- 前記フラップ様出入口を、人工血管(10、18、20)の内腔に対して内向きおよび/または外向きに延在する少なくとも1つの側枝用に形成することができることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の管腔内人工血管(10、18、20)。
- 血管疾患を治療するために、患者の血管に移植するための、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の管腔内人工血管(10、18、20)の使用。
- 管腔内人工血管(10、18、20)を患者の血管に挿入するための方法であって、
請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の第1の管腔内人工血管(10、18、20)を患者の血管に挿入し解放する工程と、
第1の管腔内人工血管(10、18、20)の中空円筒状本体の少なくとも1つの開窓部切り込み(16)によって形成されるフラップ様出入口を介して、少なくとも1つの第2の人工血管(19)を挿入し、前記血管から分岐する側枝血管内に管腔内人工血管(10、18、20)の少なくとも1つの側枝を形成させる工程と、
を含む方法。 - 管腔内人工血管(10、18、20)を拡大するための方法であって、
請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の管腔内人工血管(10、18、20)を準備する工程と、
管腔内人工血管(10、18、20)の中空円筒状本体の少なくとも1つの開窓部切り込み(16)によって形成されるフラップ様出入口を通じて、第2の人工血管(19)を誘導し、側枝人工血管を形成する工程と、
を含む方法。 - 請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の管腔内人工血管(10、18、20)を製造する方法であって、プロテーゼ材料(13)の開窓部切り込み(16)が、プロテーゼ材料(13)の熱処理により形成されることを特徴とする方法。
- 開窓部切り込み(16)が、レーザー機器またはレーザー装置を用いて形成されることを特徴とする、請求項15に記載の管腔内人工血管(10、18、20)を製造する方法。
