Description
・自動車−新製品を迅速且つ予測可能に市場に供給する能力による、車両開発コスト全体の大幅な削減。
・航空宇宙−機械的機能と組立性の排除と内部機能(例えば、冷却など)の生成の有効化とが統合された極めて複雑な高性能部品の実現。
・医療−カスタマイズされた固形の医療機器、インプラント、及び人工装具への3D医用画像データの変換。
(i)粉末床の層を準備するステップと、
(ii)機能性バインダを前記層の選択部分上に噴射するステップであって、前記機能性バインダが、粉末床中の細孔に浸透して、粉末床の粒子をその場で局所的に融着させる、噴射するステップと、
(iii)印刷された機能性バインダによって選択箇所に結合された粉末床を準備するために、粉末層を最上部に塗布して機能性バインダを選択的に噴射する前記ステップを連続して複数回繰り返すステップと、
(iv)結果として得られた結合された3D構造を粉末床から取り出すステップと
を含む3D印刷方法を提供する。
Claims (17)
- 粉末床の層を準備するステップと、
機能性バインダを前記層の選択部分上に噴射するステップであって、前記バインダが、前記粉末床中の細孔に浸透して、前記粉末床の粒子をその場で局所的に融着させる、前記噴射するステップと、
印刷された機能性バインダによって選択箇所に結合された粉末床を準備するために、粉末層を最上部に塗布して機能性バインダを選択的に噴射する前記ステップを連続して複数回繰り返すステップと、
結果として得られた結合された3D構造を前記粉末床から取り出すステップと
を含む3D印刷方法。 - 前記3D構造を更に融着させるための層間又は造形後のいずれかの後続の熱処理ステップを更に含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記機能性バインダが金属バインダを含む、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記金属バインダが有機金属材料を含む、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記有機金属材料が、例えばシクロペンタジエニル及び/又はイソシアニド配位子を含む、銅金属前駆体である、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記有機金属材料が、ニッケル金属前駆体、例えばニッケルアセチルアセトナートである、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記有機金属材料が、チタン金属前駆体、例えばチタンアミドである、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記機能性バインダがセラミックバインダを含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記バインダが、1〜100nmの範囲の径を有する金属ナノ粒子又はセラミックナノ粒子を更に含む、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記バインダが、0.1〜10ミクロンの範囲の径を有する金属微粒子又はセラミック微粒子を更に含む、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記粉末床の粉末が、金属粒子又はセラミック粒子を含む、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記機能性バインダが、50〜350℃の範囲の温度にある前記粉末床上に噴射される、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 請求項9又は10に記載の機能性バインダ組成物。
- 請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の方法によって得られる3D印刷製品。
- バインダ噴射され融着された金属及び/又はセラミックを浸透させた、融着された金属粒子及び/又はセラミック粒子を含む3D印刷製品。
- 車両の部品又は構成部品、或いは医療機器、インプラント若しくは人工装具の部品又は構成部品である、請求項13〜15のいずれか一項に記載の製品。
- 請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の方法を実行するための装置。
