物理パラメータを前記資源において測定し、前記物理パラメータを前記サーバに報告する、前記資源におけるセンサと、
前記資源が前記コマンドに応答したか、及びもし前記資源が応答したなら、時間の経過とともにどのように応答したかを決定する、前記サーバにおける手段と、
前記測定された応答に基づいて、少なくともエネルギー容量及び時定数に関して前記資源のモデルを確立又は更新する、前記サーバにおける手段と

(ii)異なる電力資源に関係し得るサービスモデルプロセスを表現する複数のサービスモデル、
(iii)資源を、それらの資源によって遂行され得るサービスモデルにマッピングするマッピング、及び前記サービスモデルによってモデル化されたサービスを遂行する資源の最適選択を決定するためのオプティマイザ、並びに、
前記サービスを遂行することを試みるように命ずる命令を前記選択された資源に伝達する手段
を保持する電力制御システム。 - 複数のサービスモデルが存在し、そのうちの少なくともいくつかは複数の資源に関係し、定められた資源は1つ以上のサービスモデルに同時に参加し得る

資源の振る舞いを表現する資源モデルであり、各資源モデルは、その資源とリアルタイム通信をすることで前記資源の状態を前記モデルに動的に知らせる、資源モデルを前記サーバに保持することと、
異なる電力資源に関係するサービスを表現する複数のサービスモデル、及び、資源の、それらの資源によって少なくとも部分的に遂行され得るサービスのサービスモデルへのマッピングを保持することと、
前記サービスモデルによってモデル化されたサービスを遂行する資源を選択することを含む、資源の最適な配置を決定することと、
前記サービスを遂行することを試みるように命ずる命令を前記選択された資源に伝達することと
を備える電力資源のセットを制御する方法。 - 各サービスは、前記命令の前記資源による受信から始まる設定された期間にわたって提供され、前記命令は前記設定された期間の間、有効である
