Claims (23)
- 綿から形成された液体移送要素と、
前記液体移送要素の一部分の周囲にある抵抗線からなるコイルを含む加熱要素と
を備える、蒸気供給システムに使用するための気化器アセンブリであって、
前記加熱要素が1.3〜1.5オームの間の電気抵抗を有する、気化器アセンブリ。 - 前記加熱要素が、1.32オーム超、1.34オーム超、1.36オーム超、及び1.38オーム超からなる群から選択された電気抵抗を有する、請求項1に記載の気化器アセンブリ。
- 前記加熱要素が、1.5オーム未満、1.48オーム未満、1.46オーム未満、1.44オーム未満、1.42オーム未満からなる群から選択された電気抵抗を有する、請求項1又は2に記載の気化器アセンブリ。
- 前記コイルが、2.0mm超、2.1mm超、2.2mm超、2.3mm超、及び2.4mm超からなる群から選択された外径を有し、及び/又は前記コイルが、3.0mm未満、2.9mm未満、2.8mm未満、2.7mm未満、及び2.6mm未満からなる群から選択された外径を有する、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の気化器アセンブリ。
- 前記加熱要素が前記液体移送要素に沿って、3mm超、3.5mm超、4mm超、及び4.5mm超からなる群から選択された距離だけ延びており、及び/又は、前記加熱要素が前記液体移送要素に沿って、8mm未満、7.5mm未満、7mm未満、6.5mm未満、6mm未満、及び5.5mm未満からなる群から選択された距離だけ延びている、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の気化器アセンブリ。
- 前記液体移送要素が、10mm超、12mm超、14mm超、16mm超、及び18mm超からなる群から選択された長さを有し、及び/又は前記液体移送要素が、30mm未満、28mm未満、26mm未満、24mm未満、及び22mm未満からなる群から選択された長さを有する、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の気化器アセンブリ。
- 前記コイルを構成する前記抵抗線が、0.15mm超、0.16mm超、0.17mm超、0.18mm超からなる群から選択された直径を有し、及び/又は前記コイルを構成する前記抵抗線が、0.23mm未満、0.22mm未満、0.21mm未満、0.19mm未満からなる群から選択された直径を有する、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の気化器アセンブリ。
- 前記コイルが前記液体移送要素の周囲に6〜12回の間の完全ターンを含む、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の気化器アセンブリ。
- 前記コイルが、0.45mm超、0.45mm超、0.5mm超、及び0.55mm超からなる群から選択されたピッチを有し、及び/又は前記コイルが、0.85mm未満、0.8mm未満、0.75mm未満、0.7mm未満、及び0.65mm未満からなる群から選択されたピッチを有する、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の気化器アセンブリ。
- 前記コイルに電気的に接続された第1の接続リード線及び第2の接続リード線をさらに備える、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の気化器アセンブリ。
- 前記液体移送要素が綿糸を含む、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の気化器アセンブリ。
- 前記液体移送要素が、撚り合わされた2本以上の綿糸を含む、請求項11に記載の気化器アセンブリ。
- 前記液体移送要素が、2.7mm超、2.8mm超、2.9mm超、3.0mm超、3.1mm超、3.2mm超、3.3mm超、及び3.4mm超からなる群の中から選択された非圧縮直径を有する、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の気化器アセンブリ。
- 前記液体移送要素が、4.5mm未満、4.4mm未満、4.3mm未満、4.2mm未満、4.1mm未満、4.0mm未満、3.9mm未満、3.8mm未満、3.7mm未満、及び3.6mm未満からなる群の中から選択された非圧縮直径を有する、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の気化器アセンブリ。
- 前記液体移送要素を構成する綿が、15mm超、20mm超、25mm超、及び30mm超からなる群から選択された平均長を有する繊維を含む、請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載の気化器アセンブリ。
- 前記液体移送要素が、0.5g/m超、0.6g/m超、0.7g/m超、0.8g/m超、0.9g/m超、1.0g/m超、1.1g/m超、1.2g/m超、及び1.3g/m超からなる群の中から選択された線質量を有する、請求項1〜15のいずれか一項に記載の気化器アセンブリ。
- 前記液体移送要素が、2.5g/m未満、2.4g/m未満、2.3g/m未満、2.2g/m未満、2.1g/m未満、2.0g/m未満、1.9g/m未満、1.8g/m未満、1.7g/m未満、1.6g/m未満、及び1.5g/m未満からなる群の中から選択された線質量を有する、請求項1〜16のいずれか一項に記載の気化器アセンブリ。
- 前記コイル内の前記液体移送要素の前記一部分が前記コイルによって圧縮されるので、その断面積が非圧縮液体移送要素と比較して25%超だけ低減される、請求項1〜17のいずれか一項に記載の気化器アセンブリ。
- 請求項1〜18のいずれか一項に記載の気化器アセンブリと、原料液体のリザーバとを備える装置であって、前記液体移送要素が、原料液体を前記リザーバから、使用者が吸入する蒸気を生成するための加熱用の前記加熱要素まで引き込むように配置されている、装置。
- 当該装置が、蒸気供給システムに使用するためのカートリッジである、請求項19に記載の装置。
- 当該装置が、蒸気供給システムであり、コントローラ及びバッテリーをさらに備え、前記コントローラが、前記バッテリーから前記気化器アセンブリへの電力の供給を選択的に制御するように構成されている、請求項19に記載の装置。
- 綿から形成された液体移送手段と、
前記液体移送手段の一部分の周囲にある抵抗線からなるコイルを含む加熱要素と
を備える、蒸気供給手段に使用するための気化器アセンブリ手段であって、
前記加熱要素が1.3〜1.5オームの間の電気抵抗を有する、気化器アセンブリ手段。 - 液体移送要素を供給するステップと、
前記液体移送要素の一部分の周囲にある抵抗線からなるコイルを含む加熱要素を形成するステップと
を含む、蒸気供給システムに使用するための気化器アセンブリを製造する方法であって、
前記加熱要素が1.3〜1.5オームの間の電気抵抗を有する、気化器アセンブリを製造する方法。
