Abstract
Description
まず、第1の実施形態における超音波診断装置について説明する。図1は、第1の実施形態に係る超音波診断装置1の構成の一例を示すブロック図である。図1に示すように、本実施形態に係る超音波診断装置1は、超音波プローブ2と、ディスプレイ3と、入力インターフェース4と、装置本体5とを有し、超音波プローブ2と、ディスプレイ3と、入力インターフェース4とが装置本体5と通信可能に接続される。
上述した第1の実施形態では、基板としてFPCを用いる場合について説明した。第2の実施形態では、基板として多層基板を用いる場合について説明する。図9は、第2の実施形態に係る超音波プローブの構成の一例を示す図である。ここで、図9においては、超音波プローブ2の断面図を示す。また、第2の実施形態に係る超音波プローブ2は、第1の実施形態と比較して、基板として多層基板を用いる点が異なる。以下、この点を中心に説明する。
さて、これまで第1及び第2の実施形態について説明したが、上述した第1及び第2の実施形態以外にも、種々の異なる形態にて実施されてよいものである。

Claims (9)
- 格子状に分割された圧電振動子群と、
前記圧電振動子群の背面に敷設され、前記圧電振動子群に対する複数の電極を略同心円状に並列接続する配線を有する基板と、
を備える、超音波プローブ。 - 前記基板は、前記圧電振動子群側とは異なる側の導電パターンによって、前記圧電振動子群の中心からの距離が近い複数の電極を略同心円状に並列接続するFPC(Flexible preprint circuits)である、請求項1に記載の超音波プローブ。
- 前記基板としての第1のFPCに加え、
前記第1のFPCの背面に敷設され、前記第1のFPCにおける導電部の位置に対応する位置に導電部を有し、前記第1のFPCとの間で信号を送受信する第2のFPCをさらに備え、
前記第1のFPCと前記第2のFPCとの間は、前記導電部間が導電接合によって導通されるとともに、前記導電接合された位置以外の空隙が非導電の接着剤によって充填されている、請求項2に記載の超音波プローブ。 - 前記基板は、複数層を介した配線によって、前記圧電振動子群の中心からの距離が近い複数の電極を略同心円状に並列接続する多層基板である、請求項1に記載の超音波プローブ。
- 略同心円状に並列接続された電極に対応する圧電振動子群は、単一、又は、複数の駆動回路にそれぞれ並列接続され、単一、又は、複数の駆動回路に並列接続された各圧電振動子群の間で、圧電振動子数と駆動回路数との比が、略一定に保たれる、請求項1〜4のいずれか1つに記載の超音波プローブ。
- 複数の駆動回路に並列接続される圧電振動子群は、前記圧電振動子群の中心からの平均距離が略一定の間隔に保たれる、請求項5に記載の超音波プローブ。
- 格子状に分割された圧電振動子群と、前記基板とを揺動させる搖動部をさらに備える、請求項1〜6のいずれか1つに記載の超音波プローブ。
- 格子状に分割された圧電振動子群と、前記圧電振動子群の背面に敷設され、前記圧電振動子群に対する複数の電極を略同心円状に並列接続する配線を有する基板と、を有する超音波プローブと、
前記超音波プローブによって受信された信号に基づいて超音波画像を生成する生成部と、
を備える、超音波診断装置。 - 前記超音波プローブを揺動させる搖動機構をさらに備える、請求項8に記載の超音波診断装置。
