Claims (13)
- 燃料消費量測定システム用の圧力制御装置(32)において、
燃料供給ライン(14)であって、前記燃料供給ライン(14)は消費部(16)と接続されており、前記燃料供給ライン(14)を通じて燃料が前記消費部(16)に供給され得る、燃料供給ライン(14)と、
燃料戻りライン(26)であって、前記燃料戻りライン(26)を通じて燃料が戻され得る、燃料戻りライン(26)と、
バイパスライン(34)であって、前記バイパスライン(34)を介して前記燃料供給ライン(14)は前記燃料戻りライン(26)と流体的に接続されており、前記バイパスライン(34)を通じて燃料が前記燃料供給ライン(14)から前記消費部(16)を迂回して前記燃料戻りライン(26)に導かれ得る、バイパスライン(34)と、
圧力調整器(36)であって、前記圧力調整器(36)によって前記バイパスライン(34)内の自由流れ断面積を調整し得る、圧力調整器(36)と、を備え、
前記燃料供給ライン(14)における前記バイパスライン(34)の前記燃料供給ライン(14)からの分岐点(50)の下流に圧力センサ(58)が配置されており、前記圧力センサ(58)は、制御ユニット(60)と電気的に接続されており、前記制御ユニット(60)によって、前記圧力センサ(58)の測定値に応じて前記圧力調整器(36)を制御可能であり、
前記燃料供給ライン(14)における前記圧力センサ(58)の上流且つ前記バイパスライン(34)の前記分岐点(50)の下流に制御されない減圧要素(48)が配置されていることを特徴とする、燃料消費量測定システム用の圧力制御装置。 - 前記減圧要素(48)は逆止弁であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の燃料消費量測定システム用の圧力制御装置。
- 前記減圧要素(48)は絞り又は開口であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の燃料消費量測定システム用の圧力制御装置。
- 前記圧力調整器(36)は、バネによって荷重をかけられた制御弁であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の燃料消費量測定システム用の圧力制御装置。
- 前記制御弁は、空気圧によって作動可能な弁であることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の燃料消費量測定システム用の圧力制御装置。
- 前記制御弁を作動させるための空気圧は、前記制御ユニット(60)によって制御され得る電動パイロット弁(62)によって制御され得ることを特徴とする、請求項4又は5に記載の燃料消費量測定システム用の圧力制御装置。
- 前記圧力調整器(36)は、前記制御ユニット(60)によって制御され得る電気的な制御弁であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の燃料消費量測定システム用の圧力制御装置。
- 前記減圧要素(48)は、バイパスライン(52)を介して迂回され得ることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の燃料消費量測定システム用の圧力制御装置。
- 前記バイパスライン(52)の前記燃料供給ライン(14)との分岐点(54)に、2方向弁(56)が配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の燃料消費量測定システム用の圧力制御装置。
- 前記圧力制御装置は、前記圧力センサ(58)の下流且つ前記消費部(16)の上流で、供給ポンプ(20)と流体的に接続可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の燃料消費量測定システム用の圧力制御装置。
- 前記バイパスライン(34)は前記燃料戻りライン(26)に合流しており、前記燃料戻りライン(26)を介して、消費されていない燃料が前記圧力制御装置(32)に戻され得ることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の燃料消費量測定システム用の圧力制御装置。
- 燃料消費量測定システムにおいて、
燃料供給ライン(14)であって、前記燃料供給ライン(14)を介してタンク(10)が消費部(16)と流体的に接続されており、前記燃料供給ライン(14)を介して燃料が前記タンク(10)から第1の燃料ポンプ(12)によって前記消費部(16)に供給され得る、燃料供給ライン(14)と、
前記燃料供給ライン(14)内の流量計(28)と、
燃料戻りライン(26)であって、前記燃料戻りライン(26)は前記タンク(10)と又は前記流量計(28)の下流の前記燃料供給ライン(14)と接続されており、前記燃料戻りライン(26)を通じて燃料が前記タンク(10)に又は前記流量計(28)の下流の前記燃料供給ライン(14)に戻され得る、燃料戻りライン(26)と、
前記燃料供給ライン(14)における前記流量計(28)の下流の供給ポンプ(29)と、を備え、
請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の圧力制御装置(32)であって、そのバイパスライン(34)が、前記流量計(28)の下流で前記燃料供給ライン(14)から分岐すると共に前記燃料戻りライン(26)に合流する、圧力制御装置(32)によって特徴付けられる、燃料消費量測定システム。 - 前記燃料戻りライン(26)は、前記圧力制御装置(32)の下流で前記燃料供給ライン(14)又は前記消費部(16)のマニホールド(22)から分岐し、前記バイパスライン(34)の前記燃料戻りライン(26)への合流点の上流で前記圧力制御装置(32)に合流することを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の燃料消費量測定システム。
