Claims (20)
- マグネットワイヤに絶縁を形成するシステムであって、
1つ以上の回転スクリューを備え、熱硬化性ポリマー材料を受け取り、前記熱硬化性ポリマー材料を処理して、その圧力及び温度を上昇させる、押出機と、
前記押出機と流体連通し、前記熱硬化性ポリマー材料を絶縁としてマグネットワイヤに押し出すように構成された、押出クロスヘッドアセンブリと、
押し出された絶縁材料を硬化するように構成された、硬化装置と、
を含む、システム。 - 前記熱硬化性ポリマー材料は、粉末として前記押出機に提供される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記熱硬化性ポリマー材料は、30重量パーセント未満の溶剤を含有する溶液で、前記押出機に供給される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記熱硬化性ポリマー材料は、ペースト、スラリー、又は半固体材料として押し出される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記押出機は、二軸スクリュー押出機を含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記熱硬化性ポリマー材料を前記押出機に供給するように構成された、1つ以上のフィーダアセンブリを更に含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記熱硬化性ポリマー材料の複数の原材料を前記押出機に供給するように構成された、1つ以上のフィーダアセンブリを更に含み、
前記押出機は、前記複数の原材料を処理して、前記押出機内の前記熱硬化性ポリマー材料の重合を促進するように更に構成された、請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 前記押出機内の前記熱硬化性ポリマー材料から不要な材料を除去するように構成された、真空脱揮装置を更に含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記熱硬化性ポリマー材料が前記押出クロスヘッドアセンブリに提供される前に、前記熱硬化性ポリマー材料をフィルタリングするように構成されたフィルタリング装置を更に含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記硬化装置は、オーブンを含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記熱硬化性ポリマー材料は、(i)ポリイミド、(ii)ポリアミド、又は(iii)のポリアミドイミドのうちの1つを含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 巻線に絶縁を形成するための方法であって、
1つ以上の回転スクリューを含む押出機に熱硬化性ポリマー材料を提供するステップと、
前記押出機内で前記熱硬化性ポリマー材料を処理して、その温度及び圧力を増加させるステップと、
前記熱硬化性ポリマー材料を絶縁としてマグネットワイヤに押し出すステップと、
押し出された絶縁材料を硬化するステップと、
を含む、方法。 - 前記熱硬化性ポリマー材料を提供するステップは、熱硬化性ポリマー材料を粉末として提供するステップを含む、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記熱硬化性ポリマー材料を提供するステップは、30重量パーセント未満の溶剤を含有する溶液で熱硬化性ポリマー材料を提供するステップを含む、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記熱硬化性ポリマー材料を提供するステップは、
前記熱硬化性ポリマー材料の複数の原材料を前記押出機に供給するステップと、
前記押出機内で前記複数の原材料を処理して、前記熱硬化性ポリマー材料の重合を促進するステップと、
を含む、請求項12に記載の方法。 - 前記熱硬化性ポリマー材料を提供するステップは、(i)ポリイミド、(ii)ポリアミド、又は(iii)のポリアミドイミドのうちの1つを提供するステップを含む、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記熱硬化性ポリマー材料を押し出すステップは、ペースト、スラリー、又は半固体として、前記熱硬化性ポリマー材料を押し出すステップを含む、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 真空脱揮を介して前記押出機から1つ以上の不要な物質を除去するステップを更に含む、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記押出機に1つ以上のフィラー材料を追加して、押出前に前記熱硬化性ポリマー材料と混合するステップを更に含む、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記押し出された絶縁材料を硬化するステップは、オーブンで前記押し出された絶縁材料を硬化するステップを含む、請求項12に記載の方法。
