Description

The present invention relates to clothing and a method for producing the same, and more particularly to clothing having additional functions such as cooling sensation and deodorization.

Clothing is required not only to be worn but also to be fashionable, but in recent years, products having additional functions such as deodorant action and antibacterial action have been provided. For example, Patent Document 1 discloses clothing using a functional fabric that can eliminate stiff shoulders and the like caused by autonomic imbalance by supporting a powder of a negative ion generator on a cloth / sheet base material. ing.

In addition, by utilizing the endothermic reaction of specific sugar alcohols when they react with water, clothing with these sugar alcohols attached to the fabric and clothing with a cooling sensation effect by attaching a specific substance to the fibers. Are known. When a garment having a cooling sensation effect is worn, when the wearer sweats, the endothermic reaction of sugar alcohol attached to the garment due to the moisture of the sweat starts. At that time, the ambient temperature drops because it takes heat away. As a result, when the wearer of the clothing sweats, a feeling of coldness is given. The above-mentioned clothing is expected to be in demand in many industries at present because it can prevent heat stroke by being used while working outdoors in summer.

By the way, in order to produce clothing having such an additional function, a step of adhering a substance for generating the additional function to the fabric is required. As a method of adhesion, a method of adding an additional function generating substance that brings an additional function at the same time as the dye or pigment used at the time of the dyeing process to the fabric and applying it to the fabric to give the additional function, or a method of adding the additional function generating substance is used. A printing method is known in which a dye is added to an adhesive (binder, glue, resin, etc.) and the adhesive is attached to the fabric. Printing methods include hand-dying, screen printing using a screen, and roller printing using a roller. The printing method is a technique that supports the production of clothing because it can be applied only to a specific area and a complicated pattern can be colored by repeated printing.

Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2003-138479

However, in the above-mentioned bonding method by printing, the adhesive for adhering the additional function generating substance is finally cured, so that there is a problem that the elasticity and air permeability of the finished garment are lowered.

In addition, when trying to improve the additional function in order to increase the commercial value, a method of increasing the amount of the substance that brings the additional function can be considered, but the effect of the additional function becomes too strong due to the increase in contact with the skin. In addition to causing problems, there is also the problem of increased production costs. It is conceivable to increase the coating area as a method of improving other additional functions, but as with the above method, not only the production cost will increase in terms of production, but also the coating area will be expanded to complete the process. There is a problem that the extensibility and breathability of the clothes are further lowered, and stuffiness occurs when the clothes are worn.

Furthermore, when there are two or more types of additional substances, if both of them are water-reactive, the additional substances scramble for water, and in some cases, the other substances all react, resulting in one type of effect. There is also the problem that it can only occur.

Therefore, the present invention has been made in view of such circumstances and problems, and at the same time, it exerts the effect of the additional function attached by the adhesive, and at the same time, secures the elasticity of the produced clothing and the breathability when worn. It is an object of the present invention to provide a garment, and a method for manufacturing such a garment.

In order to solve the above problem, the garment manufacturing method according to the present invention is a garment manufacturing method using a fabric to which functionality has been added, and adhesion to which an additional function generating substance that brings an additional function is added to the fabric. Including a coating step of applying the agent to the fabric, the coating is performed so that the fabric has a coated portion and a non-coated portion, and the periphery of each coated portion is not in contact with other coated portions. , The area of the individual coated parts is 5% or less compared to the area of the fabrics that make up the garment, and the total area of the individual coated parts is 10% or more and 75% or less of the fabrics that make up the garment. In each area within the area that composes the clothing to be applied, a virtual line perpendicular to each center point of the maximum width and maximum length is drawn, and the area is divided into four areas: upper left, upper right, lower left, and lower right. Therefore, the difference in coating area between each region is 30% or less.

Here, it is preferable that the additional function generating substance is a substance having two or more kinds of different functions. Further, it is preferable that two or more kinds of substances having different functions are applied to different coating portions, and one of the two or more kinds of substances having different functions has a deodorizing function performance. It is more preferable that the other is the cooling sensation function performance.

Further, the present invention is a garment using a fabric to which functionality has been added, and an adhesive to which an additional function generating substance that brings an additional function to the fabric is added so that a coated portion and a non-applied portion exist. The area around each coating area is not in contact with other coating areas, and the area of each coating area is less than 5% of the area of the fabric that makes up the garment. The total area is 10% or more and 75% or less of the fabric that makes up the garment, and is orthogonal to the center points of the maximum width and maximum length in each area within the area that makes up the garment to be applied. It is composed of four areas, upper left, upper right, lower left, and lower right, which are divided into four areas, and the difference in coating area between each area is 30% or less. You may.

