Abstract
Description
(1)(i)電気駆動燃料ポンプの回転数は徐々に減少されることと、および、(ii)電気駆動ポンプの排出口から燃料システムの吸入口への燃料のバイパスが開放されることの、少なくともいずれか1つが行われており、(2)GTEロータの回転数が40%を超える場合、必要な燃料流量は、供給源によって機械駆動燃料ポンプおよび電気駆動燃料ポンプから提供され、(3)電気駆動燃料ポンプの動作段階において、必要な燃料供給から燃焼室への燃料供給を除いて、油圧駆動装置および燃料分配装置の動作のために、必要な燃料の圧力および流量を確保し、(4)GTE始動完了後、およびGTEアイドルモードに到達した後に、電気駆動燃料ポンプが、圧力を減少させた(ヘッドを減少させた)独立待機モードかまたはオフに切り替えられ、(5)地上アイドルモード、ならびに、GTEロータおよび機械駆動燃料ポンプ駆動シャフトの回転数が地上アイドルモードを超える全てのエンジン動作モードは、GTE燃焼室への必要な燃料の量の供給、ならびに、油圧駆動装置の動作のためのひつような燃料の流量および圧力の創出のための機械駆動燃料ポンプによって確保され、さらに、40%を超えるGTEロータ回転数でのGTEモード時、および機械駆動燃料ポンプの注入口および排出口での不十分な燃料圧力の条件の発生時には、機械駆動ポンプの注入口での燃料温度が+10℃未満である時と同様に、電気駆動燃料ポンプのロータ回転数が始動および/または上昇し、燃料の圧力または温度が、飛行機推進エンジンでの異なる駆動による燃料ポンプの利点の使用を効率的に可能にする、必要なレベルに維持される。
Claims (1)
- ガスタービンエンジンでの燃料システムにおける必要な圧力および流量の創出方法であって、
前記燃料システムが、電気駆動燃料ポンプと、(ギアボックスによる)機械駆動燃料ポンプと、燃料計量/分配装置と、制御装置と、複数の変換器と、を含み、
前記燃料システムおよび前記ガスタービンエンジン動作は、ガスタービンエンジンロータの最大回転数の40%までの前記電気駆動ポンプから提供され、
(1)前記電気駆動燃料ポンプの回転数は徐々に減少される、および、(2)前記電気駆動ポンプの排出口から前記燃料システムの注入口への燃料のバイパスが開放される、の少なくともいずれか1つが行われ、;
前記GTE回転数が40%を超える場合、前記必要な燃料流量は、
燃焼室への必要な流量を除いて、前記燃料システムにおける前記電気駆動燃料ポンプの動作モードにおいて、前記機械駆動燃料ポンプおよび前記電気駆動燃料ポンプによって、提供され、
更に、油圧駆動装置および前記燃料配分装置のために前記必要な燃料圧力および流量が提供され、;
前記ガスタービンエンジンの運転開始後、かつ、前記GTEがアイドルモードに到達した後、前記電気駆動ポンプが、圧力を減少させた独立待機モードかまたはオフに切り替えられ、;
地上アイドルモード、および、前記GTEロータおよび機械駆動燃料ポンプ駆動シャフトの回転数が前記地上アイドルモードを超える全てのエンジン動作モードは、前記GTE燃焼室への前記必要な燃料の流量供給、および、前記油圧駆動装置のための前記必要な燃料の圧力創出のための前記機械駆動燃料ポンプの動作によって確保され、
更に、40%を超える前記GTEロータ回転数でのGTE動作モード時、および、前記機械駆動燃料ポンプの注入口および排出口での不十分な燃料圧力の条件の発生時には、前記機械駆動ポンプの注入口での燃料温度が10℃未満である時と同様に、前記電気駆動燃料ポンプのロータ回転数が始動および/または上昇し、燃料の圧力および温度が必要なレベルに維持される、創出方法。
