Claims (7)
- 船舶内に設置され、前記船舶のLNG貯槽から吸い込んだボイルオフガスである対象ガスを圧縮する圧縮機ユニットであって、
前記対象ガスを順次昇圧する複数の圧縮ステージと、
前記複数の圧縮ステージのピストンを駆動するクランク機構と、
前記複数の圧縮ステージのうち1つから吐出された前記対象ガスを冷却するクーラと、
前記クーラで冷却された前記対象ガスを、需要先である発電機又は内燃機関に向けて流す導出路と、
前記導出路に設けられた断熱材と、を備える、圧縮機ユニット。 - 前記クーラは、前記1つの圧縮ステージから次の圧縮ステージへ前記対象ガスを流すステージ接続流路に設けられ、
前記導出路は、前記クーラの下流で前記ステージ接続流路から分岐している、請求項1に記載の圧縮機ユニット。 - 前記ステージ接続流路における前記クーラから前記導出路に至る部分に設けられた他の断熱材をさらに備える、請求項2に記載の圧縮機ユニット。
- 前記ステージ接続流路における前記導出路の接続部から前記次の圧縮ステージに至る部分の長さは、前記クーラから前記導出路の接続部に至る部分の長さよりも長い、請求項2又は3に記載の圧縮機ユニット。
- 前記ステージ接続流路における前記導出路の接続部から前記次の圧縮ステージに至る前記部分は、断熱材を有しない非断熱部である、請求項4に記載の圧縮機ユニット。
- 請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の圧縮機ユニットの制御方法であって、
前記クーラは、
前記対象ガスを冷却する冷却水が流れる冷却水流路と、
前記冷却水流路上に設けられ、前記冷却水の流量を調整可能な調整弁と、
を備え、
前記制御方法は、前記クーラから流出した前記対象ガスの温度が一定範囲内に維持されるように前記調整弁の開度を調整することを含んでいる、圧縮機ユニットの制御方法。 - 請求項6に記載の圧縮機ユニットの制御方法であって、
前記対象ガスの前記温度が30℃〜60℃の範囲内に維持されるよう前記調整弁の開度を調整する、圧縮機ユニットの制御方法。
