Claims (19)
- 事故データを報告するためのシステムであって、
複数のセンサを含むモバイル装置と、
メモリと、
前記メモリに結合されたプロセッサであって、
前記複数のセンサを、運転データを収集するよう動作させる動作と、
車両内の区間走行中のユーザの前記モバイル装置内の前記複数のセンサのうちの少なくとも1つから複数の時間間隔にわたって収集された前記運転データを受信する動作と、
前記運転データを前記区間走行に割り当てる動作と、
前記区間走行が事故と関連付けられていることを指示する入力であって、前記事故と関連付けられた追加データを含む入力を受信する動作と、
前記事故と関連付けられた前記区間走行に割り当てられた前記運転データを送信する動作と、
前記事故と関連付けられた前記追加データを送信する動作と
を含む動作を行うように構成される、プロセッサと
を含む、システム。 - 前記複数のセンサが、加速度計、気圧計、ジャイロスコープ、コンパス、磁力計、または全地球航法衛星システム受信機のうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記運転データが、全地球航法衛星システム座標データ、衝突事故検出データ、回転データ、ブレーキデータ、加速度データ、または不注意運転者データのうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記運転データが、前記運転データと相関する前記区間走行のタイムスタンプを含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記追加データが、損害情報、気象情報、盗難情報、衝突情報、損傷情報、道路種別情報、道路状況情報、または交通情報のうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記プロセッサが、
前記モバイル装置のディスプレイを、前記ユーザに前記事故に関連した情報を提供するよう求める命令を表示するよう動作させる動作と、
前記命令に応答してユーザデータを受信する動作と、
前記命令に応答して受信した前記ユーザデータを送信する動作と
を含む動作を行うようにさらに構成される、請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 事故データを報告するための方法であって、
モバイル装置内の複数のセンサを動作させることによって運転データを記録するステップと、
前記モバイル装置内の前記複数のセンサのうちの少なくとも1つによって記録された前記運転データであって、区間走行と関連付けられている前記運転データを受信するステップと、
前記区間走行と関連付けられた追加データを受信するステップと、
前記区間走行と関連付けられた前記運転データのサブセットが前記区間走行と関連付けられた前記追加データに対応していると判断するステップと、
前記運転データの前記サブセットまたは前記追加データの少なくとも一方を使用して運転イベントを決定するステップと、
前記運転イベント、前記追加データ、および前記区間走行と関連付けられた前記追加データに対応している前記区間走行と関連付けられた前記運転データの前記サブセットを表示するステップと
を含む、方法。 - 前記複数のセンサが、加速度計、気圧計、ジャイロスコープ、コンパス、磁力計、または全地球航法衛星システム受信機のうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記運転データが、全地球航法衛星システム座標データ、衝突事故検出データ、回転データ、ブレーキデータ、加速度データ、または不注意運転者データのうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記運転データが、前記運転データと相関する前記区間走行のタイムスタンプを含む、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記追加データが、損害情報、気象情報、盗難情報、衝突情報、損傷情報、または保険金請求のうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記運転イベントが、衝突事故、急ブレーキ、不注意イベント、またはユーザの動きのうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 事故報告を生成するための方法であって、
モバイル装置を、前記モバイル装置内のセンサから運転データを取得するよう動作させるステップと、
前記モバイル装置内のプロセッサが、前記センサから取得された前記運転データを解析するステップと、
前記解析に基づき、事故が発生したことを検出するステップと、
前記事故検出に基づき、前記モバイル装置内の前記プロセッサが、事故報告を自動的に生成し、前記事故報告を送信するステップと、
前記事故に巻き込まれた運転者によって提出された事故報告を受信するステップと、
前記運転者によって提出された前記事故報告内の情報に基づいて、前記自動的に生成された事故報告内の前記運転データを再解析するステップと
を含む、方法。 - 前記運転データが、前記運転データと相関するタイムスタンプを含む、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記事故検出に信頼水準を割り当てるステップをさらに含む、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記運転データの前記再解析に基づいて衝突事故予測の前記信頼水準を修正するステップをさらに含む、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記自動的に生成された事故報告が、前記運転データの前記解析に基づく前記事故を取り巻くイベントのテキスト記述を含む、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記事故報告が、グラフィカル・ユーザ・インターフェース(GUI)上に表示された前記事故の場所を示す地図データを含む、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記GUI上に表示された前記地図データに運転データを重ね合わせるステップをさらに含む、請求項18に記載の方法。
