Description
SCA社の3Kポンプ及び投与機器。
「Pol L」と表された第1のポリオール成分の以下の内容物は、表1に以下に記載されるように、空気防湿容器内で組み合わされブレンドされ保存される。又、内容物の量が表4に示される。
「IsoC」と表されたイソシアネート成分の以下の内容物は、表3に以下に記載されるように、空気防湿容器内で組み合わされブレンドされ保存される。
反応性はレオロジーによって測定された。1時間及び2時間のラップ剪断強度は、接着寸法が15×25×1.5mmの電着されたスチール基材で測定される。実験室での剪断熱硬化実験は、180秒間の加熱サイクルと、接着寸法45×15×1.5mmのDow CFK基材で実行される。成分は、実験室にてカートリッジから並びに3K塗布装置で塗布された。従って、実施例1は、(1)カートリッジで塗布されたときの性能データに対して真空下20分間遊星ミキサーにて(本発明の範囲外)、及び(2)1.24秒間自動的に塗布された材料に対して3K塗布装置の動的ミキサーにて、列挙された混合比で比較例1及び2を混合することによって調製された。3K塗布装置は、1000rpmのミキサーの回転で10ml/秒の流速で作動された。結果を表4に示す。第1及び第2のポリオール成分(それぞれPol L及びPol S)は、様々な比で使用された。
Claims (20)
- (a)第1のポリオール成分であって、(i)400〜2000のヒドロキシル当量及び2〜4の名目ヒドロキシル官能価を有する1つ以上のポリオールと、(ii)1つ以上の脂肪族ジオール鎖延長剤と、(iii)前記第1のポリオール成分の総重量に基づく0.01〜1重量パーセントの1つ以上の潜在性室温有機金属触媒と、(iv)前記第1のポリオール成分の総重量に基づく0.01〜1重量パーセントの1つ以上の1つ以上のブロック化環状アミジン化合物触媒又は1つ以上のフェノールブロック化環状アミジン化合物触媒とを含む第1のポリオール成分と、
(b)第2のポリオール成分であって、(i)400〜2000のヒドロキシル当量及び2〜4の名目ヒドロキシル官能価を有する1つ以上のポリオールと、(ii)1つ以上の脂肪族ジオール鎖延長剤と、(iii)前記第2のポリオール成分の総重量に基づく0.01〜1重量パーセントの1つ以上の潜在性室温有機金属触媒と、(iv)前記第2のポリオール成分の総重量に基づく0.01〜1重量パーセントの1つ以上のブロック化環状アミジン化合物触媒又は1つ以上のフェノールブロック化環状アミジン化合物触媒とを含む第2のポリオール成分と、
(c)(i)1つ以上のイソシアネート化合物を含むイソシアネート成分であって、前記イソシアネート成分と前記第1及び第2のポリオール成分は、0.5〜2のイソシアネート指数で接触されるイソシアネート成分と、
を含む3成分ポリウレタン接着剤組成物。 - 前記第1のポリオール成分及び前記第2のポリオール成分の400〜2000のヒドロキシル当量及び2〜4の名目ヒドロキシル官能価を有する前記1つ以上のポリオールは、同じ又は異なり、1つ以上のポリエーテルポリオールである、請求項1に記載の3成分ポリウレタン接着剤組成物。
- 前記第1のポリオール成分及び前記第2のポリオール成分の前記1つ以上の脂肪族ジオール鎖延長剤は、同じ又は異なり、それぞれは、200以下のヒドロキシル当量及び分子当たり2つの脂肪族ヒドロキシル基を有する、請求項1に記載の3成分ポリウレタン接着剤組成物。
- 前記イソシアネート成分は、脂肪族及び芳香族イソシアネートの両方を含む、請求項1に記載の3成分ポリウレタン接着剤組成物。
- 前記第1のポリオール成分及び前記第2のポリオール成分の前記1つ以上の潜在性室温有機金属触媒は、同じ又は異なり、スズ、亜鉛又はビスマスを含む、請求項1に記載の3成分ポリウレタン接着剤組成物。
- 前記第1のポリオール成分及び前記第2のポリオール成分の前記1つ以上の潜在性室温有機金属触媒は、同じ又は異なり、亜鉛アルカノエート、ビスマスアルカノエート、ジアルキルスズアルカノエート、ジアルキルスズメルカプチド、ジアルキルスズビス(アルキルメルカプトアセテート)、ジアルキルスズチオグリコレート又はこれらの混合物である、請求項5に記載の3成分ポリウレタン接着剤組成物。
- 前記1つ以上のブロック化環状アミジン化合物触媒又は前記1つ以上のフェノールブロック化環状アミジン化合物触媒は、1,8−ジアザビシクロ[5.4.0]ウンデカ−7−エン又は1,5−ジアザビシクロ[4.3.0]ノン−5−エンを含む、請求項1に記載の3成分ポリウレタン接着剤組成物。
- 前記第1のポリオール成分(a)は、前記第1のポリオール成分の総重量に基づいて0.02〜0.3重量パーセントの前記1つ以上の潜在性室温有機金属触媒(iii)と、前記第1のポリオール成分の総重量に基づいて0.03〜0.5重量パーセントの前記1つ以上のブロック化環状アミジン化合物触媒又は前記1つ以上のフェノールブロック化環状アミジン化合物触媒(iv)とを含み、
前記第2のポリオール成分(b)は、前記第2のポリオール成分の総重量に基づいて0.02〜0.3重量パーセントの前記1つ以上の潜在性室温有機金属触媒(iii)と、前記第2のポリオール成分の総重量に基づいて0.03〜0.5重量パーセントの前記1つ以上のブロック化環状アミジン化合物触媒又は前記1つ以上のフェノールブロック化環状アミジン化合物触媒(iv)とを含む、請求項1に記載の3成分ポリウレタン接着剤組成物。 - 0.1:49.9:50〜49.9:0.1:50の前記第1のポリオール成分と前記第2のポリオール成分と前記イソシアネート成分の体積比を含む、請求項1に記載の3成分ポリウレタン接着剤組成物。
