Abstract
Description
The present invention contains a dietary supplement composition containing an animal extract and a method for producing the same, a method for suppressing an unpleasant odor of an animal extract or a dietary supplement composition containing an animal extract, and an animal extract or an animal extract. The present invention relates to a composition for suppressing an unpleasant odor.
In recent years, with the irregular eating habits and growing awareness of beauty, in order to efficiently supply necessary nutrients, nutrients such as amino acids, vitamins and minerals, and extracts derived from animal raw materials containing various nutrients. (Hereinafter, it may be referred to as "animal extract".) There is an increasing demand for nutritional supplement compositions such as nutritional supplements and supplements containing such substances.
The nutritional supplement composition contains various components (hereinafter, may be referred to as "raw materials"), and among the raw materials, the raw materials themselves have an unfavorable odor (an odor that humans feel unpleasant). , Hereinafter, it is known that some of them exhibit "unpleasant odor"). Such an odor has a problem of reducing the product value of the dietary supplement composition.
For example, vitamin B1 is known as a component in which the unpleasant odor of the raw material itself becomes a problem. As a technique for reducing the odor of vitamin B1, for example, a technique for blending fermented cellulose has been proposed (see, for example, Patent Document 1). In addition, there are some naturally derived raw materials in which the unpleasant odor of the raw material itself is a problem. For example, propolis extract, chondroitin sulfate-containing extract, and placenta extract are known to reduce these odors. As a technique, a technique using a vegetable oil having a palmitic acid content of 8% by mass or more has been proposed (see, for example, Patent Document 2).
However, since various raw materials are mixed in the dietary supplement composition, rapid development of a technology capable of suppressing not only the unpleasant odor of the raw material itself but also the unpleasant odor of the dietary supplement composition is strong. The current situation is that it is required.
As a technique for reducing the unpleasant taste of a drug having an unpleasant taste such as bitterness, a technique of suspending or dissolving the drug in a solution of a water-insoluble coating agent and adding the suspension or solution to silicic acids to granulate. (See, for example, Patent Document 3), but the proposal is not a technique for suppressing an unpleasant odor.