Here, it is preferable that the additional function generating substance is a substance having two or more kinds of different functions. Further, it is preferable that two or more kinds of substances having different functions are applied to different coating parts, and one of the two or more kinds of substances having different functions has a deodorizing function performance. It is more preferable that the other is the cooling sensation function performance.

Further, the portion to which the additional function generating substance is applied is preferably a portion that comes into contact with the skin when worn.

As described above, according to the garment according to the present invention, it is possible to realize a garment having various functions in which the effect of the substance generating an additional function is also ensured while ensuring the extensibility and breathability.

Hereinafter, the garment and the method for producing the garment according to the present invention will be described in detail based on the embodiments.

In the garment manufacturing method of the present embodiment, when an adhesive containing an additional function generating substance, which is a substance that brings an additional function to the fabric, is applied to the fabric by a printing method, a portion to be applied and a portion not to be applied are applied. It is intended to be provided. By providing the coated region and the non-coated region, the additional effect of the substance generating the additional function is generated in the coated portion, and the extensibility and the air permeability are ensured in the non-coated region.

At the time of application, care should be taken so that there is no bias between the applied portion and the non-applied portion with respect to the fabric area.

This is because when the bias occurs, the effect of the substance generating the additional function is too weak, or a part having low extensibility and air permeability is formed, which causes problems such as stuffiness and deterioration of comfort.

An example will be given. FIG. 1 is a diagram showing a fabric to be applied. An example is a case where the square fabric 1 as shown in FIG. 1 is coated so that the coated portion is 50% and the non-coated portion is 50%.

FIG. 2 is a diagram showing an example of a coating pattern. Assuming that the black-filled portion excluding the square outer frame is the coating region 10 and the white portion is the non-coating region 20, in the coating pattern of FIG. 2, additional functions are generated only in the upper portion and at the same time, left and right in the upper portion. The directional extensibility is low.

Similarly, in the coating pattern of FIG. 3, the additional function is generated only in the left portion of the coating region 10, and at the same time, the extensibility in the vertical direction in the left portion is lowered. Therefore, these are unfavorable coating patterns.

In the coating pattern of FIG. 4, the coating is performed in the four portions of the upper left, upper right, lower left, and lower right to form the coating area 10, and the range of the effect of the substance generating the additional function is the coating pattern of FIGS. 2 and 3. However, it can be said that this is an unfavorable coating pattern because the difference in area between the upper left and lower right coating regions 10 is large and the effect differs depending on the substance generating the additional function. Further, it can be said that the upper left portion is not preferable because it is difficult to stretch and the expansion and contraction is biased.

Therefore, in order to prevent the difference in effect due to the substance generating the additional function from becoming large, a virtual line orthogonal to each center point of the maximum width and the maximum length is drawn in each area within the area constituting the clothing to be applied. , Upper left, upper right, lower left, and lower right, and a coating pattern that reduces the difference in area in each area is preferable. 7 to 9 are views showing areas of clothing to be applied, and the shaded areas shown in these figures are divided areas.

From the human sense, even if the difference in the area of application of each part is not set to 0%, if it is 30% or less, no big difference is felt. Therefore, a virtual line orthogonal to each center point 2 of the maximum width and the maximum length is drawn, and the area is divided into four areas, the upper left area 3, the upper right area 4, the lower left area 5, and the lower right area 6. Apply so that the difference in coating area is 30% or less.

From the above viewpoint, the coating pattern as shown in FIG. 5 is not biased between the coating region 10 and the non-coating region 20, the effects of the substances generating additional functions are evenly divided, and extensibility and breathability are ensured. It can be said that this is a preferable coating pattern.

From the viewpoint of the wearer's extensibility and breathability, the area of each applied portion is 5%, preferably 3% or less of the area of the fabric constituting the garment, and the total area of the individual applied portions. However, the coating is applied to the fabric constituting the garment so as to be 10% or more to 75%, preferably 20% or more to 65% or less.

By applying as described above, a garment in which the effect of the uniform additional function generating substance and the extensibility and breathability are ensured is completed.

