Claims (4)
- 競輪場のバンクの損傷箇所を補修する補修材料であって、
砂とブローンアスファルトと石灰とを混合した材料を容器に収容し、前記容器を加熱して前記ブローンアスファルトを溶かし、前記材料を攪拌して均一にした後、略40℃に冷却し型枠に入れて所定のサイズの棒状に固め、前記固めた材料を前記型枠から取り出して形成する、
ことを特徴とする棒状の補修材料。 - 競輪場のバンクの損傷箇所を補修する補修材料であって、
砂とブローンアスファルトと石灰とを混合した材料を容器に収容し、前記容器を加熱して前記ブローンアスファルトを溶かし、前記材料を攪拌して均一にした後、冷却して固め、前記固めた材料を前記容器から取り出した後、所定の粒径の粒状に粉砕して形成する、
ことを特徴とする粒状の補修材料。 - 競輪場のバンクの損傷箇所を補修する補修方法であって、
砂とブローンアスファルトと石灰とを混合した材料を容器に収容し、前記容器を加熱して前記ブローンアスファルトを溶かし、前記材料を攪拌して均一にした後、略40℃に冷却し型枠に入れて所定のサイズの棒状に固め、前記固めた材料を前記型枠から取り出して形成した棒状の補修材料を前記損傷箇所に持ち込む工程と、
前記棒状の補修材料の先端部をバーナーで加熱して熔解する工程と、
前記熔解した補修材料を前記損傷箇所に充填する工程と、
前記充填した補修材料の表面を平坦にする工程と、を有する、
ことを特徴とする補修方法。 - 競輪場のバンクの損傷箇所を補修する補修方法であって、
砂とブローンアスファルトと石灰とを混合した材料を容器に収容し、前記容器を加熱して前記ブローンアスファルトを溶かし、前記材料を攪拌して均一にした後、冷却して固め、前記固めた材料を前記容器から取り出した後、所定の粒径の粒状に粉砕して形成した粒状の補修材料を前記損傷箇所に持ち込む工程と、
前記粒状の補修材料を前記損傷箇所に充填する工程と、
前記充填した補修材料をバーナーで加熱して熔解する工程と、
前記熔解した補修材料の表面を平坦にする工程と、を有する、
ことを特徴とする補修方法。
