Claims (20)
- 医用室のための照明システムであって、

前記医用室内の視野内の画像データを捕捉するように構成された撮像装置と、
前記光アセンブリ及び前記撮像装置と通信しているコントローラと、
を備え、
前記コントローラは、
前記画像データ内のマーカーの場所を検出し、
前記光アセンブリを制御して、前記マーカーの前記場所に基づいて、前記領域内に前記光放射を向ける、
ように構成されている
ことを特徴とする照明システム。 - 位置決め機構
を更に備え、
前記位置決め機構は、前記光放射の方向を制御するように構成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の照明システム。 - 前記コントローラは、前記位置決め機構と通信し、前記マーカーの前記場所への前記光放射の方向を制御するように構成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の照明システム。 - 前記位置決め機構は、前記領域内に前記光放射を向けるように構成された多軸アクチュエータを有する
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の照明システム。 - 前記視野は、前記マーカーの前記場所が前記光放射によって照明される前記外科手術室の前記領域の部分を識別するように、前記外科手術室内に向けられている
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の照明システム。 - 前記光アセンブリは、前記視野の上方の前記医用室の天井に取り付けられるように構成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の照明システム。 - 前記光アセンブリは、前記医用室の前記領域内に配置された手術テーブルの一部に前記光放射を向けるように構成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の照明システム。 - 著しい不可視波長の光の検出放射を放射するように構成されているエミッタ
を更に備えたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の照明システム。 - 前記検出放射は、赤外線または近赤外線領域の光を含む
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の照明システム。 - 前記マーカーが、前記検出放射を反射するよう構成された反射面を有する
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至9のいずれか一項に記載の照明システム。 - 前記撮像装置は、前記マーカーから反射される前記検出放射の波長を捕捉して、前記マーカーを示す前記画像データを捕捉するように構成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至10のいずれか一項に記載の照明システム。 - 前記マーカーは、手持ち式機器上に配置されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至11のいずれか一項に記載の照明システム。 - 医用室内の照明システムを制御するための方法であって、
前記医用室の手術領域内のマーカーを位置付けることによって光放射の場所を識別する工程と、
前記光放射を前記場所に向ける工程と、
前記マーカーの移動に応答して前記マーカーの前記場所を追跡する工程と、
前記マーカーの前記移動に追従するように前記光放射を向けて、前記場所の照明を維持する工程と、
を備えたことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記場所は、前記マーカーの無線識別を検出することによって前記マーカーの前記場所を三角測量することによって識別される
ことを特徴とする請求項13に記載の方法。 - 前記手術領域に向けられた視野内の画像データを捕捉する工程
を更に備えたことを特徴とする請求項13に記載の方法。 - 前記画像データ内で前記マーカーの前記場所を識別する工程
を更に備えたことを特徴とする請求項15に記載の方法。 - 前記視野内への検出放射を放射する工程
を更に備え、
前記検出放射は、著しい不可視波長の光を含む
ことを特徴とする請求項15または16に記載の方法。 - 前記検出放射は、赤外線または近赤外線領域の光を含む
ことを特徴とする請求項17に記載の方法。 - 前記マーカーから前記検出放射を反射する工程と、
前記画像データ内で前記検出放射の前記反射を識別する工程と、
前記反射に基づいて前記マーカーの場所を決定する工程と、
を更に備えたことを特徴とする請求項15に記載の照明システム。 - 医用室のための照明システムであって、
外科手術室の領域内で選択的に光放射を向けるように構成された、少なくとも一つの照明源を有する光アセンブリと、
前記医用室内の視野内の画像データを捕捉するように構成された撮像装置と、
前記視野内に検出放射を放射するように構成されたエミッタと、
前記光アセンブリ及び前記撮像装置と通信しているコントローラと、
を備え、
前記コントローラは、
前記検出放射を起動して前記視野に放射し、
前記画像データ内で前記検出放射の反射を識別し、
前記反射に基づいて前記画像データ内のマーカーの場所を決定し、
前記光アセンブリを制御して、前記マーカーの前記場所に基づいて、前記領域内に前記光放射を向ける、
ように構成されている
ことを特徴とする医用室のための照明システム。
