Claims (3)
- 方法であって、
選択されたスペクトル範囲内のスペクトルマーカー領域の強度を表す第1の信号と、シート材基層(180a)及び前記シート材基層の上のコーティング(180c)、又は前記シート材基層内の埋め込まれた粒子(180b)のうちの少なくとも1つの高z材を含む複合シート(180)の送信機(110a)及び受信機(110b)を含む少なくとも第1のセンサ(110)を含む測定装置(100)からの選択されたスペクトル範囲内の共通領域における強度を表す第2の信号とを測定することであって、前記測定することは、前記複合シートが作業中である間に実行されることと、
前記第1の信号の信号レベルを前記第2の信号の信号レベルと比較する相対信号レベルを判定することと、
前記相対信号レベルを使用して、複数の異なる複合シート材のグレードから選択された前記複合シートの現在の複合シート材のグレードを特定することと、
前記現在の複合シート材のグレードに基づいて、複数の異なるセンサ較正から現在のセンサ較正を自動的に選択することと、
前記現在のセンサ較正を使用して、前記複合シートの少なくとも1つの物理的パラメータを判定することと、
を含む、方法。 - 測定装置(100)であって、
送信機(110a)と受信機(110b)とを備える少なくとも第1のセンサ(110)と、
前記第1のセンサを動かすためのスキャナヘッド(160)と、
前記第1のセンサからデータを受信するように連結されたコンピューティングデバイス(150)であって、両者とも選択されたスペクトル範囲内にある、少なくとも1つの共通領域と比較される1つ以上の選択されたスペクトルマーカー領域において、複数の異なる相対信号レベル範囲を記憶する関連メモリ(152)を有するプロセッサ(151)を備え、前記異なる相対信号レベル範囲のそれぞれは複合シート材のグレード及び関連するセンサ較正に対応するコンピューティングデバイスであって、
自動的に、
前記スペクトルマーカー領域における強度を表す第1の信号、及びシート材基層(180a)、及び前記シート材基層(180a)の上のコーティング(180b)、又は前記シート材基層(180a)内の埋め込まれた粒子(180c)のうちの少なくとも1つの高z材を含む複合シート(180)の前記共通領域における強度を表す第2の信号を測定し、
前記第1の信号の現在の信号レベルを前記第2の信号の現在の信号レベルと比較する現在の相対信号レベルを判定し、
前記現在の相対信号レベルを使用して、前記複合シート材のグレードから選択された前記複合シートの現在の複合シート材のグレードを特定し、
前記現在の複合シート材のグレードに基づいて、前記センサ較正から現在のセンサ較正を自動的に選択し、
前記現在のセンサ較正を使用して、前記複合シートの少なくとも1つの物理的パラメータを判定する
ための前記コンピューティングデバイスを含む、装置。 - 前記第1のセンサが、赤外線(IR)又は可視の光センサを含み、X線センサを含む第2のセンサ(120)を更に備え、前記物理的パラメータが、前記コーティングの重量及び前記シート材基層の両方の重量を含む、請求項2に記載の測定装置。
