Description

The present invention relates to a technique for exchanging a part of a panel of a wall body in which a plurality of panels are stacked.

Conventionally, a technique relating to a wall body in which a plurality of panels are stacked has been disclosed. For example, Patent Document 1 discloses an example of a sound insulation wall installed along a side portion of a highway, a general road, a railway, or the like. Hereinafter, this sound insulation wall will be referred to as a conventional sound insulation wall, and will be described with reference to the drawings.

12 is a partial perspective view showing the conventional sound insulation wall, FIG. 13 is a schematic plan view showing the conventional sound insulation wall, FIG. 14 is a schematic plan view showing the sound insulation wall of the present invention when the sound insulation panel is replaced, and FIG. 15 is the present invention. 16 is a side view showing a conventional sound insulation wall, FIG. 17 is a side view showing a state in which the conventional sound insulation wall is inserted into a support column, and FIG. 18 is a side view showing a fixed spring that has been unfolded. 19 is a plan view showing a fixed spring that has been unfolded, FIG. 20 is a side view showing a folded fixed spring, and FIG. 21 is a plan view showing a J-bolt as a wire holding metal fitting. In addition, in FIGS. 12-14, the front side (main line side) is indicated by (X), and the back side (private land side) is indicated by (Y).

In FIGS. 12 to 21, the support column 1 is made of H-shaped steel, and the sound insulation panel 2 is attached to the front side flange 1a of the support column 1. On the back surface of the front side flange 1a of the support column 1, stoppers 3 are provided so as to project at each height interval of the sound insulation panel 2.

The stopper 3 is composed of an L-shaped protrusion projecting from the back surface of the front flange 1a, and the mounting member 9 inserted from the upper end of the front flange 1a is inserted and mounted on the sound insulation panel 2. Is held at a predetermined height position of the support column 1.

The sound insulation panel 2 is attached to a plate-shaped sound insulation material 4, a frame body 5 composed of an upper frame 5a, a lower frame 5b, and a vertical frame 5c attached around the sound insulation material 4, and a back side of the frame body 5. It is composed of a back plate 6. The sound insulating material 4 is made of a sound absorbing material made of a polyester fiber molding material.

The mounting means 7 for mounting the sound insulation panel 2 between the columns 1 is attached to the vertical frame 5c of the frame body 5 by bolts 8 and has a U-shaped cross-section mounting member 9 through which the front flange 1a of the columns 1 is inserted. It is arranged between the front surface of the front side flange 1a and the mounting member 9, and is composed of a fixing spring 10 that presses the mounting member 9 against the front side flange 1a to fix the sound insulation panel 2.

The fixing spring 10 is fixed to the inner surface of the front plate 9a of the mounting member 9 by a bolt 11 (see FIGS. 12 to 15). A flange 9c is formed at the end of the front plate 9a by bending the front plate 9a inward at a right angle. The flange 9c comes into contact with the front side flange 1a of the support column 1 (see FIG. 12).

A notch 9b is formed in the flange 9c of the portion to which the fixing spring 10 is attached (see FIG. 12). The notch 9b is an insertion port for a tool such as a screwdriver used when folding and unfolding the fixed spring 10.

As shown in FIGS. 18 to 20, the fixed spring 10 is formed by bending a leaf spring in a spiral shape, and at one end (M), a bolt hole 10a through which the bolt 11 is inserted and a second engagement. A first engaging piece 10c provided with an opening 10b into which the coalesced piece 10d is inserted is formed. The first engaging piece 10c is formed by punching a part of the fixing spring 10 in the lower portion of the bolt hole 10a inward.

The other end (N) of the fixed spring 10 is bent in a mountain shape, and a second engaging piece 10d is formed by punching a part of the fixed spring 10 outward at the upper portion of the bent portion. ing.

As shown in FIG. 20, in order to fold the fixed spring 10, the other end (N) of the fixed spring 10 is elastic until the second engaging piece 10d is inserted into the opening 10b of the first engaging piece 10c. Move inward against the force. As a result, the fixed spring 10 can be folded.

On the other hand, in order to release the folding of the fixed spring 10, the other end (N) of the fixed spring 10 is disengaged from the state shown in FIG. 20 until the second engaging piece 10d is disengaged from the opening 10b of the first engaging piece 10c. Move it further inward. Thereby, the folding of the fixed spring 10 can be released.

Both the folding and unfolding operations of the fixed spring 10 can be performed by inserting a tool such as a screwdriver through the notch 9b formed in the mounting member 9.

