Description
Claims (6)
- 溶接スタッドを基板に溶接方向において溶接するための溶接ガンであって、溶接作業中に前記溶接スタッドを保持するための保持装置であって、前記溶接スタッドは、前記溶接作業前及び/又は前記溶接作業中に前記基板に接触することを意図される接触面を有する、保持装置を含み、前記保持装置を前記溶接方向に対して浸漬開始位置まで搬送するためのスタッドリフト装置を更に含み、前記保持装置を前記浸漬開始位置から前記溶接方向に搬送するためのスタッド浸漬装置を更に含み、前記溶接ガンを前記基板上に支持するための支持面を有する支持要素を更に含み、且つ、前記スタッドリフト装置を前記支持面に対して前記溶接方向に移動させ、前記支持面に対して前記浸漬開始位置を前記溶接方向に自動的に適合させるための装置であって、前記支持面に対して2つ以上の異なる位置で前記スタッドリフト装置をロックするためのロック要素と駆動位置と解放位置との間で移動可能な駆動要素とを含み、前記駆動位置における前記駆動要素は、前記溶接方向に対する前記保持装置の移動を前記スタッドリフト装置に伝達し、前記解放位置における前記駆動要素は、前記スタッドリフト装置に対して前記溶接方向に対する前記保持装置の移動を可能にする、装置を更に含む溶接ガン。
- 前記保持装置が前記駆動要素に当接するまで、前記溶接ガンを前記基板に押し付ける際、前記スタッドリフト装置に対して前記保持装置を前記溶接方向に付勢する保持ばねを含む、請求項1に記載の溶接ガン。
- 前記支持面が前記基板に当接するまで、前記溶接ガンを前記基材に更に押し付ける際、前記支持要素に対して前記スタッドリフト装置を前記溶接方向に付勢する駆動ばねを含む、請求項2に記載の溶接ガン。
- 前記駆動ばねのばね定数は、前記保持ばねのばね定数よりも大きい、請求項3に記載の溶接ガン。
- 前記スタッドリフト装置は、前記保持装置が前記浸漬開始位置に搬送されるとき、前記駆動要素を前記駆動位置から前記解放位置に移動させる、請求項1に記載の溶接ガン。
- 請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の溶接ガンを使用するための方法であって、
a)前記保持装置上に前記溶接スタッドを保持するステップと、
b)前記接触面が前記基板に接触するまで、前記溶接スタッドを有する前記溶接ガンを前記基板上に配置するステップと、
c)前記保持装置が前記駆動要素に当接するまで、前記溶接ガンを前記基板に押し付けるステップと、
d)前記支持面が前記基板に当接するまで、前記溶接ガンを前記基材に更に押し付けるステップと、
e)前記スタッドリフト装置をロックするステップと、
f)前記駆動要素を前記解放位置に移動させるステップと、
g)前記保持装置を前記溶接方向に対して前記浸漬開始位置まで搬送するステップと、
h)前記保持装置を前記浸漬開始位置から前記溶接方向に搬送するステップと
を含む方法。
