Abstract
Description
十分に短い時間でスタッド及び基板の材料の液化に必要なエネルギーを利用可能とするために、非常に高い電流強度で電流を発生させ、相応する寸法を有する電気ケーブルを介してスタッドに供給する装置が知られている。液化した材料の酸化を防止するために、スタッドと基板との間の接触部位を不活性ガスでフラッシュする(spulen)ことが知られている。
Claims (9)
- 溶接スタッドを基板に溶接するための装置であって、前記溶接スタッドのためのスタッドホルダを含む溶接ガンと、溶接機と、ガス容器と、前記ガス容器からのガスを前記スタッドホルダに導くためのガス配管と、前記ガス配管内に配置されたバルブと、前記バルブを制御するための制御装置であって、前記ガス配管を前記ガス容器からのガスでフラッシュするために、前記バルブを所定の時間に亘って開放するために設けられている制御装置と、を備える装置。
- 前記制御装置は、前記所定の時間が経過したときに溶接工程を開始するために設けられている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記制御装置は、前記所定の時間が経過したときに、前記装置が溶接工程のための準備ができていることを前記装置の使用者に信号で知らせるために設けられている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記ガス容器は、前記溶接機、前記ガス配管、及び/又は、前記溶接ガンによって支持されている、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記ガス配管を通るガス流を制御するためのガス流制御装置を更に備え、前記ガス流制御装置は前記バルブを含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記溶接機から前記溶接ガンに溶接電流を導くための第1の電気ケーブルと、前記基板から前記溶接機に前記溶接電流を導くための第2の電気ケーブルと、を更に備える、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 溶接スタッドを基板に溶接するための方法であって、
a)前記溶接スタッドのためのスタッドホルダを含む溶接ガンと、溶接機と、ガス容器と、前記ガス容器からのガスを前記スタッドホルダに導くためのガス配管と、前記ガス配管内に配置されたバルブと、を備える装置を利用可能とするステップと、
b)前記ガス配管を前記ガス容器からのガスでフラッシュするために所定の時間に亘って前記バルブを開放するステップと、
c)前記ガス容器からのガスが前記溶接スタッドの周囲を流れる間、前記溶接スタッドを前記基板に溶接するステップと、を含む方法。 - 前記所定の時間が経過したときに前記ステップc)が開始される、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記所定の時間が経過したときに、前記装置が溶接工程のための準備ができていることを前記装置の使用者に信号で知らせる、請求項7に記載の方法。