The fall prevention wire 12 is stretched vertically along the support column 1 to prevent the sound insulation panel 2 from falling. The fall prevention wire 12 is inserted into a wire holding metal fitting 13 made of a J bolt, which is attached to the back plate 6 of the sound insulation panel 2.

The wire holding metal fitting 13 is composed of J bolts, through which the fall prevention wire 12 is inserted, and two wires are attached to the back plate 6 of the sound insulation panel 2 via the bolts 14 at intervals. Since the fall prevention wire 12 is stretched to the back plate 6 side of the sound insulation panel 2, the fall prevention wire 12 can be inspected as compared with the case where the fall prevention wire 12 is stretched into the column 1 of the H-shaped steel. Easy to do.

Further, by using J-bolts having different lengths at both ends as the wire holding metal fitting 13, a gap for removing the fall prevention wire 12 between the wire holding metal fitting 13 and the back plate 6 (as shown in FIG. 14). Since P) can be opened, the sound insulation panel 2 can be easily removed. That is, if the J-bolt bolt 14 is loosened and separated from the back plate 6, a gap (P) can be formed between the shorter end of the J-bolt and the back plate 6.

The sound insulation wall 1 is constructed as follows.

First, the folded fixing spring 10 is fixed to the inner surface of the front plate 9a of the mounting member 9 by the bolt 11.

Next, the mounting member 9 to which the fixing spring 10 is fixed is fixed to the vertical frame 5c of the sound insulation panel 2 with bolts 8.

Next, the mounting member 9 is inserted together with the sound insulating panel 2 from the upper end of the front side flange 1a of the support column 1. Since the stopper 3 is attached to the front flange 1a, the sound insulation panel 2 is inserted until the attachment member 9 comes into contact with the stopper 3, as shown in FIG. At this time, the fall prevention wire 12 is inserted into the J bolt as the wire holding metal fitting 13.

Next, a tool such as a screwdriver is inserted through the notch 9b (see FIG. 12) of the flange 9c of the mounting member 9, and the fixing spring 10 is further inserted until the second engaging piece 10d is disengaged from the opening 10b of the first engaging piece 10c. Move the other end (N) inward. As a result, the folding of the fixing spring 10 is released, so that the sound insulation panel 2 is fixed to the support column 1 by the elastic force of the fixing spring 10.

After performing the above work for each sound insulation panel 2, the sound insulation wall is constructed by fixing the fall prevention wire 12.

Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2019-078081

According to the conventional sound insulation wall described above, when a part of the sound insulation panel 2 is damaged due to an accident or the like and a new sound insulation panel 2 is replaced, after removing the damaged sound insulation material 4, the bolt 8 is removed and the wire is held. Loosen the J bolt as the metal fitting 13, and remove the fall prevention wire 12 from the gap (P). Then, the fixing spring 10 is folded or slid toward the center of the strut spacing to remove the mounting member 9 from the strut 1. After that, if a new sound insulation panel is attached, the damaged sound insulation panel 2 can be easily and quickly replaced.

However, since the conventional sound insulation wall has a structure in which the sound insulation panel 2 is placed on the stopper 3 and stacked, the support column 1 needs to be provided with the stopper 3. Therefore, in the conventional case where the sound insulation wall is newly installed including the support column 1, the support column 1 provided with the stopper 3 may be erected, but for example, when the existing support column is diverted and the sound insulation panel 2 is attached, the existing support column 2 is installed. It takes time and effort to replace the support column with the support column 2 provided with the stopper 3 or to attach the stopper 3 to the support column. Therefore, it may be required to directly stack the sound insulation panels 2 without providing the stopper 3 on the support column to construct a sound insulation wall (hereinafter, this sound insulation wall is referred to as an improved sound insulation wall).

However, in the improved sound insulation wall, when a part of the sound insulation panel 2 (for example, the bottom sound insulation panel 2) is damaged and replaced with a new sound insulation panel 2, the sound insulation panel 2 is stacked on top of the sound insulation panel 2 as it is. There is a problem that it cannot be replaced because it is.

Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a method for exchanging a part of a panel of a wall body in which a plurality of panels are stacked.

The present invention has been made to achieve the above object, and is characterized by the following.

The invention according to claim 1 is a panel replacement method for replacing a part of a wall body in which a plurality of panels are stacked, with the panel to be lifted immediately above the panel to be replaced. A lifting and holding step of lifting the panel stacked above the panel to be lifted and holding the state, a replacement step of removing the panel to be replaced and attaching another panel, and the lifting target. It is characterized by including a panel and a mounting step of mounting the panel stacked on the panel to be lifted on the other panel.

