Abstract
Description
Claims (15)
- 対象の子宮収縮及び胎児心拍数を測定するために前記対象の腹部に配置される装置であって、
前記対象の腹部に配置される剛性基部と、
前記剛性基部に接続するよう構成されたカバーであって、前記対象の子宮収縮に基づき移動可能な可撓性部分を含む、カバーと、
前記剛性基部に取り付けられ、前記胎児心拍数を測定する胎児心拍数センサと、
前記装置内に配置され、前記対象の子宮収縮を測定する子宮収縮センサとを有する、装置。 - 前記カバー全体が可撓性部分であるか、又は
前記カバーが、前記可撓性部分が配置される開口を含むか、又は
前記可撓性部分が、前記カバーの周辺に延在し、前記剛性基部に接続される、請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記子宮収縮センサが、
子宮収縮を表す圧力における変動を測定する圧力センサと、
子宮収縮を表す光強度における変動を測定する光学センサと、
子宮収縮を表す静電容量における変動を測定する静電容量センサと、
子宮収縮を表すインダクタンスにおける変動を測定する誘導センサのいずれか1つ又は複数を有する、請求項1又は2に記載の装置。 - 前記光学センサが、
前記剛性基部に取り付けられ、前記可撓性部分に向かって光を発するように配置された光源と、
前記剛性基部に取り付けられ、前記可撓性部分から反射された光を検出するように配置された光検出器とを有する、請求項3に記載の装置。 - 前記静電容量センサが一対の導体を含み、前記剛性基部は前記一対の導体の一方の導体を含み、前記カバーが前記一対の導体の他方の導体を含む、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記誘導センサが、
コイル及び導電板;又は
一対のインダクタを含み、前記剛性基部は、前記一対のインダクタの一方のインダクタを含み、前記カバーが、前記一対のインダクタの他方のインダクタを含む、請求項3に記載の装置。 - 前記胎児心拍数センサが、超音波センサ又はマイクロフォンを含む、請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記装置が、前記剛性基部上の異なる位置に取り付けられた複数の胎児心拍センサを含み、各胎児心拍センサは、前記胎児心拍数を測定する、請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記装置が、前記装置内の異なる位置に配置された複数の子宮収縮センサを含み、各子宮収縮センサは、子宮収縮を測定する、請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記カバーが、前記剛性基部から取り外し可能である、請求項1乃至9のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記装置が、実質的に気密又は実質的に水密である、請求項1乃至10のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記装置が、支持部材により前記対象の腹部に対して保持され、前記支持部材は、前記対象の腹部の周りに装着され、前記子宮収縮に基づき前記可撓性部分の動きをもたらすよう前記装置と接触する、請求項1乃至11のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記センサが、前記胎児心拍数及び前記子宮収縮を同時に測定する、請求項1乃至12のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 対象の子宮収縮及び胎児心拍数を測定するため、前記対象の腹部に配置されるとき、装置を作動させる方法において、
前記装置が、請求項1乃至13のいずれか一項に記載される通りであり、
前記方法は、
前記胎児心拍数センサを制御して前記胎児心拍数を測定するステップ、及び/又は
前記子宮収縮センサを制御して前記子宮収縮を測定するステップを有する、方法。 - コンピュータに請求項14に記載の方法を実行させるコンピュータ可読コードを含むコンピュータプログラム。
