Description
封止材シートの材料として以下の原材料を使用した。
低密度ポリエチレン1(LDPE、表中「LD1」と表記):密度0.920g/cm3、融点123℃。
低密度ポリエチレン2(LDPE、表中「LD2」と表記):密度0.920g/cm3、融点105℃。
直鎖状低密度ポリエチレン(LLDPE、表中「LLD」と表記):密度0.898g/cm3、融点97℃。
シラン変性ポリエチレン系樹脂(表中「SiLD」と表記):密度0.901g/cm3、MFR1.1g/10分のメタロセン系直鎖状低密度ポリエチレン(M−LLDPE)98質量部に対して、ビニルトリメトキシシラン2質量部と、ラジカル発生剤(反応触媒)としてのジクミルパーオキサイド0.1質量部と、を混合し、200℃で溶融、混練し、密度0.901g/cm3のシラン変性透明樹脂を得た。
ポリプロピレン(PP、表中「PP」と表記):ホモポリプロピレン。密度0.900g/cm3、融点155℃。MFR8.5g/10分(230℃)。
白色顔料:平均粒径0.2μmの酸化チタン。全ての実施例及び比較例の封止材シートのコア層のみに、樹脂成分100質量部当り7質量部添加。
紫外線吸収剤:ケミプロ化成株式会社製、商品名KEMISORB12。全ての実施例、比較例のコア層及びスキン層用の各封止材組成物に、いずれも0.3質量部添加。
耐候安定剤:BASF株式会社製、商品名Tinuvin622SF。全ての実施例、比較例のコア層及びスキン層用の各封止材組成物に、いずれも0.2質量部添加。
酸化防止剤:チバ・ジャパン株式会社製、商品名Irganox1076。全ての実施例、比較例のコア層及びスキン層用の各封止材組成物に、いずれも0.05質量部添加。

Ultraviolet absorber: manufactured by Chemipro Kasei Co., Ltd., trade name KEMISORB12. 0.3 parts by mass was added to each of the encapsulant compositions for the core layer and the skin layer of all Examples and Comparative Examples.
Weather-resistant stabilizer: manufactured by BASF Corporation, trade name Tinuvin622SF. 0.2 parts by mass was added to each of the encapsulant compositions for the core layer and the skin layer of all Examples and Comparative Examples.
Antioxidant: manufactured by Ciba Japan Co., Ltd., trade name Irganox 1076. 0.05 parts by mass was added to each of the encapsulant compositions for the core layer and the skin layer of all Examples and Comparative Examples.

前記封止材層は、

低密度ポリエチレンを含有し前記裏面保護層に対面する内側スキン層と、
低密度ポリエチレンを含有し前記封止材一体型裏面保護シートの最表面に露出される外側スキン層と、からなる3層構造を有し、
前記内側スキン層は、ポリプロピレンを含有し、
前記内側スキン層のポリプロピレンの含有量が20質量%以下であり、
前記外側スキン層は、ポリプロピレンを実質的に含有しない、