According to the present invention, the sound insulation panel 2 to be lifted immediately above the sound insulation panel 2 to be replaced and the sound insulation panel 2 stacked above the sound insulation panel 2 to be lifted are lifted and their states are maintained. Therefore, a space for replacement work can be created between the panel to be replaced and the panel to be lifted, and the panel to be replaced can be easily replaced without removing the panels stacked above the panel to be replaced. Can be done.

As shown in FIG. 2B, the support portion 110 has a thin plate shape, and is formed with an upper mounting hole 111a, a lower mounting hole 111b, a left side mounting hole 112a, and a right side mounting hole 112b.

As shown in FIGS. 1, 3 and 4, the support portion 110 is attached to the base portion 101. Specifically, after aligning the second mounting hole (upper) 103a and the second mounting hole (lower) 103b of the base portion 101 with the upper mounting hole 111a and the lower mounting hole 111b of the support portion 110, respectively. , Bolts 131a and 131b are inserted into both the upper and lower holes and fixed with nuts 133a and 133b. Although not shown, the support portion 110 can be similarly attached to the first mounting hole (upper) 102a and the first mounting hole (lower) 102b on the upper part of the base portion 101. That is, the support portion 110 is the first mounting hole (upper) 102a and the first mounting hole (lower) 102b at the upper part of the base portion 101, or the central portion of the base portion 101, depending on the height of the sound insulation panel 2 to be lifted. It will be replaced with the second mounting hole (top) 103a and the second mounting hole (bottom) 103b in the vicinity. That is, the mounting position of the support portion 110 can be adjusted in the height direction of the base portion 101. Hereinafter, the mounting positions corresponding to the first mounting holes (top) 102a and the first mounting holes (bottom) 102b are referred to as "first mounting positions", and the second mounting holes (top) 103a and the second mounting holes ( Bottom) The mounting position corresponding to 103b is called the "second mounting position".

As shown in FIG. 5A, the left side mounting hole 112a is sandwiched between the nuts 134a and the nuts 134b from both sides of the support portion 110, and then the hexagon socket head cap screw 132a (“insertion member”, “bolt”). An example) is inserted, and the hexagon socket head cap screw 132a is tightened and fixed by the nut 134a and the nut 134b. At this time, it is decided to adopt a bolt and a nut having a size that allows a gap (a gap wider than the thickness of the front plate 9a of the mounting member 9) 136 between the head of the hexagon socket head cap screw 132a and the nut 134b. Similarly, the hexagon socket head cap screw 132b is inserted into the right side mounting hole 112b after being sandwiched by the nut 134c and the nut 134d from both sides of the support portion 110, and the hexagon socket head cap screw 132b is tightened by the nut 134c and the nut 134d. It is fixed. Similarly, a gap 136 is formed between the head of the hexagon socket head cap screw 132b and the nut 134b. Hexagon socket head bolts 132a and 132b are welded to the support portion 110 so that a gap is formed between the heads of the hexagon socket head bolts 132a and 132b and the support portion 110 without using the nuts 134a-134d. Alternatively, a headed stud bolt may be used instead of the hexagon socket head cap screw. Hexagon socket head bolts 132a and 132b are fixed to the support portion 110 on the left and right sides, respectively, but hexagon socket head bolts may be fixed to only one of them.

On the other hand, the front plate 9a of the mounting member 9 is formed with a confirmation hole X (a hole for confirming the state inside the mounting member 9) (see FIGS. 6 and 12), as shown in FIG. 5 (B). As shown, the heads of the hexagon socket head bolts 132a and 132b are inserted into the confirmation holes X, and the edges of the confirmation holes X are caught in the gap 136 between the head and the nuts 134b and 134d. When the base portion 101 is lifted, the sound insulation panel 2 is also lifted. At this time, since the edge of the confirmation hole X is caught in the gap 136, the mounting member 9 does not shift or come off.

The jack 120 shown in FIG. 2C is made of, for example, an oil jack, is installed below the bottom surface portion 104, and is above the base portion 101, the sound insulation panel 2 to be lifted, and the sound insulation panel 2 to be lifted. The stacked sound insulation panels 2 are lifted at the same time, and the lifted state is held.

Next, a method of replacing the sound insulation panel 2 will be described with reference to FIGS. 6-9. Here, a case will be described in which the sound insulation panel 2 at the bottom of the sound insulation wall, which is formed by stacking six sound insulation panels 2, is replaced. In the present embodiment, since the mounting member 9 is mounted on the support column 1 together with the sound insulating panel 2, it will be described as a part of the sound insulating panel 2.

