Claims (16)
- 微孔構造(2)を備えた埋め込み可能な薬剤溶出装置(1)であって、
微孔構造(2)は、少なくとも2つの異なる均一なサイズの第1サイズおよび第2サイズにおいて規則的に配置された細孔(4、5)を含み、
この細孔(4、5)は、薬剤(9)を受容し、相互接続(6、7)によって接続されるように構成され、
第1サイズの細孔(4)から生じる相互接続(6)は、第1溶出領域を有し、第2サイズの細孔(5)から生じる相互接続(7)は、第2溶出領域を有し、
これらの相互接続は、溶出領域を通して周囲の組織への溶出のため、微孔構造(2)の表面へ薬剤(9)を搬送するように構成されており、
第1溶出領域(34)と第2溶出領域(35)との比は、予め規定され選択可能であることを特徴とする、埋め込み可能な薬剤溶出装置。 - 第1サイズの細孔(4)と第2サイズの細孔(5)との容積比は、予め規定され選択可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の埋め込み可能な薬剤溶出装置。
- 微孔構造(2)は、変形立方八面体種の規則的に配置された単位セル(3)で作成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の埋め込み可能な薬剤溶出装置。
- 微孔構造(2)は、正方形および三角形型のサブ要素(31、32)を含む変形立方八面体であり、正方形型のサブ要素(31)は、さらなる角度のついたストラット(33)によって接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の埋め込み可能な薬剤溶出装置。
- 溶出領域の比は、実質的に等しいが、その容積の比は、少なくとも2倍にて異なることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の埋め込み可能な薬剤溶出装置。
- 容積の比は、2未満であるが、溶出領域の比は、少なくとも4異なることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の埋め込み可能な薬剤溶出装置。

- 単位セルは、層状に配置されている、および/または単位セル(3)は、直列に接続可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれかに記載の埋め込み可能な薬剤溶出装置。
- 細孔(4、5)は、50μmと1500μmとの間の範囲における大きさであることを特徴とする、請求項1から9のいずれかに記載の埋め込み可能な薬剤溶出装置。
- 第1サイズの細孔(4)および第2サイズの細孔(5)は、異なる薬剤(9)で充填されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から10のいずれかに記載の埋め込み可能な薬剤溶出装置。
- 微孔構造(2)の表面に位置する少なくともいくらかの細孔(4、5)は、好ましくは両サイズの細孔(4、5)が切断され、少なくとも部分的に開いていることを特徴とする、請求項1から11のいずれかに記載の埋め込み可能な薬剤溶出装置。
- 薬剤(9)は、細孔に堆積されることを特徴とし、薬剤は、水溶性抗生物質、好ましくは、硫酸ゲンタマイシンまたは、バンコマイシン塩酸塩を含む群から選択される一または複数であり、該薬剤は、担体、好ましくはヒアルロン酸によって、微孔構造内の切り開かれた表面および/またはより長期の投薬用には奥深くの細孔に対して堆積される、請求項1から12のいずれかに記載の埋め込み可能な薬剤溶出装置。
- 微孔構造(2)を備え、該微孔構造(2)が規則的に配置された細孔(4)を含む、埋め込み可能な薬剤溶出装置(1)であって、
細孔(4、5)は、薬剤(9)を受容し、相互接続(6、7)によって接続されるように構成され、
細孔(4)から生じる相互接続(6)は、第1溶出領域を有し、
各相互接続は、溶出領域を通して周囲の組織に溶出することができるように薬剤(9)を微孔構造(2)の表面に搬送するように構成されており、
少なくともいくらかの細孔(4)は、微孔構造(2)の表面に位置し、切断されて少なくとも部分的に開いていることを特徴とする、
埋め込み可能な薬剤溶出装置。 - 適切なインプラントを形成する本体でその上に多孔質構造が形成される本体を備えた埋め込み可能な装置の製造方法であって、
本体をベース平面(8)として使用することと、
規則的に配置された複数の基本セル(3)の層を堆積することと、それによって第1および第2サイズの細孔(4、5)を形成し、該細孔は、第1溶出領域(34)および第2溶出領域(34)を有する相互接続によって互いに連通し、
必要に応じて、複数の規則的に配置された基本セル(3)の第2およびさらなる層を堆積することと、
微孔構造の表面を形成することと、
を備え、第1溶出領域(34)と第2溶出領域(35)との比は、予め規定され選択可能である、埋め込み可能な装置の製造方法。 - 請求項2から14のいずれかにおいて構成されたようなインプラントを形成することを特徴とする、請求項15に記載の製造方法。