As described above, the garment manufacturing method according to the present invention is a method of applying an adhesive to which an additional function generating substance is added to the fabric to manufacture the garment, and the garment is coated so that the coated portion and the non-coated portion are present. The perimeter of each coated portion is not brought into contact with other coated portions, and the area of each coated portion is set to 5% or less (preferably 3% or less) of the area of the fabric constituting the garment. The total area of the coated portion shall be 10% or more to 75% or less (preferably 20% or more to 65% or less) with respect to the fabric constituting the garment. Then, each area of clothing (for example, axilla, chest, back, abdomen, upper arm, forearm, cubital fossa, buttock, gusset, lower abdomen, thigh, lower leg, forearm, knee) In order to prevent the application from concentrating on the part within the area (popliteal fossa), in each area within the area constituting the clothing to be applied, a virtual perpendicular to each center point of the maximum width and the maximum length. Draw a line and apply in four areas, upper left, upper right, lower left, and lower right, so that the difference in coating area between each area is 30% or less. As a result, it is possible to produce clothing that efficiently exerts the effect of the substance generating the additional function and at the same time ensures elasticity and breathability.

Judgment is made in each area because the amount of sweat glands varies from area to area.

Furthermore, when applying two or more types of additional function generating substances, it is conceivable to first apply each additional function generating substance separately to form individual islands so as not to interfere with each other. At this time, by applying the islands so as to be adjacent to each other, the wearer can feel as if the effect is on the entire surface.

Further, a method of applying a plurality of substances generating additional functions at the same time is also conceivable. Depending on the substance generating additional functions to be applied, it may be preferable to apply them at the same time, and the working time can be shortened by applying them at the same time.

Additional functions Functions added by the generating substance include, for example, a cooling sensation function, a deodorizing function, a warming sensation function, and an antibacterial function.

(Example)
Hereinafter, examples will be described.

According to the method for manufacturing clothing of the present invention, an additional function generating substance having a cooling sensation and deodorizing function is applied, and as a garment having a cooling sensation and deodorizing function, a general long-sleeved upper body as shown in FIG. Clothing 7 was produced.

In this example, clothing in which the composition of the fabric is composed of synthetic fibers composed of 70% nylon and 30% polyurethane was used.

There are many types of fabrics that make up clothing, including natural fibers such as cotton and silk, and chemical fibers such as rayon and polyester. In this example, synthetic fiber clothing is used, but synthetic fibers are used. It is also possible to use fabrics made of other fibers as described above, without limitation.

In order to exert a cooling sensation function, a substance that reacts with the moisture contained in sweat and exhibits an endothermic reaction is prepared. For example, sugar alcohols such as xylitol, erythritol, and sorbitol can be used without harm to the human body. The above sugar alcohols are not limited to use alone, but two or more types of sugar alcohols can also be used. In this example, two types, xylitol and erythritol, were used.

For the deodorizing function, a substance having a deodorizing effect on ammonia, acetic acid, isovaleric acid, and nonenal, which are odorous components generated from humans, is used. The deodorizing function of negative ions is known for deodorizing the above odorous components. Ores such as tourmaline, garnet, and zeolite are known as negative ion generating substances, and since there is no big difference in the effect of generating negative ions even if these ores are finely crushed, the ore is crushed into powder. Was used to exert the deodorant effect.

There are various types of adhesives, but as an adhesive for adhering substances that generate additional functions to the fabric, the produced clothes may be washed many times, so it has excellent washing resistance. The feature of being is required. In this embodiment, a urethane-based hot melt adhesive is used, but in addition, a water-based adhesive, a solvent-based adhesive, a reactive adhesive, or the like may be used.

By the method, only the white triangular portion is coated with the coating pattern shown in FIG.

After that, it is placed in a drying oven to cure the adhesive.

Through the above steps, a dough having both a cooling sensation and a deodorant function is completed on almost the entire surface.

By the same application method, the dough that constitutes each part is applied to give a feeling of coldness and deodorant function.

Then join each dough together. This time, each fabric was joined by sewing, but it may be joined by using an adhesive or an adhesive film.

Through the above steps, the long-sleeved upper body garment 7 as shown in FIG. 10 is completed, in which the effects of cooling and deodorizing are uniformly generated on almost the entire surface when worn, and the elasticity and breathability are ensured. FIG. 11 is a diagram showing a state in which it is turned inside out.

The effect of the cooling sensation function was verified using the clothes prepared above to which the cooling sensation and deodorizing functions were added.

A temperature sensor is installed in the center of the back skin of the body of clothing, left in an atmosphere of about 33 ° C for 1 hour or more, and then about 0.2 ml of water is dropped on the center of the back skin (above the temperature sensor) to moisten the clothes. The temperature of the part was measured for 10 minutes. This time, we verified the cooling effect between two types, one before washing and the other after washing 10 times using the JIS L1930 C4M method.