具体的には、下記(I)〜(IV)の取り外し工程(A)と、下記(i)〜(v)の取り付け工程(B)と、を含む。

The method of replacing the sound insulation panel 2 at the bottom stage includes the following steps.
(1) Lifting and holding process In the lifting and holding process, the sound insulation panel 2 (an example of the "panel to be lifted") is the second stage from the bottom immediately above the sound insulation panel 2 (an example of the "panel to be replaced") at the bottom. This is a step of lifting the sound insulation panels 2 stacked above the sound insulation panels 2 in the second stage from the bottom and maintaining the state.
(2) Replacement step The replacement step is a step of removing the sound insulation panel 2 at the bottom and attaching another sound insulation panel 2. Specifically, it includes the following removal steps (A) of (I) to (IV) and the following attachment steps (B) of (i) to (v).
A) Removal step (I) Remove the sound insulating material 4 from the frame body 5 (II) Remove the bolt 8 and separate the mounting member 9 and the frame body 5 (III) Loosen the J bolt of the wire holding bracket 13 to prevent the fall. (IV) The fixing spring 10 is folded or slid to remove the mounting member 9 from the support column 1. (B) Mounting step (i) The fixed spring 10 in the folded state is bolted to the mounting member 9 and attached to the support column flange. Attached from the side (ii) Insert the fall prevention wire 12 into the wire holding metal fitting 13 (iii) Connect the attachment member 9 and the frame 5 with bolts 8 (iv) Fit the sound insulating material 4 into the frame 5 (v) ) After adjusting the position of the sound insulation panel 2, the fixing spring 10 is released with a jig or the like. (3) Mounting step The mounting step is the sound insulation panel 2 (second step from the bottom) that was held in the lifted state in the lifting and holding step. This is a step of placing the sound insulation panel 2 of No. 1 and the sound insulation panel 2) stacked on the sound insulation panel 2) on another sound insulation panel 2 attached in the replacement process.

The panel lifting holder 100 is used to lift the sound insulating panel 2 on the second stage from the bottom and the sound insulating panel 2 stacked on the sound insulating panel 2 and hold the state in the lifting and holding step. Hereinafter, how to use the panel lifting holder 100 will be described.

First, the head of the hexagon socket head cap screw 132a or the hexagon socket head cap screw 132b attached to the support portion 110 of the panel lifting holder 100 is inserted into the sound insulation panel 2 at the second stage from the bottom.

Specifically, as shown in FIG. 6, the jack 120 is arranged near the support column 1 to which the sound insulation panel 2 to be replaced is attached.

Next, the base portion 101 to which the support portion 110 is attached is placed on the jack 120 at the second attachment position. At this time, the jack 120 is placed so that the bottom surface portion 104 of the base portion 101 is in contact with the push-up portion. In this state, the second mounting hole is aligned with the left side mounting hole 112a and the right side mounting hole 112b of the support portion 110 and the height position of the confirmation hole X formed in the sound insulation panel 2 on the second stage from the bottom. The height positions of the (top) 103a and the second mounting hole (bottom) 103b are set. Similarly, the first mounting holes (top) 102a and the first mounting holes (bottom) 102b are positioned at height so that the height positions match the confirmation holes X formed in the sound insulation panel 2 at the third stage from the bottom. Is set. That is, when the sound insulation panel 2 in the second stage from the bottom is replaced (when the sound insulation panel 2 in the second stage from the bottom is the sound insulation panel 2 to be lifted), the first mounting holes (top) 102a and the first The support portion 110 will be attached to the attachment hole (bottom) 102b.

Next, the head of the hexagon socket head bolt 132a or the hexagon socket head bolt 132b attached to the left side mounting hole 112a or the right side mounting hole 112b of the support portion 110 in the confirmation hole X formed in the sound insulation panel 2 on the second stage from the bottom. Insert the part.

Next, the base portion 101 is lifted using the jack 120 and the state is maintained. As a result, the head of the hexagon socket head cap screw 132a or the hexagon socket head cap screw 132b is caught on the edge of the confirmation hole X, and the sound insulation panel 2 on the second stage from the bottom and the sound insulation panel 2 stacked on the sound insulation panel 2 are lifted. That state is retained. When lifting the sound insulation panel 2, the two panel lifting holders 100 are used, and the heads of the hexagonal hole bolts of the respective panel lifting holders 100 are inserted into the left and right confirmation holes X, and the sound insulation panel 2 is lifted. It is preferable to lift both sides of 2 at the same time.

