Abstract
Description
精製水(軟化水)又は蒸留水、及び化学的に純粋な塩で生成される塩化ナトリウム初期溶液が容器9に充填されている。カソード液から水素を分離する目的のために、蒸留水が、水素排出のためのノズルを介して分離機18の受け容器に充填されている。これは、一回限りの手順であり、デバイスを最初に運転するときのみ必要とされる。以下が接続されている:メカニカルフィルター21への入り口における給水ノズルが清浄水(飲料用)水圧管路へ。デバイスは、常閉電磁弁23に電圧を印加することによってスイッチされる。デバイスを通る水流の量は、「デフォルト設定に従う」圧力安定化調整器23によって調整され、設定値が設定される。流量制御装置24を通って流れる水流は、流量制御装置24をトリガーし、ポンプ16、20又は7及び電気化学リアクター1の電流供給ユニット(図1及び2には図示せず)のスイッチをオンにする。アノード室5を食塩水で満たした後、アノード室内の圧力は、「最高でデフォルト設定まで」の安定化ガス圧力調整器10によって調整され、圧力計11によって、設定値が設定され、制御される。カソード回路内の循環中、蒸留水は、ナトリウムイオンリッチとなり、ナトリウムイオンは、リアクター1内の多孔質セラミックス隔膜4を介して、アノード室を満たす食塩水から選択される。リアクター1のアノード室5に到達する食塩水の体積流量は、アノード室の出口でガスのみが得られるように選択され、これはとりわけ少量の二酸化塩素、酸素及びオゾンを有する塩素によって代表される。このガスは、水で飽和しており、その微小水滴は、過酸化水素及び付加的な準安定ヒドロペルオキシド化合物を含む。
Claims (2)
- アルカリ金属塩化物溶液から電解生成物を得るためのデバイスであって、
前記デバイスは、電気化学リアクターを備え、
前記電気化学リアクターは、1又は複数のモジュール式電気化学要素(セル)で表され、
前記モジュール式電気化学要素(セル)は、水圧的に並列に接続され、
前記リアクターのアノード室及びカソード室は、管状の多孔質セラミックス分離壁によって分離されており、
前記多孔質セラミックス分離壁は、前記電気化学要素(セル)の電極の間に同軸に配置され、
前記アノード室への入り口は、加圧下で食塩水を供給するためのデバイスに接続され、
前記アノード室の出口は、前記アノード室内の特定の加圧を安定化するためのデバイスに接続され、
前記アノード室は、アノード電気化学反応のガス状生成物と清浄水流とのための混合デバイスに接続されており、
前記電気化学リアクターの前記カソード室は、カソード液回路の構成要素であり、
前記カソード液回路は、水素をカソード液から分離するための容量性(体積)分離機、分離機の受け容器から過剰なカソード液を排水するための機構、及び、循環するカソード液を冷却するための熱交換器をも備え、
前記アルカリ金属塩化物溶液から電解生成物を得るためのデバイスは、そのpHの値を調整する目的でカソード液を酸化体溶液に加えるための供給装置を備えるデバイスであり、
前記カソード回路は、ポンプ液の戻り流のためのオーバーフローデバイスを有する循環ポンプを備え、
前記循環ポンプは、熱交換器と、カソード室と、水素をカソード液から分離するための容量性(体積)分離機とを介するカソード液の強制的な循環を継続的に確保し、
それによって、ポンプ入り口に接続されている分離機の受け容器は、電気化学リアクターよりも低く、
そのため、前記回路からの過剰なカソード液の排出のためのノズル(サイドチューブ)の位置によって決定される分離機の受け容器内のカソード液のレベルが、前記電気化学リアクターの前記カソード室内の入り口ノズル(又は複数の入り口ノズル)の下にあり、
カソード液からの水素の分離のための容量性(体積)分離機からの水素の排出において、冷却されている湿分分離機が設置され、
前記湿分分離機の凝縮物収集容器は、供給ポンプを介して、清浄水流とガス状酸化体混合物との混合デバイスへの清浄水の供給に接続されていることを特徴とする、

前記電気化学リアクター内の前記アノードは、冷却機構を備えるように設計され、水素からの前記湿分分離機の前記熱交換器の後、前記回路内のカソード液の前記熱交換器前に、デバイスの要素のオープン冷却回路内に配置され、前記冷却回路からの水の出口は、酸化体と清浄水流とのための前記混合デバイスへの入り口に向けられた、デバイス。