- 前記第1のポリオール成分、前記第2のポリオール成分及び前記イソシアネート成分を接触させた後、3分以上の開放時間を有する、請求項1に記載の3成分ポリウレタン接着剤組成物。
- 前記第1のポリオール成分、前記第2のポリオール成分及び前記イソシアネート成分を接触させた後、6分以上の開放時間を有する、請求項10に記載の3成分ポリウレタン接着剤組成物。
- 前記第1のポリオール成分、前記第2のポリオール成分及び前記イソシアネート成分の少なくとも1つは、1つ以上の粒子状充填剤を更に含む、請求項1に記載の3成分ポリウレタン接着剤組成物。
- 3成分ポリウレタン接着剤組成物を調製するプロセスであって、
(a)第1のポリオール成分を含む第1の流れを1列の混合ユニットに計量供給する工程であって、前記第1のポリオール成分は、(i)400〜2000のヒドロキシル当量及び2〜4の名目ヒドロキシル官能価を有する1つ以上のポリオールと、(ii)1つ以上の脂肪族ジオール鎖延長剤と、(iii)前記第1のポリオール成分の総重量に基づく0.01〜1重量パーセントの1つ以上の潜在性室温有機金属触媒と、(iv)前記第1のポリオール成分の総重量に基づく0.01〜1重量パーセントの1つ以上のブロック化環状アミジン化合物触媒又は1つ以上のフェノールブロック化環状アミジン化合物触媒とを含む工程と、
(b)第2のポリオール成分を含む第2の流れを前記1列の混合ユニットに計量供給する工程であって、前記第2のポリオール成分は、(i)400〜2000のヒドロキシル当量及び2〜4の名目ヒドロキシル官能価を有する1つ以上のポリオールと、(ii)1つ以上の脂肪族ジオール鎖延長剤と、(iii)前記第2のポリオール成分の総重量に基づく0.01〜1重量パーセントの1つ以上の潜在性室温有機金属触媒と、(iv)前記第2のポリオール成分の総重量に基づく0.01〜1重量パーセントの1つ以上のブロック化環状アミジン化合物触媒又は1つ以上のフェノールブロック化環状アミジン化合物触媒とを含む工程と、
(c)イソシアネート成分を含む第3の流れを前記1列の混合ユニットに計量供給する工程であって、前記イソシアネート成分は(i)1つ以上のイソシアネート化合物を含み、前記イソシアネート成分と前記第1及び第2のポリオール成分は、0.5〜2のイソシアネート指数で接触され、
前記第1のポリオール成分、前記第2のポリオール成分及び前記イソシアネート成分は、前記1列の混合ユニットで接触されて前記3成分ポリウレタン接着剤組成物を形成する工程と、
(d)前記3成分ポリウレタン接着剤組成物を分注する工程と、
を含むプロセス。 - 前記第1のポリオール成分、前記第2のポリオール成分及び前記イソシアネート成分は、前記1列の混合ユニットで0.1〜60秒間接触されて前記3成分ポリウレタン接着剤組成物を形成する、請求項13に記載のプロセス。
- 前記第1のポリオール成分及び前記第2のポリオール成分の前記1つ以上の潜在性室温有機金属触媒は、同じ又は異なり、亜鉛アルカノエート、ビスマスアルカノエート、ジアルキルスズアルカノエート、ジアルキルスズメルカプチド、ジアルキルスズビス(アルキルメルカプトアセテート)、ジアルキルスズチオグリコレート又はこれらの混合物であり、前記第1のポリオール成分及び前記第2のポリオール成分の前記1つ以上のブロック化環状アミジン化合物触媒又は前記1つ以上のフェノールブロック化環状アミジン化合物触媒は、同じ又は異なり、1,8−ジアザビシクロ[5.4.0]ウンデカ−7−エン又は1,5−ジアザビシクロ[4.3.0]ノン−5−エンである、請求項13に記載のプロセス。
- 前記3成分ポリウレタン接着剤組成物は、0.1:49.9:50〜49.9:0.1:50の前記第1のポリオール成分と前記第2のポリオール成分と前記イソシアネート成分の体積比を含む、請求項13に記載のプロセス。
- 前記3成分ポリウレタン接着剤組成物は、0.1:49.9:50〜49.9:0.1:50の前記第1のポリオール成分と前記第2のポリオール成分と前記イソシアネート成分の体積比を含み、前記3成分ポリウレタン接着剤組成物は、前記第1のポリオール成分、前記第2のポリオール成分及び前記イソシアネート成分を接触させた後、3分以上の開放時間を有する、請求項13に記載のプロセス。
- 前記3成分ポリウレタン接着剤組成物の前記第1のポリオール成分、前記第2のポリオール成分及び前記イソシアネート成分の少なくとも1つは、1つ以上の粒子状充填剤を更に含む、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 前記1列の混合ユニットは、静的混合ユニット又は動的混合ユニットの1つである、請求項13に記載のプロセス。
- (e)前記3成分ポリウレタン接着剤組成物を第1の基材の少なくとも一部に塗布する工程と、
(f)前記3成分ポリウレタン接着剤組成物が前記第1の基材と第2の基材の間に配置された状態で、前記第2の基材を前記第1の基材に接触させる工程と、
を更に含む、請求項13に記載のプロセス。