As described above, in the method of replacing the sound insulation panel 2 according to the first embodiment, the sound insulation panel 2 to be lifted immediately above the sound insulation panel 2 to be replaced and the sound insulation panel 2 to be lifted are stacked above the sound insulation panel 2 to be lifted. The lifting and holding process of lifting the sound insulation panel 2 and holding the state, the replacement process of removing the sound insulation panel 2 to be replaced and attaching another sound insulation panel 2, the sound insulation panel 2 to be lifted, and the sound insulation panel 2 to be lifted. It includes a mounting step of mounting the sound insulation panel 2 stacked on top of the sound insulation panel 2 on another replaced sound insulation panel 2.

According to the method for replacing the sound insulation panel 2 according to the first embodiment, the sound insulation panel 2 to be lifted immediately above the sound insulation panel 2 to be replaced and the sound insulation panel 2 stacked above the sound insulation panel 2 to be lifted are Since it is lifted and its state is maintained, a space for replacement work can be created between the sound insulation panel 2 to be replaced and the sound insulation panel 2 to be lifted, and the space is stacked above the sound insulation panel 2 to be replaced. The sound insulation panel 2 to be replaced can be easily replaced without removing the sound insulation panel 2.

Further, the panel lifting holder 100 according to the first embodiment is a sound insulation panel 2 to be lifted and a sound insulation panel stacked above the sound insulation panel 2 to be lifted on a sound insulation wall in which a plurality of sound insulation panels 2 are stacked. A panel lifting holder 100 that lifts and holds the state of 2, and is attached to the base portion 101 and the base portion 101 to support the sound insulation panel 2 to be lifted, and the support portion 110 and the support portion 110 are lifted. A jack 120 that lifts the base portion 101 while supporting the target sound insulation panel 2 is provided.

Therefore, according to the panel lifting holder 100 according to the first embodiment, the base portion 101 is lifted by the jack 120 in a state where the support portion 110 attached to the base portion 101 supports the sound insulation panel 2 to be lifted. Since that state is maintained, a space for replacement work can be created between the sound insulation panel 2 to be lifted and the sound insulation panel 2 to be replaced below, and the sound insulation panel 2 to be replaced can be replaced. It can be done easily.

In the panel lifting holder 100 according to the first embodiment, the "first mounting position" and the "second mounting position" are provided as the mounting positions of the support portion 110 with respect to the base portion 101, but the support portion 110 is from below. For example, the height of the base portion 101 is further increased so that the sound insulation panel 2 of the third stage or higher can be supported, and the "third mounting position" and "fourth" are placed above the "first mounting position". A "mounting position" or the like may be provided.

[Second Embodiment]
The panel lifting holder 100 according to the second embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. 9 to 11. In the description of the second embodiment, the same members as those of the first embodiment are designated by the same reference numerals, and the description thereof will be omitted.

The difference between the panel lifting holder 100 according to the second embodiment and the panel lifting holder 100 according to the first embodiment is that the support portion 110 supports the sound insulation panel 2 to be lifted. Specifically, the panel lifting holder 100 according to the first embodiment supports the sound insulation panel 2 (mounting member 9) by inserting the heads of the hexagon socket head bolts 132a and 132b into the confirmation holes X. The panel lifting holder 100 according to the second embodiment supports the sound insulation panel 2 to be lifted by the insertion plate-shaped member formed in the support portion 110.

As shown in FIGS. 9 to 11, the support portion 110 is formed with a left side insertion plate-shaped member 135a and a right side insertion plate-like member 135b instead of the left side mounting hole 112a and the right side mounting hole 112b. Although the left side insertion plate-shaped member 135a and the right side insertion plate-like member 135b are formed on the left and right sides of the support portion 110, the insertion plate-like member may be formed on only one of them.

The left insertion plate-shaped member 135a or the right-side insertion plate-shaped member 135b is inserted between the bottom surface of the sound insulation panel 2 to be lifted and the upper surface of the sound insulation panel 2 immediately below the sound insulation panel 2 to be lifted, and is to be lifted. The panel to be lifted is supported from the bottom surface of the sound insulation panel 2. When lifting the sound insulation panel 2, the two panel lifting holders 100 according to the second embodiment are used to insert the insertion plate-shaped members of the respective panel lifting holders 100 on both sides of the sound insulation panel 2. It is preferable to lift at the same time.

According to the panel lifting holder 100 according to the second embodiment, it is not necessary to insert the heads of the hexagon socket head bolts 132a and 132b into the confirmation holes X of the sound insulation panel 2 to be lifted, and the support portion 110 can be easily lifted. The sound insulation panel 2 to be lifted can be supported.
