical direction on a cloth material such as a curtain cloth. Between the bag portions 24, there is a continuous portion 25 of the cloth material, and the continuous portion 25 can be bent. One end of the bag portion 24 is open, and the versatile member 1B is inserted through the opening portion to close the opening portion. As a result, the shade 22 in which the versatile member 1B is arranged in the vertical direction is formed.

15 and 16 show the operation of the shade 22. Operation cords 26 capable of pulling operations are attached to the outer member 23 at predetermined intervals. Since the versatile member 1B is arranged on the outer member 23 along the vertical direction, the shade 22 has a soundproofing effect and a light-shielding effect. Moreover, since the shade 22 can be manufactured simply by inserting the versatile member 1B into the bag portion 25 of the outer member 23, assembly becomes easy. Then, the outer member 23 can be folded by pulling the operation code 26 to make it shorter, and the shade 22 can be unfolded by pulling out the operation code 26, so that the opening / closing operation of the shade 22 becomes easy.

In this embodiment, since the shade can be produced only by inserting the versatile member 1B into the upper and lower bag bodies 24, the production becomes easy. In the shade 22, a plurality of multi-purpose members 1B are arranged in the vertical direction, and the main body 2a of the panel member 2 of the arranged multi-purpose members 1B exerts a soundproofing action and a light-shielding action, and thus is used as a soundproofing and light-shielding member. Can be done. Further, since the outer member 23 is formed of a cloth material such as a curtain material, a soft feel can be produced on the indoor side, and the aesthetic feeling can be improved.

17 and 18 show a fourth embodiment of the present invention. By using the versatile member 1 of the first embodiment, an accordion type curtain as a soundproofing and light-shielding member is obtained.
The multi-purpose member 1 is vertically long, and has a structure in which adjacent multi-purpose members 1 are connected by a flexible connecting member 31 such as a cloth material. As the cover sheet 5 of the versatile member 1, a cloth material such as a curtain cloth or a thin flexible plastic sheet is used. Further, a hanging hook 14 is attached to the upper part of each of the versatile members 1 to hang them on a rail member such as a curtain rail. The connecting member 31 can be in the form of an accordion type curtain by providing every other functional member 1 so as to connect the front side and the back side.

In the forms of FIGS. 17 and 18, the accordion type curtain can be manufactured only by connecting the versatile member 1 side by side with the connecting member 31, so that the accordion type curtain can be easily manufactured. Further, the structure is such that a plurality of versatile members 1 are arranged and suspended so that the main body portion 2a of the panel member 2 is located on the outdoor side and the cover sheet 5 made of curtain material is located on the indoor side. As a result, the panel member 2 on the outdoor side performs a soundproofing function and a light-shielding function, and the cover sheet 5 on the indoor side brings out a soft feel, so that the aesthetic feeling can be improved.
