Claims (7)
- 整合回路を介して非線形回路に接続されたアンテナを備える、高調波反射器回路であって、前記高調波反射器回路は、受信周波数(fRX)で信号を受信するように構成され、かつ、前記受信した信号を送信周波数(fTX)で再送信するように構成されており、前記送信周波数は、前記受信周波数の倍数であり、前記高調波反射器回路は、
前記受信周波数(fRX)が、第1の周波数から第2の周波数までの間隔内にあり、
前記第1の周波数が、少なくとも800MHzであり、
前記第2の周波数が、前記第1の周波数よりも少なくとも34MHz高く、
前記受信した信号が、最大利用可能出力電力(Pmax)の少なくとも70%の出力電力(Pout)で、前記送信周波数(fTX)で再送信される、
ことを特徴とする、高調波反射器回路。 - 前記第1の周波数は860.5MHzであり、前記第2の周波数は909.5MHzである、請求項1に記載の高調波反射器。
- 前記最大利用可能出力電力(Pmax)は、前記アンテナにおける到来放射電力の少なくとも0.1%である、請求項1又は2に記載の高調波反射器。
- 前記送信周波数は、2倍受信周波数である、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の高調波反射器。
- 金属フィルムを有する基板を備える、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の高調波反射器。
- 前記アンテナ及び前記整合回路の一部は、前記金属フィルム内に形成される、請求項4に記載の高調波反射器。
- 非線形素子としてダイオードを更に備える、請求項4又は5に記載の高調波反射器。
