Claims (12)
- 長さ方向に沿って往復移動するシャフト(5)を含む消音キー部品であって、
一端が回路基板(2)上に固定され、他端が前記回路基板(2)から離れる方向に向かって延伸して自由端(62)を形成する第1弾力片(6)をさらに含み、
前記シャフト(5)の移動方向に垂直な平面上で前記自由端(62)の投影と前記シャフト(5)の投影とが互いに交わり、
前記第1弾力片(6)、消音接点および前記回路基板(2)が回路を構成するように、前記シャフト(5)がその長さ方向に沿って前記自由端(62)を前記回路基板(2)の前記消音接点に押圧する、
消音キー部品。 - 前記第1弾力片(6)との間に隙間を有する第2弾力片(7)をさらに含み、
前記第2弾力片(7)の一端が前記消音接点に固定され、
前記シャフト(5)の移動方向に垂直な平面上で前記第2弾力片(7)の投影と前記自由端(62)の投影とが互いに交わり、
前記第1弾力片(6)、前記第2弾力片(7)、前記消音接点および前記回路基板(2)が回路を構成するように、前記シャフト(5)がその長さ方向に沿って前記自由端(62)を前記第2弾力片(7)に押圧する、
請求項1に記載の消音キー部品。 - 前記第1弾力片(6)と前記第2弾力片(7)の間に固定片(8)を設け、
前記第2弾力片(7)における前記回路基板(2)から離れた端部に貼付け端(71)を設け、
前記貼付け端(71)と前記自由端(62)は前記固定片(8)の同じ側に位置し、前記貼付け端(71)は前記固定片(8)に貼り付けられ、
前記シャフト(5)の移動方向に垂直な平面上で前記貼付け端(71)の投影と前記自由端(62)の投影とが互いに交わる、
請求項2に記載の消音キー部品。 - 内壁に横板(34)が固定された筒状に設置されるベース(3)をさらに含み、
前記横板(34)は前記シャフト(5)の長さ方向において前記ベース(3)を上空胴と下空胴とに分け、
前記ベース(3)の前記下空胴側の端部は前記固定片(8)と取り外し可能な接続に構成し、
前記自由端(62)および前記貼付け端(71)はいずれも前記下空胴内に位置し、
前記横板(34)には防水部材が設けられた防水穴(33)が開設され、
前記シャフト(5)が前記防水穴(33)内を前記横板(34)の厚さ方向に沿って往復移動するように、前記シャフト(5)が前記防水穴(33)を貫通する、
請求項2に記載の消音キー部品。 - 前記シャフト(5)はその長さ方向に沿って頂部(51)、中部(52)、底部(53)を順に含み、
前記中部(52)の横断面積は防水穴(33)の面積より大きく、
前記シャフト(5)の底部(53)は前記防水穴(33)を貫通する、
請求項4に記載の消音キー部品。 - 前記上空胴側は前記ベース(3)の端部に取り外し可能な方法で固定フレーム(4)が実装され、
前記固定フレーム(4)上には前記頂部(51)に適合する位置限定穴(44)が開設され、
前記頂部(51)が前記位置限定穴(44)内を前記横板(34)の厚さ方向に沿って往復移動するように、前記頂部(51)を前記位置限定穴(44)に挿入してあり、
前記中部(52)の横断面積は前記位置限定穴(44)の面積より大きい、
請求項4に記載の消音キー部品。 - 前記固定フレーム(4)は前記位置限定穴(44)を開設した底板(41)を含み、
前記底板(41)の少なくとも3つの側辺は同一側に向かって側板(43)が延伸されており、
前記側板(43)と前記ベース(3)の側壁に取り外し可能な接続に構成するように、各前記側板(43)のいずれにも固定部材を設けている、
請求項6に記載の消音キー部品。 - 前記固定フレーム(4)における前記ベース(3)から離れた表面に防水リング(45)が実装された、
請求項7に記載の消音キー部品。 - 前記防水部材は弾性材料からなり、環状に設置される防水パッキンまたは前記防水穴(33)を埋める防水層である、
請求項7に記載の消音キー部品。 - 前記中部(52)と前記横板(34)の間の空間に弾性材料からなる第1緩衝材が充填されている、
請求項5に記載の消音キー部品。 - 前記中部(52)と前記底板(41)の間の空間に弾性材料からなる第2緩衝材が充填されている、
請求項7に記載の消音キー部品。 - 取り外し可能な接続に構成するケース(1)と、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の少なくとも一つの消音キー部品とを含み、
前記ケース(1)には前記消音キー部品に対応する複数の軸孔が開設され、
前記シャフト(5)における前記ベース(3)から離れた伸出端が前記軸孔から伸出し、取り外し可能な方法でキーキャップ(9)が前記伸出端に接続されている、
キーボード。
